Got my first prenatal massage at 36 weeks and I feel euphoric! I wish I would have done it sooner but I will definitely be coming back. Shaleia was incredible, so warm and loving, and made the whole experience wonderful!

I’ve been seeing Shaleia for over a year now, and I can confidently say her hands are magical. She’s THE BEST! I carry most of my stress in my shoulders and neck, which are always incredibly tight. Leia is one of the only people who has been able to work through those knots in a way that actually leaves me feeling relieved and completely relaxed by the time I leave my appointment. Reid Massage and Wellness is also in a great location, and their office has such an inviting vibe—welcoming, cozy, and peaceful. It’s the perfect environment to unwind. I can’t recommend Leia or Reid Massage and Wellness enough!

Leia is a master at what she does!! I followed her from her previous place of work because she is that good. She knows how to get all the small knots out of you and overall provides an excellent massage!

So many wonderful things to say about Reid Massage and Allie. The space is beautiful, calm, clean and comfortable. Allie is very knowledgeable on all things Women's Health and was very thorough in my consultation for a Womb Massage. She took great care in making sure that I was comfortable the whole time and in explaining the areas she would work on and what to expect. She and her space felt very safe. I walked out of my appointment feeling informed, relaxed and with homework to support my progress in between sessions. There is parking in the back (access through Commonwealth Ave) with assigned spaces and just a few steps away from her door. There are lot of local shops, restaurants and markets nearby but the building is tucked away just enough to where you don't get any of the bustle (but can easily run some errands or grab some food before or after your session). I'm so grateful to have met Allie and to have received her Womb Massage. I look forward to coming back :)

Allie's massages are so relaxing that sometimes I forget where I am. The time flies when I'm on her table. What sets Allie apart from other massage therapists is her reliability and responsiveness. Booking appointments online, in person or via text is so easy. I also appreciate the emails she sends letting me know what she has open that week. Allie's practice is healthy, but I'm still always able to get in with her when I need to. So glad I found Allie and Reid Massage & Wellness!

I have been to Alexandra several times now. After being diagnosed with brain cancer, my body has had several changes. Treatment and movement limitations has caused weight gain and lots of aches and pains. Alexandra has worked with me to improve my quality of life during/post massages and has taught me several at home techniques and remedies to alleviate pain in between appointments. She even traveled to me and and gave me a much needed post surgery massage. Even traveling to my home, Alexandra had a very comfortable table and was able to work with my restrictions post surgery. Alexandra is very knowledgeable and friendly and is a great value. I highly recommend the hot stones!

Massage is my favorite form of physical self-care so I have had many massage therapists and experiences over the years — and nothing compares to Allie. Her practice is completely exceptional, massage on a whole other level. I have been seeing her for years and feel so lucky to have found such a talented, kind, specialized massage therapist. Not to mention the tranquil, beautiful space in a very convenient and cool location in Charlotte. Nowhere else I've been in CLT holds a candle to Reid Massage & Wellness (skip right over the orange house in Dilworth, iykyk). I recommend her to literally everybody! You will not think twice once you've experienced the care, consideration, and skill of Reid Massage!

Allie is an absolute gem! She has helped me heal chronic TMJ, plantar fasciitis, and other stubborn issues. Her six week wellness program is a game-changer. I had been dealing with chronic neck and back pain for months, and a couple sessions with her made a world of difference. Alexandra of Reid Massage & Wellness is very professional. Her attention to details in her space shows how important her clients comfort is to her. The massage was wonderful for both my husband and I. The all natural clean body products are my favorite. The lip balms are a staple I never run out of.

Allie is a great masseuse! Was happy to come across this studio for the Plaza Midwood grand-opening. Such a relaxing studio that helps all your worries go to bay. Allie can really pinpoint your problem areas and work out the tension. One of my first professional massages and it was a night and day difference walking in and out the door. Honestly, the BEST massage I've had in my life. I am able to stand up straighter and my muscle knots are gone. I'd been through a few massage therapists in Charlotte and no experience was close to this. Absolutely recommend.

I am so happy that I found Allie at Reid Massage and Wellness. Allie is by far the best massage therapist I have found! The way that she is able to work on my neck and lower back is life altering. I will absolutely be back! The space she cultivates is intuitive, compassionate, attentive, and safe. I have actually been able to fall asleep on her table multiple times during the session. She is also able to find the perfect amount of pressure. For anyone with sensitive nervous systems, pain, fibromyalgia, etc. this is the place to go!

I met the owner Allie at a trade show where she shared information on her company and services. I made an appointment and have become a monthly customer. The level of massage manages all of my pain points as I am on my feet daily. She suggests in between managed care of stretching and body movements. She also has a line of body products.

Order some body care products for the wife. She loved them and said they are really great. She loved the scents of them and then way they make he skin feel. I like using the sugar scrubs on my feet they feel so great after and smell great too.
