Joy is the only person here who can do nails efficiently. I just had my nails done by someone else and they look awful to the point where I feel like just crying. I just paid full price to get my nails done here, I can't afford to go somewhere else and get them fixed. How is this okay? This type of customer service is demoralizing. THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE YET. I would appreciate if management could reach out in regards to this situation and help me with receiving a refund so I can have my nails fixed. Thank you.

I guess I should have read reviews before going. Horrible pedicure. Polish lumpy, missed some spots, nails cut uneven. Don’t waste your money and take the time to find a better place.

I myself did not read reviews before going here. 2 days after mani the polish was coming off and one of my nail split in 2. The lady there told me it's my fault due to my short nail and doing house work. My nail is finally healing after 1 month. Never going there again. They are using bad nail polish. I'm still so upset about it. Such bad business.

Kathy was the worst. My nails are not at the same length. Cut multiple fingers. They are also sore. Took her over 90 minutes to do a full set. Highly recommend not coming here.

Nail tech got polish on every toe and didn't bother to remove it. Polish was lumpy, didnt scrape the heels of my feet. Definitely will not be back and definitely did not tip. 2 stars because there was no wait.

They are very inconsistent. You can have the same technician on different occasions and always get a different deluxe pedicure. They just do whatever they want. And the price also varies depending on the technician.

This salon has proved to be very good. I have had two different technicians and both were good. I was able to go 3 weeks both times before getting a fill in and all nails were still solidly in place. They only offer gel.

Had my nails less than a week and a half and 2 popped off while washing my hair. I will be getting a refund because I certainly did not get what I paid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! SHE DIDNT PREP THE NAILS CORRECRLY AND HER SHAPING WAS HORRIBLE.

I do not recommend this place at all. When you ask for the service they give you a price and when you pay they charge you much more than the initial price! Last week I went for a pedicure and I chose the one for 35 dollars, at the time of paying they charged me 50 dollars !!! And do you know what is worst? That the pedicure did not last me the week! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY !!

I would not recommend this place. Asked for a regular manicure no gel just regular polish and the lady kept trying to up my price on top of that I had nail polish all over my fingers and part of my nails was missing polish I asked the guy to just take the polish off my nails but I would still pay and tip but he insisted on fixing one nail that I didn’t ask to be fixed and also painted with a different color.

The Ladies here are wonderful, I had my nails done here a few weeks ago by Helen and I was so amazed by the level of customer service she gave I returned today for a first time ever sns set and Helen did a amazing job right along with my perfectly arch brows. I have found a new Nail Shop Home thanks Helen!
