I've never been treated so poorly in my life!!!!! Walked in for a fill. The front staff was polite, but the tech rolled her eyes and said it's 1030 .....I said I would go somewhere else, and they said for real. Absolutely 💯 I would rather leave and go somewhere else where a tech wants to do it, then have a tech mess my nails up because she didn't feel like doing it and walked out.

For the price I expect better. Customer service is realllllyyyyy poor. All nail techs charge reinas price but they’re not the same quality. My nails kept popping off the first time I went in to get it fixed and it popped off the next day and 2 others after that. NEVER had that issue before and I’ve been doing my nails for 10 years. I’ve paid half the price and they looked and lasted much better. Although it is pretty it’s just not good in quality. I would avoid this place. 5 years since this review and some things never change. Money is not the root of all evil the greed of humans are. The energy in this salon is so toxic. I hope the owner/management gets a coach or mentor to teach them good leadership skills to run a team and business.

After a bad nail experience from another shop I came here to get my nails redone on 12/9 (Sat), they insisted gel X is better & more durable than acrylic so I gave it a try. They said it would be cheaper to get also because when it comes time for another set they take them off, because they don’t fill/polish change Gel X; so I wouldn’t have to pay for a soak off, like with acrylic. However, by that Monday I already had 2 nails chipped really badly & by that Wednesday 6 nails were cracked or chipped down to the tip that was put on. I called & explained the situation to the manager, I believe her name is Marki, & she told me to come in let her see them & then they will fix it. I went that morning got them fixed & by that evening the paint had peeled all the way back. I went to the shop the next day & asked for a refund & to have them removed. They told me they would speak with the owner, who never got in touch with me. So I called again asking about the refund & I was told that I won’t be getting a refund, & that a polish change was offered. I let her know I was told they don’t fill or polish change gel X & they would have to come off anyway. I pretty much got an “oh well” & that’s $80 down the drain. After one week I have no nails on & $80 is just gone. Now I understand why they are as slow as they are; they charge crazy prices, the nails don’t last, & the complete lack of customer service is astonishing! Marki had a small level of professionalism & it was a respectful conversation however it’s utterly ridiculous that their nails don’t last more than a day or 2. I won’t be returning.

Not a great experience, not the worst. Salon is dirty and unkept, I was cut at least 3 times while getting my nails done (pictures attached). Nail techs were obviously more into getting high (smelled of mj strong everytime they came in from outside) and doing their own nails than mine and my friends. They let us soak for an hour to remove previous set of gelx while they did each others nails. The application of the gelx was sloppy and I have been picking off clumps of it. Also didn't have the size and shape I wanted. Not the worst, but not the best.

Been with same hair artist for 15 years, The same dentist since I was 11 , same medical spa for 10 years , all these business’s I have to book apt.! This is a career not a job , these woman provide a great service , it’s art , so when you leave this salon I guarantee ppl will ask where you get your nails done!

I give them two stars because it was to expensive for the type of nails that they has done to my daughter, no acrylic, the glue the nails to her, paint them and add some swarosky for $100 dollars! I think is to much for not even used acrylic! Be aware of that when you go to that place, could be expensive!

I went in today May 11th , to get a full set with Gel x. The receptionist told me wait on the couch nearest the TV. I sat there and watch literally 2 movies. Nobody came to check in with me and tell me how long the wait was or how many girls were in front of me. Instead, the receptionist walked around laughing and sitting with the nail techs and getting up every time someone walked in. I don’t mind waiting as I know this takes time but there was NO COMMUNICATION! From the time I sat down to the time I had enough and left. Approximately 2 whole hours. I watched as 5 girls walked in and sat down and I was confused as to what was happening. Still nothing has been said from the nail techs who see that I am confused or the receptionist who at this time is still sitting down with laughing hard living her best life. Worst experience ever.

