Received the Hydrofacial from Kara. It was great. Very different form a regular facial. My face felt clean and shiny, much more so than when I have had a regular. Even the next morning when I went wash my face it felt way smoother. My husband even commented that my looked brighter. Kara did a great job. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been so impressed with the results I’ve gotten from Kara! I had Botox in my neck bands, 11s, forehead and eyes for my hoods. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! It looks so natural, which is important for me. I loved my results so much that I went back to Kara for a chemical peel, and I’ll be back for more. Her staff is great too!

I am so happy I found Rejuva and Kara. I noticed huge differences in the few times that I have treated and I feel so much better. I love my skin, I like taking pictures now. I have noticed hair reduction around my mouth, my fine lines and wrinkles are greatly reduced and the IPL helped the spot on my nose tremendously. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Rejuva Med Spa for IPL treatments for just over a year, since Oct. 2023. Kara is a doll! She really puts you at ease and she makes each visit enjoyable with her soothing, warm manner. My skin - particularly the freckles & sun spots I’d acquired over the last decade - has really improved gradually. They were stubborn (the large spot especially) so it took more treatments. It’s come a long way and even improved some fine lines! I started going every month, then spread it out to every other month. Groupon def helps save! Now I’m going to receive the VI Peel treatment next and I’m hopeful that it will be even more beneficial to my complexion. So far, I’ve been really pleased overall! I really appreciate the friendly, attentive service I have gotten from Kara.

I’ve had a great experience here over the last year! I deal with rosacea & redness and have tried everything from drug store products to prescription skin care and nothing helped treat my skin more than getting consistent IPL treatments. I feel way more confident now and people ask me how I get my skin to “look like glass.” Highly recommend!

The staff at Reina medical spa was excellent. I was nervous to get a chemical peel, but the reassurance was great and I was walked through the process and they made sure I left knowing exactly what I needed to do. I had one chemical peel and had excellent results and my skin was left soft and marks lighten extremely. I will get the results I want if I keep with the process. I’m so happy with my results

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!! I went there for lip filler. For the record I have had my lips done for the last 4+ years and am certainly used to the process. I decided to go to this spa since my normal injector was booked months out. I love how I look and only need a half of syringe. I expressed to the injector that I wanted to keep my natural shape and just wanted a hydrated look. While icing/numbing lips she made homophobic comments about gay/trans men getting filler. She also gossiped about other doctors/clinics/spas. Well… as if the awkward conversation wasn’t enough, Kara took it upon herself to give me “lip cleavage” using the full syringe of filler!!! The very next day I called and expressed my dissatisfaction with the excessive filler and the weirdly unnatural shape, lack of symmetry, and excessive lumpiness. She brought me in and dissolved some of the “lip cleavage” that I never asked for but proceeded to try to convince me to buy another syringe to smooth the lumps in my bottom lip. I expressed my frustration about the amount of filler that I had to have dissolved and questioned why I would/should buy a whole mother syringe. As my swelling went down, I noticed that my lips were lumpier and more uneven. She told me that she would have to charge me half price to correct her mistake?!?? She grossly botched my lips and acknowledged that she needed to make some corrections. So why should I have to pay at all?!? The office manager was very rude and contrary. She told Kara that she could not charge me half price and that I would have to pay full price. Repeatedly Kara said that it would be $100 but u would only have to pay $50. The receptionist stated the same price. I didn’t want to pay anything at all though. After being in the office an hour, I decided to just pay the $50 and be done with them. Then Kara decided that she can’t do my service without me speaking with the owner first. After waiting for her to “get out of a meeting” for roughly an hour the receptionist notified that she had to leave due to an emergency but she authorized Kara to do the service for $100. I immediately questioned what happened to the $50?!?? The receptionist didn’t have an answer, Kara was conveniently in her office with a client and the owner mysteriously gone with an emergency. At this point I have to find a PROFESSIONAL spa to correct the botch job that I received. NEVER AGAIN!!

