I really enoy their 60 min foot reflexology sessions. The name "foot" is misleading as they do so much more. Scalp and head massage, neck, warm eye compress (which surprised me as I couldn't figure out why my eyes were getting warm but enjoyed it), arm and hand massage...and yes lots of leg and foot pressure point and massage. Truly very relaxing. There is 8 chairs in the dark room. The level of quietness is based on other customers staying quiet. We had a pregnant lady fall asleep and gently snore..she really needed this time. Older guy who was talking laud that he couldn't see. But the service is great. Shout out to Amy that had a firm grip. I will be back

I booked 2 foot reflexology sessions after I read the description of the offerings on the website. However, we ended the session completely dissatisfied and incomplete. 1. The description mentioned application of pressure on specific areas, however they simply just rubbed in the lotion and massaged. There was no use of pressure points. 2. The description also mentioned that this session included application of pressure on feet, hands and neck. As I mentioned above, there was no pressure but they did massage the foot and the neck but never even touched our hands. 3. The description also stated “This service includes a high quality gentle steam warming eye mask to help relax dry or tired eyes and ease eye strain” and this statement they have highlighted. However, we were mot given any eye mask. I did check the * mark at the end of the description to ensure and level my expectations and that stated the following-​ * Relax Ave Day Spa has decided to incorporate a comforting shoulder and neck massage and additional pressure points into our current reflexology routine. We believe that incorporating Epsom Salt will help reduce stress, soothe muscle pain, speed post-workout recovery, and reduce inflammation When at the end of the service I informed the person at the front desk that our experience wasnt good because of the above mentioned reasons, they simply said we cant do anything. All this is included only in 60mins or above and not in a 30 min session. I mentioned that your website doesn’t state any of these terms and conditions and they simply said it’s the owner who puts stuff on the website and we can’t do anything about it. We left the place feeling unsatisfied, and more cheated. I wouldn’t go back here and wouldn’t recommend this place to friends and family either.

Specifically asked the masseur to only work on my lower back and legs, but he kept ignoring me. He kept Insisting on working on my arms and shoulders when i kept pointing to my lower back . I was very disappointed with this place when it had such high reviews.

We have been to this Spa several times and always appreciate the service we get. It’s so relaxing. One feedback for business - previous combination message (Tranquil Tuesdays) that started with foot massage, scalp and then Swedish massage seems to be more relaxing than the opposite way which is done now.

I been there 6 times so far, I have to say that the place is very clean and nice, some therapist are very good and of course a couple don’t, Im still deciding on who I going to stay.

Awsome, kind... professional. You won't be dissipointed. Sweet hearted people work here. I was processing some deep emotional trauma and felt very safe here. Highly recommended.

Decent massage, but rather rude to have me wait in the foyer after the massage while the masseuse was checking the room for my tip to then 'release me, since everything is ok'.

Good massage that's why I gave them 4 stars despite having a bad experience. As everyone notes - prices are good, but beware - they are the Spirit Airlines of Spas. They attract you with a low price and then force a certain % of tip on you. Tipping here is not tip as you see fit based on your experience. You're "forced" to pay a tip and the front desk threatens you - if you don't tip the amount they asked for, they will not welcome you back. If you're a generous tipper you won't notice it, and you can ignore this review. This is not for you. But if you believe that tip is for restaurants mainly where you pay for food, and tip for the service. It's normal to pay 20-25% tip at restaurants. In a massage spa, you are already paying for the service - the massage. Anything on top of this is a gesture of good faith - and should not be forced. Left with a bad feeling in mouth.

I love the ambience here and their service. I have been here for a deep tissue massage twice and loved it both times. The only advantage is they can book you really quick and the price for the massage is reasonable compared to other spas, which is really good. The only downside is the front desk makes it mandatory to pay for a tip. It should be okay to pay whatever you feel like on top of the total price but asking for a 20% tip saying most customers pay this amount, is not fair. I wish they took whatever we offered rather than demanding a higher price.

Visited Relax Day Spa a week ago. Located in West Dublin, there is ample parking space in front of the spa. I noticed that the place is extremely clean. The rooms and bed were neatly maintained. I opted for a Swedish massage and fell asleep in no time. The pressure was perfect. I had lower back pain, and the massage really helped. All in all, I paid $80 including the tip. The place is not pricey when compared to other spas. They also have weekday offers. I usually notice the front desk asking for 15% to 20% tips but did not experience the same at Relax. The front desk did not ask for any tips and accepted whatever I had to offer. This is a good spa for anyone looking for regular massages without burning their pockets.

I'm a regular for one-hour foot massages and it's great every time. Very clean facility. Very professional staff. Overall, a calm and pleasant experience. It can be hard to get a same-day appointment, but that just speaks to the quality of the massages. I absolutely recommend.
