I haven't been in awhile , went like 2-3 weeks ago got French tips which I love , and to make it better they were very accommodated to my 2 year I had with me thank you so much regal nail staff I'll be back soon for my fill .

I went to get my nails done a day before my birthday, honestly i have nothing to say I loved how they came out. The girl that did my nails was very nice.. I’ll definitely be going again I’ll put a photo of how my nails came out.!

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. Very unprofessional, first told me I couldn’t get a pedicure and a manicure only one. Ok sure whatever.. but then when they finally got to me they told me they couldn’t do the nails I wanted then proceeded to basically do what he wanted and one nail is longer than the other…never going here again. Ig this is what I get for going to a nail salon inside Walmart….trying to get nails for engagement photos, very unhappy with the service here!

Hated my nails, i asked for them to be dipped with the powder and he did gel told me he couldn't, wait time was to long. Didn't get my pedicure

Horrible customer service. The woman that works in there was beyond rude. Lied about being busy so she wouldn’t have to do my nails. Only had one customer when I walked in at 3:37. Said they were busy until 7pm.

There wasn't a long wait time, and they got me in quickly. I made sure to tell her that I was pregnant just so she would be aware. She never grabbed a new set of sterile tools, she just used what she had out. She went digging around in my big toe to trim the cuticles and nail and she ended up cutting me. I said "ouch", and she grabbed a different tool (which was from an open used kit) and she dug in some more (which hurt even more) so I said ouch even louder and she cut me and my toe was bleeding. She barely gave my legs a massage and she just barely used the hot towel and only used it to wipe off the lotion. She used the sanding dremel tool on my heels for callouses and she was super rough with it and now my feet are cracked red and irritated on the sides and it hurts to walk on them. Overall it was an unpleasant experience, she didn't talk to me the whole time cuz she was too busy talking to the other guy working there. I decided to get a pedicure for my birthday and going to her was an absolute nightmare and mistake.

Very poor service. Nails were oblong shaped and not oval shaped. The nail tech was very rude said that they were the manager and owned that shop. Didn’t want to fix my nails said he could take off the gel polish and I could leave. Don’t waist your money nor time. “Very Poor Service”. Inside Walmart Kcmo off Sterling and 70 highway

Went in today about 620p and some female addressed me by telling me they're done for the day they werent taking any one else! The ppl that worked there didnt say a freaking word! I didnt know customers run the place!

Did not completely wrong nail color for me and called the police when I asked him to discount the price for his mistake. Luckily the police sided with me but would not recommend this salon if it’s the last place you could go

Everyone there is good at what they do. I'm extremely picky and I have no complaints. Some salons are nicer or bigger but here you get a great value for what you pay. Sometimes can be short but just let them know

I just got my eyebrows waxed from here. First, as soon as I walked in, the three staff available were all on their phones. I waited for someone to greet me, but no. As expected. Next, the same three staff had an argument over what products to used. Final,I'm not happy with my results. My eyebrow on the left is partially waxed. I'll have to tweeze my left eyebrow to make it even with my right eyebrow. The staff is unprofessional.
