Shampoo was not good or rinsed well, conditioner was not rinsed well. Comb out after shampoo before cut was with a brush. Layers are uneven as is my length. One side is longer and thicker due to uneven layering. Right side of my head was styled curly and the other side straight. Nothing was precise. I called for refund and Amy said she could not give a refund, (company policy) but would cut again. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with another cut and she told me to have a Merry Christmas.

Today Abby cut my hair. It’s been such a long time since I’ve had a hair cut that made me feel beautiful but I’ve finally gotten one again. I can’t say how pleased I am with my experience today!

Was charged $66 for a kids cut, the stylist curled the ends so I didn’t get to see the evenness. After washing my daughter’s hair the next day I could tell her hair was so uneven and the layers I asked for were not there. Her hair looked like a frown when brushed in the back. Never going here again. I’ll stick with $30 at Philip pelusi that comes with a wash/dry/style. 👎

Worst haircut of my life. Men's, short, very straightforward. Took two hours, had to leave because the salon was closing. Stylist used dull scissors, massacred and left some spots long, some short,lots of split ends. Literally she could not follow direct instruction of "cut this short". Other stylists stopped by to recommend she sharpen her scissors. I shouldn't have paid.

I believe the girls name was Zoe at the Regis in the Robinson mall. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted done to my hair. Needless to say, my hair came out beautiful. I highly recommend Regis and Zoe if you go to the one in robinson mall.

My son wanted a fade on the sides and long on top, I walk in to my son having no hair and bald spots all over his head. This is absolutely ridiculous and that lady needs to be fired immediately. Never go get a haircut because these people have no idea what they are doing. The manager was nice enough to let us go without paying.

Maybe the worst haircut and customer service experience I've personally seen. Starts with a stylist 20min late to the appointment followed by a not even getting the desired cut. Let the manager know of the string of bad reviews visible here on google and they were unaware their shop is currently getting nothing but 1 star reviews. Manager offering to have us come back in to the butcher shop so someone competent can correct the issue. Why would you trust anyone in the entire shop after that? No refund offered. Stay far away from this shop. Can't even make an even cut, the true bare minimum of hair styling. Trying to make excuses that it's hard to find people and they apparently just hire knowingly untalented people I guess. Not sure I get the logic on that one, but here we are.
