My daughter came in for a specific service for the first time she told the nail tech what she wanted and instead the tech did the opposite , when it came time to pay she charged extra when my daughter questioned the price the tech said that's the price my daughter showed her the online prices but still insisted that’s the final cost. When brought up to the manager she did nothing to help time customer to top it off the tech did a horrible job and when I showed management she ended up telling us well to cut cuticles it’s an additional $10 Bad service and false advertisement. Save your money go somewhere else

This place is very clean. I have been coming here for a while now. The atmosphere is very friendly and pleasant. Tina is amazing and professional!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

Hoy comencé mi nuevo día en un nuevo día de trabajo, por lo tant quería estar presentable y dar una muy buena primera impresión, busque spas disponibles para hacerme las uñas y este era el mas cercano a mi casa que tenia citas disponibles, cuando llego me doy cuenta que esta en walmart y dude si debía hacerlas ahí o no para un día tan improtante, pero luego pensé que no se debe juzgar a un libro por su portada. Me atienden amablemente, le digo a la chica que quiero uñas acrílicas almendradas y le enseño el diseño que era un baby boomer, con flor de cerezo encapsulada en dos dedos y dos piedras doradas, obviamente enseño el diseño para saber si lo puede hacer. Ella consulta en caja el precio y me dicen $85, me pareció un precio elevado pero para el trabajo que lleva y todo lo quebhay quehacer decidi hacerlo, ahí me di cuenta que debí escuchar a la razón y solo pintarlas de un color y salir de ahí. La chica nunca había echo un baby boomer, nisiquiera conocía el nombre de la técnica. Luego de haber peleado con el acrílico y haber dejado un desastre con el acrílico, limo y como quedo muy grueso el degradado no lo pudo rebajar más porque si no lo dañaba, me lo dejo así todas gruesas y luego me empieza a echar el top, pienso que entonces no hará la flor encapsulada si no por arriba; cuando veo saca unos stikers blanco que casi me da algo. La flor de sakura que yo le enseñe eran con pétalos rosados tornasolados y lo que ella saco eran flores hawaianas blancas y de paso stikers. Me puso los stikers echo brillo y dijo. Terminamos. No puso ni la piedra dorada, mis manos son delgadas y gracias al acrílico grueso se me ven super gruesas, mi padre se burla de mis uñas diciendo que son las tortugas ninjas. Yo estudie para hacer uñas en mi país pero obviamente no me las hago yo misma porque tardo mucho ya que solo pudo usar una mano. Pero si hubiera sabido que iba a poder mi tiempo y dinero así, me las hubiera echo yo. De paso también me hice los pies y esperaba un diseño delicado acorde a lo que me hice en las manos, un color y la rallita, mejor conocida como la francesa. Cuando ella termina con mis pies y me veo, veo una línea super gruesa y torcida. Me rendí con ese lugar y solo quería salir corriendo, cuando voy a caja me dicen que son $134. Los pague con todo el dolor de mi alma y me fui. Pensé que ni se debía juzgar un libro por su portada pero ya veo que si se debe. Estoy como loca buscando cita con alguien más para que me arregle este desastre lo más pronto posible, mis manos se ven feas y me da verguenza tener que llegar a mi primer día de trabajo así.

I went there one Sunday afternoon, waiting for 3 hours because i didn't make an appointment. One staff member was done with her job. She saw me as the last customer of day. She just left and didn't do my nail. I just went home, losing 3 hours of my time without having anything done. After that, i made an appointment with another nail technician in same salon. I came on time and she was just starting to serve another customer. How could they work with such a LACK of RESPECT?

Si estas buscando un citio para arreglarse sus manos y pies le recomiendo a este salon. Las muchachas todas son excelente, la q me atiende siempre se llama Rosa pero Evelyn tambien trabaja excelente. Son muy detallistas en su trabajo siempre tratando de que sus clientas salgan complacidas Si tienes algun problema con el trabajo hecho siempre responden y tratan de corregirlos aveces suceden cosas q no es culpa de la manicurista sino un problema de la pintura o hasta the la quimica de la uña de la misma clienta. Pero aqui responden por su trabajo . Las muchachas todas trabajan muy bien , de Vera's que uno entra como clienta y sale sintiendose como familia. Si vives en la zona de Kendall y andas buscando salon se uñas no biusque mas REGAL NAIL DE WALMART es su lugar

Worst experience ever, I went on December 30 to get my nails; hands and feet done with gel, I even paid extra for a nail design. They charged me $85 plus tip came up to $112 and December 31st in the morning 1 nail started lifting, and by the night the same day 3 nails were gone, next morning woke up to more damage as if I had done extensive work with my hands, and I did not even washed a dish. still this has never hapened to me before with gel, I always get a lot done and my nails last me about 2 full weeks.I want a refund!!!! Edit: To add to my review, Im not complaining about price. But to the fact that the nails lasted less than 24 hours and started peeling off right away
