Awful. Do not recommend. Dr Hardt was not informative about the procedure, was not gentle, and did not massage the tissue after the injection leaving the inside of my mouth lumpy and uncomfortable. I've had Juvederm twice before by a different Doctor/ clinic, and was never left "lumpy". She acted annoyed when I told her I was nervous how the results would look (genuine concern considering her face is over-filled and over-botoxed). Her flippant attitude definitely did not provide me any reassurance. Needless to say, I am less than happy with my results. I would normally chalk this up as a bad experience and move on, but her poor attitude and complete lack of bedside manner forced me to leave this review. On a positive note, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and I appreciated her efforts to make me feel at ease by rubbing my arm during the injections. Maybe she does this with every patient, or maybe she could see the anxiety Dr Hardt was causing me and was genuinely concerned. Either way, her effort did not go unnoticed.

Dr. Hardt is beyond knowledgeable, and beyond that, she CARES!!! She begins every appointment asking what your complaint is and what we want to address. She then explains how she plans to treat the complaint so you're aware of everything she's doing. It's quick, easy, and as painless as can be. Becca and Michelle are also very caring individuals. I believe this office is filled with women that truly care whether or not you leaving feeling better about yourself than you did when you arrived. I appreciate them so much!

Dr. Hardt is the most kind, sweet and fun doctor! Having a physician who does the treatments is not common in this industry. She sees you every single time and she is who does your treatments. She’s wonderful. The staff is wonderful. - not just once or twice- these are consistently wonderful people with consistent results. I have been here several times before but this time I used a Groupon I found… I was treated EXACTLY the same. Thank you Dr.Hardt and your ENTIRE staff. I love your office, your people and YOU! 🫶🏼

Dr. Hardt did a great job with my Botox. I asked that she inject it in a way that slightly lifted my brows (which is hard to execute properly, based on my multiple experiences with this request 😅) and she did the best job I’ve seen! I love the “refreshed” look. Already scheduled a bit more for another area ;)

I want to start this by saying I never write bad reviews. It's not me, but I went in for lip filler here and left looking pretty much the same as I walked in. I've had filler done 3 other times before, but tried this place because of the $250 off. (They usually charge $750) I've always gotten 1 full syringe. This time she injected way too deep bc i can feel the filler in the back of my lip with my tongue. It's bumpy in spots like the filler is just sitting there. She didn't give it a nice shape at all. She was really fast and we talked throughout. Which is fine, we had some laughs about tiktok but when I expressed that I wasn't happy with the results the nurse went to get her and the Dr wouldn't even come back to the room. I was gas lit the whole time by the nurse and Dr as they said "oh that looks so nice". Then at checkout I was told to wait a few days or couple weeks. If you've had filler you'd know this doesn't make sense. Your lips should look fuller and sometimes even have some swelling, which mine usually do. After consulting with another injector, she agreed the dr went too deep. Thus not seeing results. I'm so disappointed at the lack of results as it's not cheap to get this done, regardless of a discount.

The only Dr. I trust with my cosmetic needs/injections is Dr. Hardt. There are so many ppl trying to open medical spas, etc with barely enough training to be injecting ppl. Dr. Hardt's education, credentials, and experience as a real Doctor sets her apart from any other injector/medical spa in the area. Highly recommend. Been going here for years..the staff is amazing and they are classy and do things the right way.

Bait and switch scheme with poor explanation and immediate attitude about enforced purchase differences. Purchased a Groupon from a campaign from Joan Hardt of Rejuvena Cosmetic Medical Center for Up to 40 units of Botox for Neck or Jawline. When presented to the receptionist at the check-in and saying probably would use on other areas. She said she would credit the amount and charge full counter price for moving to other places. The 40 units of botox can’t be distributed where you need it. It can only be used in a specific area. Which means you are forced to over-medicate to a specific spot. This comes across to me as a bait and switch from Rejuvena. They do not allow you to use your unit where needed or manage the units you purchase from them on your visit. Groupon credited the purchase back as Groupon bucks to use somewhere that is more patient need focused and won’t make you feel like you made a mistake. Sadly Joan considered saying a google review was needed for clarification of how her offers are handled as a threat to her business. Which is intended to expose the facts of the bait and switch. Maybe she will add more body parts to her groupons that will pigeon-hole you at the counter again. She quite aptly explained in her response her thinking and pricing which will be good information for others but was unbeknownst to the reviewer. In the end it is still a 1 star review with her behavior and business was taken elsewhere. She could have said no problem…we’ll help you with your needs and dropped the haggling. Also as a health professional posting additional protected health information about a consult is seriously egregious.

Dr. Hardt has the knowledge and experience to trust having my aesthetic needs met! She's the best! I recently had the CO2 laser treatment by Michelle. I am so happy with the results! She has 18 years experience in this procedure & I would not trust anyone else to do this on my face. Also, a shout out to Becca, who takes care of the office duties & probably many other things. She's so kind & very organized. Rejuvena is an extremely streamlined clinic that gives their clients the most professional treatment anyone could receive. I won't go anywhere else!

Dr. Joan Hardt is one of Oklahoma's finest treasures. Incredibly skilled, extremely educated and all with an artist's delicate touch, Dr. Hardt is the only person I trust with my face. Whenever folks I don't know mistake me for being in my early 40s, or friends ask me how I look so young, I never lie: I always say I owe it all to Dr. Hardt--and I do!!! Thank you, Dr. Hardt! 😃

I just got my first laser tattoo removal done here! Absolutely wonderful service! The woman who did my service was so kind and sweet, so very personable and talkative! It also wasn’t that expensive compared to other places! Highly recommend

Michelle and Dr. Hart are absolutely amazing. They are sweet, personable, kind and so informative. It was my first time and they made sure I felt comfortable and I could tell they really loved their job. I know there are some bad reviews on google, and I was hesitant to try it out but I am so happy I actually did! Michelle did the Diamond tip microdermabrasion & I loved how soft my skin felt afterwards and she took me to a room where the Doctor came in and spent time talking to me and figuring out what I wanted to have done. Both were amazing and I will definitely be back! If you are reading this wondering if you should try Botox or fillers or even laser hair removal, do yourself a favor and call Rejuvena, you will be so happy you did!!

Dr. Joan Hardt is amazing ! I had my first procedure done three days ago and it went great and I feel so amazing .Of course I was super anxious before hand but Dr.Joan and her assistant’s comfort and support made it that much easier to get through the procedure with ease. I love this place for all the top aesthetic options, but I am beyond grateful for the treatment of my plantar fasciitis. I researched online and found they used botox successfully in other countries and this was the only place willing to listen and try. If you have ever experienced that pain, then you understand the miracle of being able to suddenly use your foot again with no pain! Truly priceless.... also love all the staff and being able to comfortably ask questions and not be sold things that wouldn't work for me.

Terrible experience. Appointment at 12:30, was not seen until 1:10pm. First, the doctor came in the room and did not introduce herself, which is bedside manner 101. The first thing she told me was, "I'm not going to do this because I don't like doing this procedure." Even though the procedure is advertised on their website. Literally spent 2 minutes in the room. Did not even ask me why I wanted to have the procedure done or take any time to ask anything about myself. Will never return and would never recommend. Unless of course you like being late and completely ignored. Then this is the place for you.

Honestly, i could go on for days about how great the experience at Rejuvena is every time i go in. I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Hardt and the staff is soooo friendly, and always makes me feel good about myself. I have never had to wait and the facility is always immaculate. There is no place that compares to Rejuvena! Dr. Hardt's facility is far beyond any other Cosmetics Center. Thanks to her expertise I have not aged in 10 plus years!
