I entered this Nail Bar on a spontaneous whim and i loved my experience, and the results of my visit. there was no wait, and i had the nail technicians full attention and care. Her name is, Eimaj. She had great customer service skills, and she was so down to earth, and easy to talk to. she did my nails so well, she took her time, and double checked to make sure that they were 100 percent straight as far as color, shape, and design etc. even the overall aesthetic of the nail itself and she educated me on the inquires i had about the services that i was receiving. I will definitely coming back if i’m in the area.

Two stars because the ladies were very nice however $100 for a gel pedicure better be outstanding. My massage for the upgraded pedicure didn’t go past my ankle. No calf massage. Maybe 2 minutes of a massage if that. Poor shaping and polish. Very overpriced for what you get. No wax or foot masque or anything. Won’t be coming back here unfortunately.

Will not be coming back to Reign. The first time my nails chipped after two days so I was highly disappointed. I decided to give them another chance so I came back today (Nov 22) for an appointment at 1:00. I came in at 1:00 only to be seen at 2:15. I was told I could at least have my nails soaked while waiting but instead I was told to wait after another pedicure, so I was left there sitting there for 75 minutes. I had my work schedule blocked off so by the time they could finally get to me it was too late. Highly disappointed. Will not be coming back or be recommending to family/friends in the area

******UPDATE****** I had to make an update because…. I recently had family come into town and of course I sent them to Reign!!! My family enjoyed the vibe of the shop and the techs worked hard to ensure they represented Raleigh and Reign Nail Salon! I found this nail bar on IG and I am happy did! Booking is easy and fast, the nail shop is beautiful and filled with Beautiful techs and a GREAT playlist. I started going in April and each time has been nothing but GREAT! When I arrive they are waiting for ME!, my chair is ready, asked right away what I would like to drink, the products are top tier and made for your comfort and to save time. They have great colors to choose from and each nail product is organized with the colors it offers which saves soooooo much time! Once you visit Reign you wont want to go any place else.

Severely overpriced. A very basic manicure “Lilac” for $27 before tip. No soaking of nails, no massaging lotion into hands, no ointment to soften cuticles or offer to push back vs cut cuticles — they automatically assume you want them blasted off with an e-file they also use to blast your natural nails to make them thinner?? WHAT?! Trying to pass the place off as “luxury” — it is very banged up and no modern or luxury, only the prices are. They need to be schooled by nail techs in NYC who do a 30 minute outstanding manicure for $18. Will definitely not return even though they were nice people.

My daughter 16 went to get a pedicure and they did not soak her feet like normal places. Just updated her toe polish for $47. She ask for a pedicure. She said the people was nice but she definitely will not be back. Who ask for pedicure these days and just receives a nail polish change.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment last week with a friend. The providers were personable and outgoing. Unfortunately, a week later, my friend had to get her nails redone.

I just went for a pedicure, and it was my first time at this salon. Everyone who works there was incredibly nice. They took the time to help me choose the perfect color polish and made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. While I was at the salon, the sky started getting dark, and it looked like it was going to starting pouring outside. They told me they would try to get me out before the rain started coming down. They were so efficient, without making the experience seem rushed, and I was able to make it to my car just as the first drops started. I accidentally smudged a toe while getting to my car and ended up going back the next day to have the toe touched up - they were super kind and understanding and were able to fix the smudge! I would highly recommend this salon! I will definitely be going back in the future.

If I could give more stars I would. First time in today (I was a walk-in; no appointment) and I was wowed! I did not have to wait to get into the pedicure chair. The shop’s ambience was peaceful and soothing. The owner, Sharon, was outside when I arrived, greeted me warmly and opened the door for me. Kisha gave me probably the best pedicure I have ever had. She took her time, offered me a welcomed beverage and the massage chair was relaxing during my pedicure session. She made my tired, sore feet feel and look rejuvenated; like new. Jennifer, Kim and E were all busy with clients, but everyone made me feel so appreciated and welcomed, like an old friend. I gave Kisha a hug! I have booked my next appointment with Kisha and am telling everyone I know to come give these wonderful ladies a try. It was money well spent (prices are comparable to the market so no wow factor, in my opinion). They are conveniently located in City Market, on Blake Street, close to where I live (probably five minutes away), so it was a win for me to find this gem of a salon. Well done, ladies of Reign!

My first time today at Reign Nail Bar and I had a great experience getting a gel pedicure and manicure. I was a walk in and waited for 10 minutes max during which I was offered a drink and brought different color wheels to look at. The salon is immaculately clean, everyone is so nice, the massage chairs are amazing, and the pedicure/ manicure quality is great. I’m super picky and didn’t ask for a single change- my nails are perfectly straight/match in length and the color is even with no streaks/ bubbles. I definitely recommend checking out Reign and while I think the entire team would all be great- I highly recommend making an appointment with E. She is so nice and does a great job~

Very nice and elegant nail bar I definitely will be back again. Staff was amazing they have mimosa you can drink will getting service. Definitely recommend this as a place to go. I can’t wait to come back again. Thanks ladies

Came in to an empty shop. One technician watched something on her phone while the other finished her own nails. Waited for 10 minutes to be assigned to a chair for a pedicure. My technician was a friendly young woman, but incapable of doing the pedicure appropriately because her own nails were too long. I left with dirt around my nails and heels still hard. Had it been affordable that might have been ok, but considering the high prices I expected more.

Beautiful salon, extremely clean. Workers are perfectionists, I have never left unhappy. They truly listen to try to give you exactly what you want. Paris really took the time to make sure I had the most relaxing experience tonight and I so appreciate the kindness and empathy she showed to make sure I had the most seamless time at the salon, all while multitasking and making sure everything was re-sanitized. Prices are extremely comparable, but the attention to detail makes them the best quality and long lasting.

Soo…this was my first time at Reign and I’m literally IN LOVE!!!! Shyan, did a phenomenal job on my new holiday set and I’ll definitely be back. I’ve found my new safe space and their beverages with service are top tier!!!
