Just got my nails done yesterday and I was very disappointed with the end result. I am not one to complain. The lady was very nice but the work was not good at all … in the daylight they look so bad. These were supposed to be my birthday treat and it was honestly a wast of $50 on a fill and polish !!! Not to mention the polish is starting to come off on the sides not even 24 hours they were done. Some nails weren’t cleaned right and others they didn’t even use enough polish on them. I won’t be that person to ask for a refund but I will never go back again or recommend to any of my friends and family.

I went to the Walmart nail salon in Papillion today and asked her for a pink French tip (first picture is what i showed her) I repeatedly showed her the picture she began to color my whole nail a solid pink when I told her that’s not what I wanted she pushed my hand away and then another lady working came over and explained to what I wanted to her then the lady working on my nails started to use a drill to take the nail polish off doing a very sloppy job she left a bunch of polish left over on my nails then she proceeded to do a very sloppy job on my French tip I’m really not happy with the service I got and I paid $65 for a slip job I don’t recommend going here to get your nails done 😡😡

Horrible service and nail work done. On top of that they charged $50 each acrylic set when it was a basic set. The man doing my nails huffed and puffed the entire time, like angry much? My nails chipped the day after and I paid way too much. Highly do not recommend going here. Go somewhere else.

I called & they had an opening! Went in and Sam helped me out. He was friendly, conversated, asked me about what i liked and didn’t like! Absolutely loved him and will be going back! Thank you Sam!

I went in to remove my solar nails only. The staff was nice at first. Then I noticed the lady wrapping my fingers with a cotton ball on my right hand soaked with aspartame/ nail polish remover solution wrapping each nail in aluminum foil, then sticking my had in a bag of aspartame on top of a heated rock. Never in my years have I ever had my nails removed this way. My hand was in that solution for over 20 min. She did not do that to my left hand. Why I don't know. Just in solution only. I found out why later. She chemically burnt every finger on my left hand. Did not even apologize. My hand is on fire today. Do not recommend this salon. Had to go to another nail salon to have them fix my nails as she left them not done at all. I'm very upset with this place. Not even an apology. She even had the nerve to say. I am sensitive to solution. Omg in my 25 years of getting my nails do never have I. Funny how my other had did not get burnt in the solution 🙃

I went to get my nails done here last week and it was a nightmare. While the staff are very kind and friendly, their skill level is -4. My polish is not sleek and smooth. It’s dull, lumpy, and very poorly done. I was there for HOURS. I am still upset I paid for such a terrible paint job. I received a fill and pedicure and it was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend their services & definitely won’t ever return.

I came to this location with my mother and sadly the experience was lacking in the beginning! The water for our pedicures was cold and we repeatedly asked for hotter water and either she couldn’t understand us or she was blatantly ignoring us! I felt like she rushed through my entire pedicure, the polish is uneven and bulky on my left foot and streaky on my right! I didn’t even want the manicure anymore and she obviously had a problem with that! Update: My mom said something and they offered to repaint my toes and after me saying it was ok 10 times I went ahead and let them so I will say I do appreciate that!

I forgot to ask the nail tech her name that worked on my nails today but she did a beautiful job. I went in without an appointment so it was a little bit of a wait but that was to be expected when just doing a walk in. When I went in it was pretty busy but despite the busy schedule the lady working on my nails didn't make me feel rushed and she apologized for the wait which I appreciated and the wait didn't bother me at all and it gave me plenty of time to decide on my nail color.

Ladies speak other languages and doent barley speak to you so made me feel like they were bad talking me. I have calluses on my feet and they barley even touched them.

The nail tech actually cut my fingers several times while filing my old dip powder down. This how bad myhandslooked the day after my nails were done. I admit I was trying to save money going here bu t it was not worth it at all. My fingers hurt so much today I hope to god they don't get worse. They have many completely untrained nail techs. The female that ripped my cuticles up left after my fingers started to bleed and a nother tech finished. I knew it hurt but had no idea it was as bad as it was till I went to wash my hands. Never going back.

Lady filed into my nail beds for like 2 hours resulting in red and irritated finger tips just for one of the worst manicures I've ever had. They are crooked, bumpy, poorly shaped, and messy. The place was also pretty dirty. Should have left when there was residual glitter and nail dust on the acrylic nails. There was even a hair inside one of my nails that I noticed when washing my hands. She was very nice though. Giving two stars just because she was friendly and I have a hard time with conflict.

For the person who wrote a bad review 22 hours ago, I believe you have the wrong location. My best friend and I came to this location instead of the Bellevue one and it was 1000% better. I have experienced the things mentioned at the other one, but I’d have to say I got one of the best manicures here for a long long time. Plus, the nail artist Halle was amazing!

I started getting my acrylic nails done there and every month, I bring Moon a picture of what I want, and she does a fabulous job replicating it! My husband is in the Army and I wanted something to show my support for him, while he was away...and she knocked it out of the park! The price is very reasonable too!

I went to get my nails done and the lady doing my nails ruined my whole experience. She wouldn’t listen to my suggestions and was rushing to do my nails. Then while painting my nails I ended up not liking the color she painted my ring finger so I nicely asked her if she could change it and she said “no you told me to do this color and I’m not going to change it” I didn’t want to make a scene so I let her leave the color. Then while my nails were drying one of the men that worked there came up to me and I told him what had happened and he said “oh yeah we don’t charge for color change, I can change it for you” he even told me to pick a color! Then while I was picking a color I saw him coming back from talking to the lady who had done my nails and he said “I’m sorry I can’t do your nails” so I just paid and while doing so he whispered to “come back later”. I was just really confused and in shock. I don’t know if she was the owner or something but it was very unprofessional behavior. Like I said before, I didn’t want to cause a scene because their prices are fair but shouldn’t I like the nails I paid for? I’m very disappointed and please remember that I was never rude to her not even in the slightest :( (The woman who did my nails sat on the right corner of the entrance Tuesday 12/23/2020. She was a bit older and wore glasses)