I've been going to see Kara for a while now and every visit I am greeted with kindness. She is knowledgable, experienced and thorough with explaining the process of her spa treatments and takes the time to answer any of my questions. I am always satisfied with my results from my spa visits and will continue to see Kara, she is a talented master esthetician! Highly recommended!

Kara does a wonderful job here & has changed my life around by giving me clearer skin. Before I started coming here I was constantly wearing foundation to cover up my acne scars. Now I barely wear any makeup at all! My scars are gone, my skin is soft, clear & brand new. It does take time to get the skin you want therefore, I always tell people you must be patient with the process. It’s VERY worth it. I highly recommend this place for anyone trying to fix their skin and build that confidence that you so deserve. These treatments have changed my life in more than one way. I’m more confident, I’m happier and I feel better. Thank you Kara for everything you have done for me!

I've been coming here for years and the previous reviews are the furthest from the truth. Kara is so knowledgeable, more than willing to help, and is profound at her profession. If your searching for the best (most accurate) reviews make sure you also look into the person that is doing the "reviewing" profile on google... some people just like to get free things by complaining about businesses all throughout google.

I honestly would rate this no stars. I went in for gummy smile botox and a lip flip. I explained what I normally do, and have been doing for years, at a different spa and she told me that it wasn’t possible and would cause all these problems (that i never experienced in the past). She said she would do part of what i wanted and when she did the botox she was supposed to be doing a simple lip flip. you can easily google where the placement of a lip flip goes, but this woman just stabs above my lip and then does the next side COMPLETELY ASYMMETRICAL from the other ( I know this because i saw the blood on my face in the mirror after) she acted super strange afterwards and i’ve never experienced botox like this.

Amazing! I always leave with my skin super glowy and hydrated. I noticed a difference with my skin even after the first treatment. Kara is really great at explaining what treatments would fit my skin best and very transparent about what to expect. This is my third treatment, my pores are much smaller and the hyperpigmentation is reducing. Having great skin is such a confidence booster.

I am so glad I found Kara again . I had been going to her some 13 years ago and followed her to different places but then life took a turn for me and my self care was put on the back burner. Recently I took a chance and decided to go to Rejuva Med Spa because it was close to my home and there she was! She is amazing and has done wonders for me and the prices are more reasonable than any other place. My skin is always in great hands with Kara, I trust her completely, I would never go anywhere else. I went here for Botox for migraines after seeing all the great reviews. I’ve been getting Botox for years for my migraines, and it has worked every time. It is the only relief I get. I’ve gotten it from my dermatologists office and a surgical med spa in my hometown in Tennessee with no issues. I came here only because I couldn’t get into my dermatologist in time to get relief for my migraines after having to cancel my regularly scheduled appointment with them. I saw Kara and I regret not having watched her pull the Botox up in the syringes. Because whatever I got was not Botox or it was severely watered down. She wanted me to come back one week after my Botox for a check up appointment. She was late to that appointment, AND she tried to sell me all this extra stuff at my follow up appointment. She even had the nerve to offer me “Botox in a bottle” for all my fine lines and skin texture… I’m 31 with hardly any fine lines. And didn’t she just give me Botox? So why do I need Botox in a bottle? And she knew I was there for migraines, why would she keep trying to sell me unnecessary things? Also I kept trying to tell her that I needed to leave since she was late and I had another appointment to go to, but she kept trying to sell me things as I’m trying to leave. It was so awkward and weird. It’s been 5 weeks and I’ve had the worst migraines in years. I can barely function some days, but I’m scared to get a double dose of Botox early because I don’t truly know what she did. This is a quality of life issue for me at this point. And I have full movement back in my face so I can tell it was not real. This place is a scam and I will never go back. I really believe some of these reviews might be fake.

This procedure was done for my elderly mom. The staff is very friendly & caring. It was fast and easy procedure with Kara’s fabulous hands as my mom stated. Mom is happy to see the results before the healing period.
