By far the best nails I've ever had!! "T" did a fantastic job. He knew exactly what I wanted when I said "natural". I love them!! So happy I went in on a whim!! Will be back! New review. Went back and Ti again, did a fantastic job! I'm so happy!!

NO MA'AM,THIS PLACE SUCKS, TINA DID MY NAILS NOW I HAVE TO GET MY nails REDONE IN ORDER TO PREVENT FRM PULLINg OUT our HAIR , DUE TO THE RAGGEDY EDGES, I WENT IN WITH 15 HANG NAILS,,,,,I WALK OUT WITH 15 ASWELL. THE HEAVY SET GUY, IS REALLY NICE HE DID AN AWESOME JOB ON MY DISABLED SONS FEET. THANK YOU, SIR. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY ON A SATURDAY. GOOD LUCK, I HOPE YOU'RE JUST STARTING OFF.

Rushed it took 15 minutes polish was so bad I had it removed no massage worse place in the world never go there

They did a horrible job of removing my sister’s tips. He did not soak her nails. He popped them off with another tip. She kept telling him “You’re hurting me” but he kept doing it. Two of her nails started bleeding. He pulled the nail off exposing her nail bed on two finger tips. Never will she go back there.

Fui hacerme un pedicura y manicura ,desde el momento que llegue me atendió un chico joven que desde el primer momento estaba muy distraído en su celular, en una mano le faltaba lijar la uña y no se había dado cuenta yo le tuve que decir y con la otra mano hizo lo mismo ,estaba muy apurado el y mirando el celular .Le pedí un diseño y me hizo otro muy diferente 🥲 ,normalmente siempre que voy me ah atendido otra persona que lo hace mucho mejor que el .

This place is horrible they did a very sloopy job i paid $45 for a sugar scrub pedicure😠 while cutting my nails she hurt and may me bleed did not even my nails right and was in the rush when I was the only one there never going back.

This is the worst nail place ever!! They were talking about me when I was getting my toes done he did them all sloppy and when I asked him to make my nails Shorter he didn't and when I got up to put my shoes on she told me not to come back.

Ended my pedicure immediately. Thats either rust or blood. They do not clean their tools there was also someone else's skin on the cuticle cutter.

I always get my nails done here at this place and they always turn out so good and do an amazing job super nice and kind workers. I do recommend the pedicure too very amazing.

I hate to be that person but I wish I could rate this zero stars. I had asked for a cute Halloween set to which I was told my own nail colors would be picked out for me. During my manicure my nails weren’t cleaned or cut nor was the space to do my nails. Several times the nail tech got way too close to my cuticle and skin and cut me. After filing my nails my hands weren’t even cleaned. After I expressed my disappointment the nail tech helping me became rough and started pulling my arm with little to no communication on what he was doing. The nail design it’s self was so bad I wanted to cry I asked for a ghost with some flowers. When I asked to just remove my nails I was told that with some water and scrubbing it should come off within the next couple days. This experience was by far the worst nail experience I have had. I had to go to another salon just so they could at least fix my nails a little. Do not go here I ended up still have to pay 40 for this mess.

Not only did they do a very poor job on the design, they cut my nails wrong and they cut my fingers and still charged me. Then he told me to just was my hands and it will come off after a couple of washes. Making sure to let everyone know not to go there. I just wish I could get a refund.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was in there on Friday May 27, 2022 getting a pedicure for myself and two daughters. My youngest daughter was getting her pedicure the day before graduation. Her pedicure is the one done it white. All her nail polish chipped the following day along with all the stones falling off. My pedicure was the red set, the person who did mine cut me twice leading to an infection the following day. I went in to talk to them & show them what was done, all they could tell me was to come back they fix it!!! What ??? Also, for me to put neosporin it will go down. Come back in a week, we remove the nail. They fail to understand this became infected by dirty tools, and the cut that was performed at the time of service. The man doing my nails was told he cut me at the moment… All he said, was sorry! Not realizing it lead to this! I asked for partial of my payment and was ignored…. Now, I’m canceling payment through my bank. I’m, also seeing a doctor for my toe, on antibiotics… I’m also talking to my attorney cause I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. It’s very painful …

Worst experience! Lack of customer service with all the Nails techs. No greeting when walking in. Nail prepping tables nasty and dirty no wiping down in between services. I got a refill 3 Nails popped off after 2 days. When going back in to get them fixed they still charged me extra.If you want good quality nails you need to go somewhere else Regal Nails not it!!!

I brought my two daughters and mother here today for a little spa day. My 14 yr old got a full set with shellac, needless to say her nails look horrible. It looks like she used regular nail polish instead of shellac the paint job itself looks like my 5 yr old did it. It also looks like hair or lent is stuck in her nail. I moved here from Illinois 3 yrs ago and it’s been hard trying to find a good nail techs that I can stick with. Everyone is always in such a rush trying not to miss out on a customer. One guy was really ruff on my moms feet and the other guy was rushing on my feet and forgot to put a clear top coat on one of my feet so one foot has a shine and the other is dull. I’m use to seeing the utensils being sterilized but I never seen it here. Long story short I’m not going back

I had a horrible experience the day before Mother’s Day I waited for 45 minutes after I just received pedicure the floors were dirty the chairs were filled with scum such a nightmare I just wanted to treat myself to nails n a pedi 😞

I stopped going to this place and finally had a not so friendly reminder when I went back. First off, let me say that I have really bad anxiety and one of the reasons why I get my nails done is to prevent me biting my nails down to practically nothing. When I go, the tech tells me, “Oh I bet your nail tastes very good.” Like really professional dude. Classy. Then I stopped going and finally went today to get an old set removed. Needless to say, my nail bed is burning when he goes to file them down some more. I understand that nail beds get a little worn when you get your nails done repeatedly. However the way they took off my nails actually hurt so incredibly bad. Now I know what you’re probably thinking, “So tell them to stop.” Well I was really excited to get my nails done by my usual tech who finally had an appointment available and she won’t remove or work over someone else’s work. I thought they would actually do a good job here.. but turns out I was wrong again. Don’t get me wrong, the sets I’ve gotten here have been decent as a temp set. But don’t ask for anything IG related or anything too complex. Just my opinion but you might be disappointed.

Kim does the best pedicures ever never in a rush and she also does eyebrows ..great job All of the rest are good and do great jobs...