Marque was great! She personable and attentive. Marque took her time to make sure my nails came out beautiful. Gel X is the way to go. A Much healthier alternative 🙂 it’s definitely a better experience for me and I have to stress the Quality and workmanship was better than you average Nail salon. Thanks again

The manager of of this facility needs to remember humbleness for once she used to work in the mall in a nail salon back then before she got all the glitz,glam and cosmetic work she was more friendly and nice she personally has done my nails in the past a few times but now she is too above and beyond to do the “little people” nails but people tend to get beyond themselves her establishment does not have a friendly atmosphere at all they don’t come of friendly at all… they over charge and the quality of work isn’t bad but it’s just the overall experience of this establishment I believe this place has the potential to be much better but they need some revelation

ghetto, slow, and to top it off I got a nail infection. My acrylic nails were done half a**ed and definitely wasn’t what I wanted. If you’re trying to find out if you should come this place this should be the review that convinces you NOT to. And in the end they had the audacity to charge the same amount of a GOOD and PROFESSIONAL set😂

Absolutely love and adore this place. I was a walk in at 6:30pm and they were welcoming and amazing. They will get my business for as long as I live here. They will take their time with your nails, making them look amazing. Could not say enough great things about them. For reference I’ve had my nails done for 15 years on/off and I have been to salons across the country and no salon or nail technician has ever taking the amount of time or consideration of my nails and how they look.

Been dropping my girls off for nails there for about one year. Cost is usually $100 to $125 for nails. On Saturday, my daughter called me choking back tears. The girl charged her $270 for nails that were no different than any other time there. Total rip off and price gouging! BEWARE!

I had a very high expectations for the salon upon arrival the greeting was very unfriendly unwelcoming I believe the manager is the one i'm talking about not only that she was on her phone the entire time having personal conversations with whoever and it was highly unprofessional I realized as soon as I walked in that this was not the place I wanted to be thankfully the lady who did my pedicure Jayda she did an amazing job and her customer service was great that is the only good thing I can say about the salon other than that it's not really all that great definitely could do better I think if they replace the manager with someone who has customer service and professionalism then the salon could be great but other than that it was kind of a bad experience

This review is submitted after my fourth visit to this salon. The purpose of this review is to inform new clients -- whether new to the salon or area (such as myself) of the 2 INJURIES sustained by nail techs. The first two visits were satisfactory, in that I received the service as requested without incurring physical injuries. My third visit was a pedicure and nail repair walk-in, which resulted in a "GREENIE" on the nail that was "repaired". The scientific terminology is pseudomonas, which is a BACTERIAL INFECTION that results in a GREEN NAIL; see image #1. This occurred due to improper procedures. After receiving a bacterial infection from the salon, I made the decision to visit another salon for nail health/care, and was advised to allow the nail to heal and breath, so I wore a new Gel-x set with the exception of 1 bacteria/green nail during the Christmas holiday. Being that I am a reasonable person I returned to the salon after 95% of the greenie healed to give the salon another chance, and discovered that the greenie nail tech was no longer at the salon. Thus, I selected the 3rd in charge nail technician. During my 4th Gel-x service there, the nail technician CUT my nail bed/ skin resulting in excessive BLEEDING; see image #2. To stop the bleeding she placed nail glue underneath my nail where I was bleeding. She cut my nail bed early in the nail removal process, so the reminder of the service was painful. You may ask why didn't I just stop the service then. But please consider the additional inconvenience I would experience by commuting to another salon, waiting, paying a fee, and still needing the nail removed. Please note May-Ke did apologize but it was insincere. I say this because #2 Assistant Manager (Michelle) still charged me the full price of the service knowing that my nail bed was cut, bleeding and injured. I have NEVER received such low-quality service in my two decades of artificial nail service. I have never experienced such as proud shop as to not to offer any remedy or solution for the literal injury caused by their shop. The one star rating is not only for the GREEN NAIL or CUT/ BLEEDING NAILBED, but for the service of the #2 Assistant Manager/ Michelle. Out of my 4 visits to the salon, she has never acknowledged my presence despite the shop being empty (less than 4 customers). She lacks professionalism and customer service. As an outsider, it is apparent that they are comfortable with their regular clients to the point they only value their regular clients (even those forming into a regular). I would advise any new local or tourist to keep looking and NOT VISIT this salon. They do not thoroughly clean the stations. They do not post their nail technician licensure for you to see (which makes me wonder if that's why I have been INJURED TWICE by this salon). Are they even licensed to perform these services?

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will NEVER return to this wack establishment!!! I’ve went to to get my nails done here for about a year now and every time it’s always something but this last time was the last straw! I waited hours to get my nails done and not one time did they acknowledge my presence or even speak. I was skipped to get my nails done because the owner knew the person who came an hour after me with no appointment! It’s very disappointing and disheartening! I pray she humbles her self because with out your customers your nothing and best believe I’ll make sure no one I know ever steps foot in there!!!
