I was booked with Rejuvenis years ago and still remember how unprofessional it was—currently looking for a legitimate laser hair removal service. For one, their machine broke down and they had to use an old machine on me which was very painful and potentially less effective. Then, I had gone in for a handful of sessions (5 or so) and noticed absolutely no difference. I know this takes time, but I was expecting some noticeable difference. Would not recommend. EDIT: Responding to the owner. This is not a burger that I paid for and had a bad experience. This is a medical-grade procedure with professionals who are supposed to receive hundreds of hours of training. The issues between you and Groupon are not my problem to be frank. I had to pay for a packaged deal for which I had such an awful experience with that I never came back after about a few sessions (4+). I am in the lookout for another laser hair removal service after finally being able to move on from this experience. I only wrote this years later because 1) google reviews were not a thing back then and 2) to genuinely warn people about my own experience. I am pretty skeptic of most laser hair removal now, would love if anyone could recommend a good one.

I have gotten a facial here and go to Rejuvenis regularly for B12 shots. They are professional and flexible with my schedule and know what a difference it makes when I get one. I look forward to scheduling additional services at the clinic!

Major downside: Six treatments of laser hair removal didn't produce the results I wanted. I was told I would need more treatments since I have a hormonal issue. Disappointing, but everyone was very nice and scheduling was easy. No issues with customer service and the treatment was a good price compared to most other places.
