Yall really disappointed me today. I tried to ask this man to file my nails down because they were way too wide and uneven. I was polite and all he did was try to argue with me during my pedicure so I couldn’t even enjoy that. Guess what? I ended up filing my own nails and I asked the lady to repaint them and they turned out exactly how I knew they would. I told the man ego is never a good thing. Why would you try to make excuses of why my nails aren’t shaped even? Because of your ego and you not wanting to fix them. This was the only place I would go to get my nails. But after just running my mood and trying to argue with me for no reason I’ll be looking elsewhere. Treat your customers with dignity and respect and usually accommodating them when you notice they aren’t being super difficult is the best route to giving excellent customer service. Never ever ever argue with a customer for something they are paying $100 for and want to look nice

I came here for years with no issues.. many months ago I corrected Ms. Cat on a service as she wanted to do my nails one way and that's not what I asked for. Today I walk in and am told to sit and wait in a pedicure chair...Ms.Cat is available but begins arguing with someone else not to do my pedicure and instead skips over me... mind you I was waiting for a good while and she was instructed to come to me. The other girl sat and ate her lunch..ehat was I to do wat until she finished eating her lunch as Ms.Cat refused to do my pedicure...I grabbed my things and left as I had waited long enough..I was one of the best tipping clients. I will miss Easan, Eyan and Lanie but like they say when respect is no longer being served you, leave the table.

They messed up both of my eyebrows completely first they change the shape completely after telling her all I wanted was for her to clean them around and left looking like a clown and had to still pay for the service that was horrible. they don’t know how to do eyebrows they will leave you without eyebrows. The lady knew she messed up but not even an apology was received since she turned her back on me and kept walking like nothing happened and I was in desbelief as in right now I’m frustrated and depressed because my eyebrows are a big part of my face and this is not something you can fix in a blink on a eye. I’m traumatized and honestly don’t want to leave my house or being seen nowhere like this. Her messed up had affected me mentally and emotionally!!!

i really dont know where to start but i got my nails done yesterday 03/19/24 I came early around 10:30 something. I showed the lady the picture what i wanted (1st pic) and this is what i got ( 2nd pic). I thought she knows that she was talking about but i guess not. I sorta blame my self for not saying anything but that moment i was in disbelief and if I start saying something I would be able to stop. It was hard because I am not really good at confrontation. Probably would be the last time coming there.

Went to go get a pedicure I asked the lady doing my toes was it $30 to get it done she looked at me and said yes so when it was time to pay she said it was $40. My husband said something to the ladies and the guy that was there told us not to come back. We just wanted to know why the lady said one price then changed when it was time to pay. Who was in the wrong❓

I enjoy coming to Regal nails to get my manicure. I would have given it 5 stars but my designs fell off the nails soon after I left the place.

It took 1hr n a half to do a basic Pedi and the person spoke her native language to the worker next to her the whole time,giving me a headache! Plus I waited 20 mins before she began the Pedi with my feet in cold water! My friend treated me for my bday n I didn't want to seem ungrateful! But I will never go there again

My daughter went there to get a repair on her finger nail they told us that it would be 5dollar so my daughter said okay and when it was te to pay he charge her 7dollar she was like u said 5 he said when using a card I have to charge 7 but he didn't say that at first

Ok so I went to this establishment on 12/15/23 (sat)for a full set and spa pedicure. The guy was very friendly and so fast forward Monday I noticed one of my nails was lifting I wasn't pleased at all. So here we are today not even a week in and I only have 7 nails remaining. For my services costing 105.00 and I tipped is really beyond me and a rip off I will not ever use them again

Be aware. If you buy a gift certificate from this business, it only has a 60 days exp date. It should be at least 6 months. I informed them of this issue. Make sure you consider that when you buy the certificates .

I was treated very rude for no reason I asked for a nail technician that hasn't arrived yet because I didn't ask for the one that was available at the time he became rude so I asked him could you do my nails because I didn't want to wait any more and he was free at the time he told me No I don't want to do anything's for you and then some one else Walk in he helped them right away and then he began to talk about about me with the new client I will never go to any regal nail salon especially the one on103rd in Jacksonville FL

Love this place!!! Go once a month for my eye brows. Also pedicures our amazing take their time and listen to what you want. They always go over and beyond to make my experience the best 🥰

Writing reviews is a waste of my time but this place rattled my cage this morning. Went in for a full set, technician was 20 minutes late, and showed up in her pajamas looking really dirty. She sat down and didn't say a word to me. I said good morning. I asked her to push my cuticles back first and she said, "oh no, not good for you". I told her I don't like what my nails look like when they grow out and my cuticles are still attached to the acrylic! She got up from the table, walked away and told the other two technicians she wasn't doing them. Then she went and set off to the side, got on her phone watching videos and started eating. I told the other tech I was leaving because of her and if she didn't want to be there she should have stayed home!! Waste of time, very rude and extremely disrespectful.

I already had my nail.. they filled in and still charged $27 which is a full price for a full set. And $37 for gel and they keep saying it lasts longer which is not true. Expensive and I will not be going there again

They promise us the be seen as long as we were there by 7:30. We get there by 7:10 to the find the location closed and not satisfied with customer service and bad business to give empty promises.
