Horrible.😰😰... please don’t go to Lupe (Guadalupe) I would give him zero stars if I had a choice .. he messed up my long locks .. I asked him to cut 2 inches in length he chopped off more than 5 inches .. was asked to give layers he doesn’t know the meaning of layers, gave me uneven layers.. I had to get another haircut to make it look even. Ended up losing more than 8 inches of hair. Imagine having waist line hair going shoulder length. 😰

Impatient me wanting my hair done today (Sunday) walked in and I got lucky Valerie was about done with her client and could do me afterwards. I was a little nervous because it was my first time and read a few reviews and I didn’t want a outdated look because I am 24 but nope she hooked me and kept my hair healthy because I am the bleach lover girl. What I liked most is she took her time not trying to fit me in or rush me out for the next client she took her time loved my hair and great conversation. She’s a go too and I’ve found me a new stylist I can see for all my hair journeys and will be bringing my family to her as well. Ask for her!!!!

I’ve been living in Georgia coming up on 2 years. I moved for better health care. Being critically ill, it took me 1+1/2 years to find a Solon that knew what Malibu gel was. My stylist in Ohio kept me from losing my hair. Todd at Parrimeter Mall, is not a stylist he listened to me and I was impressed because my mother was a stylist also who was also taught by Vidal Sassoon. He was extremely knowledgeable, it takes from 3-4 hours to do my hair. Which most places wouldn’t set aside the time, but he instantly knew that shouldn’t have been a problem. He could do other people while I was under the dryer. He’s well equipped, and patient with me. I am on hospice and he knew that my face was half gone and my hair was so important to me. Todd is an artist , I know one other person that bares that name, If anyone is looking for an Artist with hair, Todd’s your man. I came in a mess and he had to cut what others had screwed up. I’m easy to please, but this man knows his business. Thank you Todd, your what I’ve been looking for since my move. I always get blessed with the best......... Karma

DEIDRE THE SO CALLED MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION, GAVE ME PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS THAT TOOK 4 HOURS AND IT STILL WAS NOT CORRECT. FIRST OF ALL I did not ask for blonde highlights. She kept going to the back to mix the color and color correct at least 4 times. She left a patch of orange at the very front of my head. I asked her to lift then tone down to a honey blonde. That did not happen. The last application burned my scalp and I told to remove it asap, she did. She did a horrible job and ruined the texture of my natural hair. Some of my highlights are over processed and pourus!! I donot recommend her or this location... for color I guess this salon is for white hair and haircuts only, I contacted the corporate office and talked to a Lady name Karen who did absolutely nothing but recommend I return for another service, in 3 days when she knew I worked out of town and could not return because of work and Hurricane Irma... wow that's service at its best I guess!!!

Deidra Caison gave me the best hair cut I've had in years. I'm a man with limited styles but she was patient informative and worked with me until we had the perfect cut. I usually wait till I go home for a visit to get my hair cut but now that I've found this Gem here in Atlanta I no longer have to wait. She's not only talented and intelligent to talk to but she is also quite beautiful. You rock Deidra. See you in a couple months

Outdated c-level salon with D- level stylists. Stylist was 20 minutes late to a 10 am appointment. Poorly run and circa 1980.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not go here if you want any type of quality service. They "couldn't find" my appointment on their paper of appointments for the day, so they sat me to the side for 45 minutes while everyone here ignored me. I called THE SAME DAY and somehow they forgot. While I sat there I watched the stylists to see if I would actually want to wait for my hair cut. They were EXTREMELY unprofessoinal! They paid no attention to their customers, and were more conserned with how they looked, over their customers. The hygene here was DISGUSTING! The stylists didn't seem to take care of themselves, the place had hair EVERYWHERE, and I saw one stylist use the same brush on two customers. Needless to say after 45 minutes, I got up and walked away because I was not letting anyone here get close to my hair.
