The only "negative" thing I've ever experienced from them is waiting longer than originally; but hey.. they stay busy pretty much! The two most recent times I've gone, I wanted to get something a little more "intricate" than just colored nails... first time I went I got Destini. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she immediately said "I know just the color!" (I wanted fall colors). And pulled out a color that wasn't even in their swatches. The second time I went I got the young man at station 3... don't know what his name was... and he NAILED IT *pun intended lol*. Very talented people. (The first 2 are what I wanted, and the others are what I got!)

If you want your time wasted, come here!! I was told 30 minute wait for a fill. I kept getting told 15 more minutes after checking in after waiting the 30 minutes. I waited over an hour before I finally just left. This place is a joke. She could of juat told me it'll be an hour or more, I definitely wouldn't of waited

I had an awful experience. I first got a pedicure John is great the I ask Lisa (owner) about the powder nails she answered my questions so I decided to try and see if I would like them. The young man was told what I wanted but he proceeded to do what he wanted I said to him I want the powder he I give you powder long story short he gave me acrylic when I told Lisa she says she didn't know why he did this she told him what I wanted. She says they will make it right next time thenhe told me it would be $55. to take off acrylic. I have been going here for over 10 years now. Lisa says will do what you want next time, I said there will be no next time. She says ok. I left and I will not go back.

Been coming here for about 25 years. I've tried other places and always come back. Everyone does a fabulous job. I drive out of my way to come here. Thanks Lisa for always taking care of me and my whole family

I have been to many expensive nail shops and by far, this shop, for me is the best. I typically go to one of two young brothers that work there, Fin and Tony. I do prefer Tony, but Fin is very good too. They're efficient and detail oriented and the prices are reasonable. I have gotten pedicures here too and I prefer the young lady for that service. Not certain of her name, however. Oh! Tony can free hand French tips by the way. That's kind of a big deal 👌🏾Check them out.

I love how you can go in this place and get your nails done by every single person in there and they look great. You don’t have to ask for a specific person. It’s amazing and very clean very respectful place.

I went in for a gel French Mani Pedi. However, the youngest nail tech did what she wanted to do, instead of what I requested. She only shaped my nails (without asking how I wanted them shaped), and then painted them. Didn't provide any of the services that normally accompanies a manicure, not even basic manicure services. And I was still charged full price.

John was absolutely amazing he is extremely good . My pedicure was so relaxing and he took his time. Thanks John for making my first time amazing 🤩 and relaxing. Tony also did my acrylic overlay on my toes all 10 white tip in shellac in which he did a fabulous job. This set was pricey but I loved the service and my pedicure .Thanks 🙏 Regal nails 🌶️❤️💝

I have been going for a long time had a fill in yesterday my hands are very sore from the tech its like they were cut when he used the file on the side ls of the fingers 1 finger polish is coming off in 24 hours won't let him do hands no more seat 4

Nice and busy place inside the Walmart on Normandy. They did a nice job, even though the polish on the tips of my nails came off in less than 24 hours. Update: Since I went in on Saturday to get them done and they were closed on Sunday, I returned on Monday, after work, to see if they would fix them. They wouldn't because I had regular polish. Maybe the gentleman should have encouraged the gel and tons me that the regular polish isn't guaranteed. I will not return here.

The reception was awesome, very quick service. Kelly was awesome. Paid great attention to detail. Will return anytime I visit the Jacksonville location.
