So they seated me and Turn the water on Clipped the few nails Then proceeded to paint the nails And told me to go under the dryer No massage, no nothing of my feet or legs. Went ahead and charge me immediately as I was drying my feet. $30 pedicure

Never Again Worst Place To Get Your Nails Done. My nails and feet look hideous,They can't paint nails properly or design I spent 130.00 for nothing. My husband isn't pleased and neither am I very disappointed.

I came in at 9:03 the guy and another lady were in there and refused to do my nails said I have to wait for another lady to come when they were just sitting there doing nothing now I have to drive to another nail Spot … I hate it there !

I went here for the first time and last to get my gel nails on my natural nails, redone. The technician used so little gel and polish, that my nails didn’t last a full five days, let alone the 10 to 14 days like they usually do. I will not go there again.

So came in got seated no wait all I wanted was a pedicure with French tips she asked if I wanted gel polish I said yes then I just so happen to ask how much the gel polish cost because I always get gel polish but never ask how much … today was the day so for the service without the gel polish is 35$ with the polish 50$ 😳 so I just went with the regular polish. The French tips were crooked 😩 I would not recommend coming here.

This is by far the best nail salon in Duval. They are very professional and the nails were beautiful and uniformed. Brian is gentle and does exactly what you ask. I highly recommend using them for your salon needs!

I came in to get a gel polish on my nails Saturday by Sunday morning my nails was chipping on more then four nails I call the shop and the young lady that answered told me to come in when I came in she had an attitude and only filled my nails blaming me for them chipping How in one day

I went here on Saturday, it is now Tuesday and 3 of my nails have chipped. I went back three times to ask the man to fix them and not only did he try to blame it on me each time he fixed it as soon as I got home they chipped. I paid 75 dollars plus a 10 dollar tip for absolute trash service. I asked them to give my money back so I can go somewhere where they actually know how to do nails and they refused. Don't waste youre money like I did !

I went here yesterday before closing time and the lady seemed nice at first but once she started on my nails she basically did what she wanted there was no communication at all I kept trying too raise my hand too look at the process because I am really picky about my nails but she proceeded to snatch my hand back before she finished she asked me too pay so I paid but once I got a good look at the nail I didn’t like them so I asked her too fix them and she said they were nice and I tole her I didn’t like them and so I asked for a refund and I asked her too soak them off and she said that because I didn’t like them and she did I couldn’t get a refund because in her opinion there was nothing wrong with the nails the color was nice but the nails look totally different from what I asked for. After that I asked for a receipt and she had thrown it away and was saying I couldn’t get a receipt so she offered for me to take a picture of the store receipt instead I will be getting a refund because the customer service was horrible and I did not get what I paid for $55 plus a $1 tip down the drain!

They were so into talking that the lady cut my foot I bled for about 10 minutes they had to let me leave with two different Band-Aids and they didn't even want to give me a discount for injuring me I would never go back to them and if I was you I wouldn't go back either if they having a conversation

I had my nails done less than two weeks ago. I wasn't happy with the initial results because the tech did not listen to what I wanted and made the nails too long. In addition to that each nail was crooked. I mentioned it at the time and minimal effort was made to fix it. Within one week of having the nails done the backs were popping off causing my hair and everything else to catch in the crevice. This also put an extreme amount of pressure on my fingertips which left all of them bruised. I went back within a week and half to ask them to please fix it or remove them. The new gentleman did take some of the length off (still not enough) and re-glued the nail beds. This was done in a rush which left me with three different nail tips. I wanted soft points. I got soft points, rounded tips and coffin tips. This was in addition to them already being crooked. He then slapped some oil on and told me I was done. My nails weren't dry so the oil caused bubbles in the polish. By this time I didn't care and just wanted out of there. Now here it is two weeks after originally getting them and I am going back to have them completely removed as the backs are popping up again and catching on everything and two of the nails have come off entirely and they destroyed my nail bed. I know you take a risk getting any service done at Walmart but I had not done anything for myself in the longest time and needed a pick me up. This has left me worse off than before because I am now out the money I should have just saved, my nail beds are destroyed, my fingertips are bruised and I have nothing to show for it. Moral of the story: If you can't afford a place that offers decent service...wait until you can. Update: went to have them removed and was advised they would be charging me to fix their mistake. I was flat out told they did not care about customer service or satisfaction. When I asked why I was being charged she said she didn't do my nails it's not her job to fix it. I will stick with Create Nails from now on. I have learned my lesson about being impatient...you pay more and get less.

Never again I spend 185.00 pedicure is horrible. my nails and daughter nails came off we only had them for two days ! I’m never going to them again the guy completely rush his work and don’t make sure all your nails are evenly filed or same shape.
