I'll never come back here. They did a horrible job and they still charged me $50. I'm almost crying because they cut me with the nail clippers.

New guy did my nails this time. They are uneven and the acrylic is high towards my cuticles and around the edges. Polish looks terrible, uneven and painted all over my skin and parts of my nail are not even covered with polish nor acrylic. 2 hours after having a fill in, 2 tips of my nails broke because they were too thin. Only have the owner do your nails if you go. This wasn’t worth the money.

Never going there again. KIM did my nails and a VERY RUSHED JOB SHE DID. WORSE NAIL SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER! I COULD OF STAYED HOME FOR THIS AND HAD MY 5YR OLD GRAND DO THEM FOR 25. SHE CHARGED ME 55. I attempted to call them but, telephone number disconnected. What a scam.

I tried them because I am on the search for a good, longterm nail salon. They do a good job but they are very overpriced and this Walmart Fern Creek location charge more than any other Regal Nails I've ever been to. The Mani Pedi bundle runs from 50-55 they don't ask if you want regular or deluxe they just do it and charge you for it at the end. $20 more for gel nails on hands and feet are more expensive than I have seen anywhere. To pay $95 for services that I can get cheaper in a spa is ridiculous so I will not be returning.

I went in for the first (and last) time with my 8 yr old to do our nails together ( first time together)… we signed in around 2:20. I did see that they were busy but reasonable. We were directed to wash our hands , pick a color and sit down. And then we waited for over an hour while I watched two other ppl walk in and her help them, because apparently they signed in before us and went shopping. I politely explained to her that I did not know that was an option and that if I have been given expectations right at the start I would not be upset when she told me this. “I will do your baby's nails and you go shopping , ok” I politely declined and said that I would like to get my nails done since I have waited over 2 h at this point. She proceeds to ignore me till she is done with my child’s nails and then she tells me “ I do only cut and color no gel nails since I have no time “. I was stunned and honestly disappointed that our outing was being destroyed because of this. I did let her know that I do not agree with her decision and that if she is refusing my services I understand but then I asked her if she will do the same to others… she was aware of her wrong doing so she just kept quiet and did what I asked to be done. She I believe is the owner who really needs to work on time management. I do also need to add that there was another lady that signed in sat and waited …out of everyone they told her after 15 min wait “ come back tomorrow, we don’t have time”, but yet another lady after that came and they told her that they can help her with an hour. …we are not going back !

Price is reasonable but the nail tech who did my nails needs to work on shaping nails better. I didn’t pay attention til I got home that he didn’t do the best at shaping my nails and also to be kinder to people otherwise I would have gave it 4

Had a horrible experience, the workers didn’t know what they were doing and were very rude!!!! The service was even worse. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS IT IS SUCH A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!

Terrible this is the worst set I have ever gotten. Crookedly placed uneven one hand longer than the other. My fingers were cut to the point of bleeding 3x an the clear is full of bubbles it is terrible my left pinky finger i don’t know what they did but it’s extremely miss shapen. Their quality has definitely dropped. Will be looking for services elsewhere

They were friendly and the facility is clean. I asked for coffin nails but they didn’t quite come out coffin shape. Doesn’t look as neat and uniformed like I’m used to.

After reading some reviews I didn’t think I wanted to try them out.. So glad I did..!! My nails have been on for Three weeks with no problems.. A lot of people on the reviews complained about the price.... Well I didn’t think it was to bad. I’m use to paying 80 bucks for a full set. So I came out cheaper coming here. Now I did go when they 1st opened . So not sure how busy they get, but I will be back.

Soooo nice and I love the atmosphere. Very pretty. It was expensive because I wasn’t aware I was being charged more for the shellac nail polish. And I didn’t get the shape originally wanted. But it’s not bad. It’s still cute.

I went in yesterday to get a full set short with almond shape and gel nail polish I was charged 50.00 it doesn't add up. 25.00 full set 5.00 for shape. He charged me 15.00 for gel nail polish. Never told me that it cost extra. This is insane. Also my nails are not painted well he missed the sides completely. I could have gotten a full set and pedicure for that price. 30.00 for acrylic nails is crazy. And not what any other regal nail shop charges. Nor what his sign says. I'm not coming back.

This place is a joke!! I had been getting my nails done at regal nail at differnt locations for YEARS!! Moved.out to fern creek starting coming here. I always feel as if I am putting them out or making them do something they don't wanna do and I'm only getting nails!! Always tip at the very least $5... Today is the 2nd time ive had to wait and they helped other people ahead of me who got there after me... 1st time it happened I said something and they proceeded to tell me other lady had been there when I watched her walk in!! I waited 30.mins only to have 2 other ladies pulled in front of me today!! Even one them asked me "do you think they forgot you"?? I don't know what their deal is but They just lost a customer who tips well and keeps her nails done!! I wouldn't send ANY ONE here!!!

I got a checkerboard design on two nails (each hand) and they were done so beautifully. Very careful and precise strokes. Came out to only $35! #nails
