Regal Nails on Juliet Blvd., Naples, FL. Is outstanding!!! I’ve been a regular, often customer for more than 10 yrs. Many of staff have been there for many years. Welcoming, friendly, and I never considered another option . I was there today for pedi, mani, some waxing. Same as always….AWESOME customer service. Today was the same great experience. I highly recommend Heidi when getting your nails done at regal nails. She's very kind patient and professional and knows exactly what she's doing. Great job Heidi I'll be back soon

Terrible place to get acrylics. the acrylics were different sizes and very bumpy and the lady made me bleed multiple times when cutting my cuticles. and ive never gotten an infection from getting my nails done until i went here. i am very disappointed in this place and will never ever go here again.

I ask for the $35 pedicure, the lady kept pushing all kind of other services on me, my nails look awful, she wax my eyebrows, and mustache, TERRIBLE job I had to fix everything now , left all the hair, I guess she knew I was new to this place. Then did some awkward manicure put my hands on a glass bowl pretend she cut the cuticle, and shine my nails..: at the end she said I have to pay $78 , didn’t want to make a scene I left and I will never come back, just disgusting dirty tools, a nail file that looks years old. No receipt 🧾 just saw her making some scrambled numbers. Awful experience

Went for a pedicure,sign in the front says 30 dollars,she said she gave me the deluxe which from my experience at home should have been a good leg message and foot and a nice exfoliating soak.instead it felt subpar and not a great experience.I felt rushed instead of relaxed and my feet still neededore exfoliating. Too muchoney for what I got.Will not be back.

Will not go back here!! I had Heidi I have bubbles and spots that didn’t get painted…. Heidi is a lovely person but I would not recommend coming to get your nails done here….

10 stars for Danny, his wife and his son! All the others that works here looks that they dobt care about customer's experience or quality of services! My acrylic manicure and regular pedicure last for 3 weeks and I'm a fulltime hairdresser and doing a lot of work with my hands! Thank you so much for your services guys!

6/24/20 stopped in for 4 tips to be added with gel placed over them. She kept telling me to do all nails over & over several times. As this was $20.00 I allowed her to go ahead & it would be $40.00. 3 days later all gel started coming off in chunks on numerous fingers and 3 of the nail tips came off completely. I live in the next city & we were only down there for my husband's Dr's appt. as he is very ill. I asked for 1/2 of the money back & they refused & wanted me to come back. I cannot leave him alone at home right now. I have disputed this entire $40.00 charge along with numerous photos. Waiting on a response. I agree totally with Kara Haines. I believe these products were either old and/or she neglected 1 product that goes under the gel. As I observed my surroundings I was not comfortable with the cleanliness also. Would not ever go here again. Do the right thing Regal

I've been here many times and the only nail tech worth going to is Heidi. After today, I'll probably never go back. Owner was rude and very rough. He twisted my so hard it still hurts. The towel my hands rested on fell on the floor when I moved my hands and he picked it up and tossed it at me. Charged me more for the service than was listed claiming a different manicure was done and not the one I asked for.

I have gone in here four times now and every time I have been extremely disappointed. I have had different techs too. When you pay $80 for a mani pedi with gel color and both my nails and toe nails look like my kids did them is outrageous. The gel polish is lumpy and all over my skin. I tried to file it off my skin and it starts to peel. My toe nails are jagged and completely uneven. I tried to give them a few trys but Im done and will not be back!
