From start to finish the experience was amazing. The pressure was perfect and all my knots were worked out. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. Will definitely be coming back!!

I received a $100 gift certificate that was purchased in May, but now, in November, I am being told that I cannot redeem it. The terms state that it is valid for one year. This experience shows that the Foot Spa is untrustworthy and unreliable. I expect better customer service and accountability. Do NOT COME

I went here for a massage this time and I found them to be very good at deep massages, highly recommend and I will go again!

Do not go here.. I arrived for 30 min foot & 60 min body she took me to room for body massage, I said not feet first she said no, body then feet. okay I get on table she starts massage, then her and another lady start yelling back and forth, then the other lady comes in and they say okay we give you 4 hand massage for 30 minutes, then 30 minute foot. okay fine, massage was not good, then they wanted to massage my private parts, I said no thanks, and they asked me like multiple times for that, I kept refusing. finally she said okay I massage your feet here also (no soak) she basically rubbed my toes and a little bit of my foot. SUPER TERRIBLE. I start to leave and because I am nice I even tip her $20, she asked for more because another lady helped. I was like this is the worst massage ever and she just looked at me, no response. OOF, bad, bad, bad!

I used to come here before pandemic and was always happy. Today I asked for 45 min foot massage and 15 min body. First impression very clean and told front desk to make sure no face massage (just had treatment done). Man that entered room instantly smelled like cigarettes....im allergic to cigarettes. I asked for lavender or peppermint oil for towel so i can dmell that instead of stale cigarettes. He didnt understand even though they display oils at front desk. A lady came in and i asked for an oil because of cigarette smell, she took towel and gave me another towel for my face...i said it was not the towel...can i please have an oil to put on towel...she left and never came back. Back to massage, first thing massage guy did was to put hands on face to massage i instsntly ssid no face as i covered my face with my hands. It felt like he was being very gentle with massage so I asked him to massge stronger and he didnt understand, just did uncomfortable laugh. I got up after 1/2 hour and left. Most uncomfortable massage, furthest from relaxing. Throat was sore from cigarette smell as i am allergic. I will not return. Very unfortunate.
