Nail tech overfiled my nails. She was to busy watching her phone and could not glue the nails on my fingers. She knew how to speak English but didn't want to talk, just stuck on that phone. Worse experience ever. If you need a great nail\spa job visit my daughter at Oasis Salon and Spa. You'll get treated like the Lady you are.

Ridiculous ripoff! NANCY bragged about how good she was the whole time; putting down my nails. Hers Only lasted 6 days and started peeling & flaking off!!! Charged $75!!!! Only $28 at my nail salon in PA. DO NOT USE.

There is a Korean tech that works there that is so nasty and crooked! Told mea price to do my wife’s feet then charged more. Very very nasty people. Don’t recommend!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! i went the other day to get my nails taken off for work and during the whole service I WAS IN PAIN she broke ALL OF MY NAILS. it’s been a couple days since i’ve gotten my nails taken off and my nails STILL hurt. for the sake of your nails please do not go here.

I will never go to this place ever again !!! The lady who did my eyebrows messed up my eyebrows so bad that I am so upset 😭 . I look horrible . She said it was her frist time do eyebrow and I went to front desk and told the young man and the guy said oh everybody has a short eyebrows than other one. She try to fix it and I come home to take a shower and the make up come off . I paid for my eyebrows get it done my mom and my self come to get it done . I want my money back and I want to report to owners.

Never been here and never will as I’ve witnessed employees leaving the bathroom on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS ( for about a year) without washing their hands before returning to work.

The worst place ever I just want to give them 0 star, overpriced and they tell you a price before you get seat, but after you get you first nail just placed they will charge you every single thing you wanted add. Besides I ask for 3 diferent color they never had, cuticles bad done, a 20 min horrible work done $50 dollars ....really?!

OVERPRICED & By Far The WORST Nail Salon I’ve Ever Been Too . I Got Gel Nails & It Started Peeling The Next Day & Already Looked Like I Needed A Fill . My “Hearts” Looked Like Letters Bs & Where All Different Sizes After She Kept Wiping It Off Numerous Times , On My Hands And Toes . The Lady Is Horrible, She Butchered 1 Of My Toe Nails On My Big Toe One Side Literally Looks Coffin Shaped & Square At 1 Time , The Towels Where Way To Hot It Burned My Leg . Leg Was Red & Tingly & She Thought It Was Funny . The Hearts On My Toes Were Faded The Next Day As Well . They Also Pick & Chose Who Nails They Want To Do Good. I Won’t Say Her Name But I Will Say She Sit To The Right Of A Great Worker Name Bi.

Such a terrible place! This is what happened when I got home after I got my nails done. I went back the next day, I had to wait about 2 hours for the same person because if someone else did it I would have to pay. Customer service is awful thinking this is America! After she fixed my nails, same thing happened to both thumbs, right index and middle finger. I think it’s robbery! I’m thinking about calling the bank and dispute the charges. I wish I could give them a zero star.

When I walked in they asked me what services I would like. I politely told the lady eye brows wax and full set. She told me to go wash hands and sit down. I then waited ten minutes for another tech to show up and do my nails. She was not very efficient at doing my nails. Was not even there an hour and they are uneven, polish not done correctly and nails filed sideways. For the money I spent never again. I did ask for her to fix them she said " no time to do that". I would really like them fixed and for them to care about their customers more.

My pedicure was done perfect by shandra I believe is her name I didn’t really catch it but she was sooo good & Q (who did my nails) was amazing!!!! The whole service for me was like a luxury , lol I’m very much satisfied! A little pricey, but hey something is something! I see it as you get what you pay for.

At first I was skeptical because salons in Walmarts dont have the best reputations but was with my daughter we said hey why not. My daughter LOVED hers. Mine were ok, not bad at all. I had a stiff tech at first but I warmed her bitter self up with kindness. My daughters tech was very nice. We will be going here again.

I have gels and needed a fill. I usually go to Kevin at the Regal Nails in the Wal Mart on San Carlos. He is fabulous. But I moved so I went to this one on Colonial. I asked for them to stay the length they were and for oval tips not square. She filed them WAY down and way down on the sides. When I let the manager know I wasn't happy and they were filed so far down on the sides they hurt, she said they would take $4 off if the $30 charge. Really? I will never go back there again.

Not happy at all! My friend decided to get a full pedicure and manicure. It's been 2 hours for me to sit in the very uncomfortable chairs. His pedicure was done in between a manicure for a walk in ( it's now 8 PM, closing hours are 7: 30 pm. I told the manager he should have been done an hour ago 😑. The walk in left 20 minutes ago, they are now doing his nails. Ugh.

There is nothing more annoying than being a customer and having the entire staff talk among themselves in another language you cannot understand. I was overcharged for the service of which the nail tech who did my nails had just come off a cigarette break. He stunk of nicotine and did not even wash his hands before he started working on my nails. Never again.
