Really enjoyed this place. First time doing a stretch and massage but definitely won’t be my last. Carmen is very professional, knowledgeable and lets you know what you can do to correct any issues. Definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

90 minute stretch, massage and south bath was EVERYTHING I NEEDED! Carmen is very intuitive And such a beautiful light. From the tea to the music, it was PERFECT. Will be coming back for more!

I had the most amazing lymphatic massage that left me feeling completely renewed! The experience was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The therapist was attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I could literally feel the tension melting away, and by the end, I felt like a brand new person. If you’re looking for a transformative and rejuvenating experience, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

A+ all around: Kind, skilled, great setting, clean, considerate, and therapeutic. Carmen is a truly wonderful and talented woman. A session with her is really massage THERAPY!! Her energy makes me feel at ease and she always respects if you either do or don’t want to chat while on the table. Carmen at Relaxed Hands is an excellent masseuse! I started coming to her in June because my muscles were tight after a workout. She loosened them right up. I’ve been back on a monthly basis and my body seems to know when I’m scheduled. She is thorough and she listens to what your needs are, instead of assuming. She is definitely a hidden gem in the Baymeadows area. And I’m so glad I found her.

First off I just want to thank you so much for this great experience. Due to my work being labor intensive I knew I needed some loving on my body and I definitely came to the right place. I was also in a delicate from my monthy cycle and she was gentle yet firm enough to get the job all the way done. And that menstrual tea is the goat. She blesses me some samples and honey when I tell you after coming home and making that tea I was all the way relaxed and in no discomfort. Didn't even need to take anymore ibuprofen. I will be making this a monthly self care for me. I thank you again for setting such a great and safe environment. I'll be seeing you soon :)

Relax at Hand has been an integral part of my monthly body wellness all year. Carmen really cares and you can feel it in her touch. She’s fostered an experience that has helped me connect and grow in my relationship with my body. Before each massage, Carmen checks in with me. We talk through how my body feels, and if there are any areas she can focus on or avoid. She is very attentive. The massage table is always warm and toasty for me because that’s my preference. Not to mention the view from the massage table is unmatched. 💯

Carmen is amazing at what she does.First and foremost I’d like to start off my saying how comfortable she has made her place not just physically but also the atmosphere which is hard to find (she’s the only one I’ve found) from my first visit she’s welcomed me in like I was another friend not a customer or stranger which makes the experience all the better.She has a way of finding areas I didn’t even know were bothersome.When I leave my body feels renewed and I’m able to take a deep breath in and release with no more tension. I just love Carmen's energy. She can touch on me anytime! Lol but she is very welcoming, intentional, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the pressure she applied I my muscles, it felt like she knew exactly what was tense. I felt so relaxed when I stood up. My shoulders dropped automatically and I felt a serene high. Carmen is very knowledgeable about the benefits of message therapy and she allows her hands to prove it. While performing the massage, she spoke to me about what she was doing to my body and why she was doing it. She was very attentive to my body's needs and concentrated on the areas that needed the most attention. It was the most relaxing experience I've probably ever had. I've definitely found my own personal massage therapist.
