Spent $55 for gel polish for a pedicure. It was only one person there. The experience was terrible and quick , wasn’t worth $55 if you ask me. Also I gave the lady $60 she still owed me $5 she just took the $60 and gave me no change. I wouldn’t have mind tipping her $5 but the way she was rushing , she didn’t deserve a tip.

Edson, at Regal Nails, is my manicurist and he's been my manicurist for about 4 years now. He is excellent; he always gives me a top-notch service. I give him five stars! Today he gave me a manicure and dipping powder in the color Cherry Chic.

I have been going here for about a year now. Chai gives the best pedicure. My feet always look & feel better when I leave. I was going to a podiatrist to have my toenails clipped. She does a better job plus the massage & relaxing atmosphere.

My Nail Tech is excellent. I love him!! My only issue is the color wheels do not match the color of the powder or polish. Very unhappy with there polish selection and what is represented as the color. I pick one color and when I’m dipped it comes out totally different color. So aggravated with this!!

Nails have dips and lumps and 3 fall off on 3/10/21. I had them done on 3/4/21. I went back to the nail salon on 3/11/21 the lady trued to tell me to go see her sister which is the lady that did my nauls and claims to have been doing nails for 15 yrs.. Lol they sure didnt look like it and with them falling off, i dont believe that. The lady said i had to call this other place in lake Carolina is where the lady worked today and i said i didnt want her to do them she then said i could make an appointment to get them fixed. I will NEVER go there again and DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER.😠😠👎👎

Got a mineral pedicure and change of colors on my nails both with gel polish. The person who did my manicure was not personable at all. And she added $5 to my services total without explanation. I decided not to make a fuss about it since I usually tip at least $5 but I left with a bad taste in my mouth

Not professional at all! Told me no to what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for, when they have done my nails the way I wanted before. You don’t tell your PAYING customer no. You do what they want. Especially when you are the owner. You should know better. Needless to say I won’t be going there again. I took my business elsewhere.

Started going to them on the 3 of February and the sister's did a great job with me, fiancee and daughter. Their attention to detail knowing what their clients want is amazing. I'm from Georgia an it took me forever to find a nails that will take care of you will without rushing through to get to the next client. The atmosphere to so welcoming.

I have been going there since my girls were in pre K. Now they are in 12 grade and college. Phuong is my nail tec. She does a wonderful job, she knows exactly what I want. The people who works there are very friendly they make you feel welcome. I have tried other places, Regal nails is the best.

Went in for a pedicure and fill in. Waited 3 hrs and they only did the pedicure and asked me to come back the next day for a fill in. My daughter went for a full set and pedicure. She asked for 3 colors and was told to choose only one. Three workers were there one kept saying she could not do nails she tried to apologize saying they were short staffed but that was after the 3hr wait. I was told I couldn't get my nails done because the man left. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
