Front desk lady did not speak English, not sure if they even had a front desk person at all but this made it kind of hard to communicate. We were told to sit for 10 minutes but before I could sit the lady told me to come to a room. It was unclear if I were to strip or not. So I just sat. The place was empty so I’m not sure why I had to sit, the lady didn’t really understand if we both wanted a massage or not, she kept saying “2 ppl” after my husband said one a few times. The massage room was clean, it was nice and calm but that massage was about 50/50. I was expecting to relax but the massage was pretty tense. I mean the most intense massage I ever had. I didn’t know what I was getting 😆 I just know in my shoulders it felt good but everywhere else was a bit much. I wasn’t bothered too much by no one really speaking good English but I think the thing that kind of bothered me was. That my husband paid before the service, so when I came out my massage therapist stopped me and asked me to tip her with cash. So I’m thinking ok, I called out to my husband who was outside, he said he already paid so I was like did you tip her? He doesn’t mind tipping so he came to tip and the main lady kept saying “cash good” but my husband was like I only have a card. Idk how I feel about being there. It seems like they only have one massage therapist bc two others came in after me and I heard the lady tell one to wait 10 minutes and the other to come back in one hour!! Idk. I don’t live on this side of town so more than likely I won’t be coming back.

I have been to this establishment several times with no issues , however upon arrival for my last visit I was asked to pay in advance to getting my massage. I hate to think that the receptionist had me pay in advance due to my race but I don’t know of any other reason since this has never been done before. Let me also add that she did not want me to pay with a card , she almost demanded that I pay cash until I refused to go to an ATM just to pull cash to pay her .Although I was highly offended I completed my massage and still tipped her very generously . Trust me I understand the times that we are living in but not everyone is a crook, some of us work hard and make an honest living . Sadly, I will not be returning to this location and I will take my hard earned money to an establishment that deserves it and respects me as a person.

Lady was on the phone most of the time. Wanted me in a room and not in the comfy chair. No support for me knee or back. Unprofessional!

The foot massage was ok, my problem is she asked for more money for tip and after reading through the comments I see this is a common practice for this establishment so I will not go back. I tip very well so to ask for more was very insulting to me if you are not satisfied with your earnings then pick another trade that pays more but don't ask your customers for more money.

The lady on the phone doesn't speak English at all. I could not book a couple massage since they have no employees besides this lady. I doubt they will be in business much longer.

This was NOT a relaxing massage AT ALL. and was a big disappointment. I had gone there at least 3 other times and was very pleased with their former massage therapist. The one I had today did not even put lotion or oil on my legs until I asked her to do so. She did not even look for, work on, or smooth out any tight muscles . I will NEVER return here just to get a mediocre massage. The lady who took my payment had nerve enough to ask for a bigger tip and ever charged an extra dollar because I wasn't paying with cash! DONT WASTE YOUR MOBEY.

Walked in and got a great massage. Was affordable, relaxing, and overall a good experience. Only real issue is that the receptionists don't speak the best English.

I was a walk in customer and got an excellent 30 minute massage. I have some back issues so it was uncomfortable, but afterwords my back felt better than it had in years. Highly recommend.

I went there to buy christmas gift for my wife and asked 3 coupons for 1 hour service. Well she gave us only 3 months expiration for 3 coupons which means must come use every month so I just asked for 2 coupons. Now, I was about to pay for those 2 coupons and about to pay by card and she said no card. If card, fee is 10 dollars more. So its 65 dollars plus card using fee 10 dollars extra so each coupon for 1 hour is 75 dollars. Why do I pay for credit card use fee ?

I paid for a 30 min back massage and was only in the room 20 min total, including undressing and dressing. The lady was very rough and not symmetrical with her massage- would massage my right arm but not my left arm etc. When I pointed out to the owner (who is the only one that can remotely speak or understand English) that I was only in the room 20 min. He tried to say it was because their clock was slow. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ll never be back. It was a waste of money and time.

I sit my appointment online for 1pm. This was a birthday gift to myself. When I get there, I was told that they did not check online appointments and that the time slot was full. I was even asked to come back later. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They may be great at what they do but if there are lack communication, poor professionalism and overall bad customer service, I wont spend my money there

This was my fiance and I's second couples massage here. The ladies there have amazing massages! We've tried other places but here was by far the best so this is now our go to place for massages.

At first, I loved it. I came back for a massage again. The skinny massage therapist with short hair did not give me change. I told her that I don't have the exact amount. She says it is okay honey. I was waiting on her to give me the change, I had my hand out. She looked at me crazy. I gave her an extra $8 for the tip. The change I needed back was like 5 bucks. I couldn't believe she was so entitled to my money. She did a decent job on the massage.

Booked a full body massage at 10am, showed up just 5 minutes early and no one was there. Sat and waited until our designated appointment time tried again no one was there still. Gave it another 5-10 minutes and called several times with it going straight to voice mail. Finally we just left.

Great service for the money. I go at least 2 times a month. Be specific when you check in with what you want such as deep tissue and they will provide.

My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing, it included oils and hot stones! Tony and Sophia gave us an awesome deep tissue massage we were extremely relaxed. We cannot wait to come back for another massage!

Zero stars. Scheduled two services online. Arrived at the appointed time (which was confirmed via email) and told they were overbooked and we were asked to reschedule, which we did. Called back to confirm our rescheduled appt on the day of our service and was asked to reschedule again. Lots of scheduling problems and communication issues. Won't try them again.

I had great and bad experience there. Mia and another girl works very well. Relaxing foot and leg massage. I wouldn't go for full body as it reminds me more of some kind of exotic massage rather than therapeutic. There's that one lady who makes terrible massage overall. I had one feet massage with her and am still dreading to go back there as I my legs heart more after that session than before it.

Most economical massage parlour in the area. However, here's my advice: ASK FOR A SOFT MASSAGE (SWEDISH MASSAGE). If you do not, they'll default to deep tissue massage. It makes you feel better days after but hurts during; while the swedish is relaxing in the moment and is the one most people think of when spa comes to mind. Both are good options depending on what you want. Enjoy!

Fantastic service, always leave here feeling super relaxed. They take walk-ins, but I'd suggest making an appointment to make sure they can take you; I've had a couple of long waits because I dropped by on a free day.
