Massage was great. I do not recommend getting pedicures there. Polish job was smeared all over my skin on multiple toes. Very disappointed with the quality. If I'm spending $100 on a simple gel pedicure, I expect the polish to not be smeared all over my toes. It seriously looks like a 6th grader did it.

Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service by the front desk staff. Had an amazing treatment and left a generous tip for my first facial. Called 24hrs in advance to cancel my 2nd treatment only to be slapped with "I have to charge you $65" without asking questions or the reason for the cancellation. Please, have a proper training on how to be an active listener and care about customer rather than the fee for the Day Spa! Needless to say, you lost a customer today!!!

Phones didn’t work, wrote an email or two, was offered a spot, showed up, and got nothing but a blank stare and attitude from the staff. No apology, no customer service, nothing. When I have actually gotten in to get a massage, it was good, but this place is off my list. Also, the steam room has been “out of order” for over a year.

My experience with Savannah was fantastic. I went in for a neck wax (not a normally offered service) and was amazed by the professionalism and accomodation offered. What COULD be a terrible experience had me feeling relaxed and comfortable by the end. If you want someone who is familiar with every service this spa has to offer, provides excellent professional service, and makes you feel like you belong, Savannah is your girl.

Service: My wife and I both had the signature massage at $120 each. Pros: extremely friendly staff, had the men's locker room/steam room to myself, tranquil relaxation room with incredibly comfortable chairs, extras like aromatherapy/heat pads were a nice touch. Cons: largest one was that you have to wear masks when facing up during the massage. We've had dozens of massages throughout the pandemic and this is the only time we experienced that requirement. I get the therapists wearing them, but reducing your 02 during a massage eliminates the health benefit and prevents relaxation. Steam room in the women's locker room was out of service. Massage quality was average. The men's locker room is more a large bathroom with a steam room that doubles as the shower. The water feature in the relaxation room was out of service. Takeaway: for the same price per massage we've paid at resorts with soaking tubs and saunas we expected a facility with more amenities, a higher quality massage, and not to have to wear a mask during the service. I have family members who love this spa so maybe you'll like it, but it's not for us.

I just had an amazing facial by Savannah who was delightful! She was very knowledgeable about skin, took time to customize the service to my needs, super conscientious during the peel, ensuring I was comfortable and that my skin wasn't reacting. I walked out relaxed and my face was super smooth - glowing! Highly recommend.

I used to go to this place many years ago when I was beautiful. The waiting area had no music and the water feature was not working. I was never given a robe that actually fit me. No one thought about somebody who might need an extra large or an XXL. The people were friendly and the place was clean. I was just an okay visit.

So, get your tired looking skin and self into see her 😴 They call it "Rejuvenation" for a reason 💋 This is what she has done for my lips 😏

The massage by Mary was amazing but the spa was run down, the steam room was broken, the water feature wasn’t running, the offered minimal supplies in the locker room, it was expensive and the front staff were very rude and unprofessional.

This place has potential but right now it’s a bit dated, empty and some of the items like the steam room are out of order or closed. I felt uncomfortable that they asked for full medical history for a pedicure. Seeing the disrepair around the spa did not make me think they’d keep my personal information safe. I came because this spot is closer to my house than my usual pedicure stop but I probably will not be back.

Wow! I had such a great experience at Rejuvenation! The manager Sarah was so welcoming and knowledgeable when we were chatting about products. I then had the signature facial done by Mali and she was amazing! She had such a gentle touch and made me feel completely relaxed! I’ll definitely be going back to see her for additional/ongoing services.

Horrible!!!!! I booked over a month in advance, they then tried to shift her to a male massage therapist then didn’t give her I the full massage and wrap treatment I had set up now 6 weeks in advance, then made her pay and tip after I had already given my card and payment info 6 weeks prior! Then when I called to sort it out… 🤷‍♂️ sorry idk 🤷‍♂️ It wasn’t me sir🤷‍♂️ sorry nothing I can do 🤷‍♂️ I’m not allowed to give out the manager or owners info🤷‍♂️

I booked 2 appointments for the same day 2-3 PM. for me and a friend. They had a calcellation and therefore had to change my appointment which was one thing but they confirmed both appointments after the fact for 3 pm that day for 2 appointments . Then they called at 1:55 PM and said it was for 2 PM after it was to late to get there by 2 PM and then wanted to charge me for a missed appointment when I never calcelled...They did. All of this steamed from M.T. that called in sick . I get it, people get sick. When I originally set up the appointment they sent me a confirmation text which would have bern indicated here especially since they made the change in the schedule they but did not send me one and I resumed as if we had appointments for 3 PM. They did not s nd and updated text confirmation and wanted to charge me for a missed appointment based on their notes. My word against theirs right? They did the cancellation when I was on my drive into town and had no time to find another facility and it would have dissappounted others who were meeting me for a massage Not thrilled about this at all.

On Saturday, July 9th, my husband and I came in for side-by-side Foot Rejuvenators. I had Rachel B and he had Melissa C. Rachel, hands down, gave the BEST foot massage I’ve ever had and my husband was so relaxed he actually fell asleep several times. He even kept raving about how soft his feet were and this is coming from a dude who works construction. Lol

Sent my hubby here for a deep-tissue massage & he loved it. It's a proper day-spa so make sure you use the amenities, don't just come for your appointment. Really make sure your are pampering yourself & unwinding! We all deserve it! They were great to deal with over the phone. I highly recommend them for gifts & I can't wait to come in myself! I want that peppermint twist foot massage!!!

I bought a gift certificate for a massage package but I haven’t been able to make an appointment to use it. They just took my money, but did not provide any service. They don’t answer my emails, don’t answer my phone calls, and don’t want to give my money back.

My partner and I booked a couples massage based on pricing I found on their website. Turns out it was not explained well enough that the price was for each person rather than a whole. We were new to the spa experience, so it was our fault but instead of an affordable rate we ended up walking out spending $300... the massage was not worth the money whatsoever.
