I’ve been getting a number of services done at Relax Cville for a year and a half! They never disappoint! I have recently been dealing with extremely dry pregnancy skin and decided to try a hydrafacial and let me tell you, Cheryl knocked it out of the park! My skin is more clear than it’s been in over 6 months! I also love the signature facial and I have my brows and lashes tinted every couple months. Always a great experience and beyond happy with the results!

GREAT customer service. EXTREMELY happy with the results. Cheryl did a lashlift for me that, for reasons out of her control, didn't quite give the effect I was used to. It happens. Again, NOT her fault. Service isn't just how you handle an appointment on the day of; it's also about how you follow up after. She insisted on redoing it at no charge on the next business day with a perfect outcome. They're beautiful. Typically, when I get my lashes done here, I can go a full 6 weeks without needing to curl or use mascara. Admittedly, I do try to baby my lashes and not use hot water on them. Regardless, this place offers excellent customer service and wonderful outcomes. Looking forward to weeks of lovely lashes. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I saw Cheryl for laser hair removal- she is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and efficient. Her spa is spotless and had a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless thanks to her modern equipment and expert care. Thank you, Cheryl!

Simply the best! I was starting to notice melasma on my forehead and the first thing I did was send an SOS to Cheryl to see what my best path was going to be to get rid of it. I had heard a lot of mixed things about treating melasma and was worried it was going to be a battle to figure out what was going to help. Cheryl recommended the Anteage Nano Facial series and then a Jan Marini regimen for me to keep up with at home. After one month it is safe to say I am floored by the results. The spots are so faded I’m feeling like I really have to look closely to see them. I’m feeling confident if I keep up my routine they may be gone by next month! I am really so thrilled with my results it has felt so much easier than I was expecting. Thanks Cheryl you are the best!!

We had an amazing experience at our nail appointment with Devy yesterday. It was my daughter's first experience with gel nails. She had saved up her own money to get her nails done for prom and was a little nervous. Devy took time with her, looked at pictures of her dress and helped pick out a color, was kind, patient, understanding and funny. We had an excellent experience and my daughter has plans to come back to Devy for future appointments!

Got to meet Cheryl and talk about the many services they offer. The office is beautiful, calming and clean. She personalized my experience by getting to know me and what I could really benefit from. We decided on the Secret RF micro-needling due to the acne scarring and discoloration in my skin. My first session went amazing! She explained thoroughly what the process was and what to expect. There was absolutely no down time or discomfort. I already feel like my skin is looking and feeling better after my first treatment! Absolutely love Relax Cville! Facials and lash lifts are my favorite. I’m fairly certain I have fallen asleep on more than one occasion during my facials and I don’t nap easily. I think that speaks for itself. I don’t like to wear makeup, but I love when you can actually tell I have lashes. When I get my lash lift and tinting done, I don’t have to worry about anything but lip balm. I instantly look like I have put in effort when in fact, I get to relax once a month and then wake up daily I have been a loyal customer and will remain one!

Cheryl and her team are the best. Relax is a hidden gem in Charlottesville for all of your skincare, waxing, and other beauty/personal care needs! The space is always clean and inviting for a comfortable and relaxing experience. I've received services from Aviclear (groundbreaking laser treatment for acne), Laser Genesis (relaxing laser treatment that's treated my acne/acne scarring/general skin appearance), Hydrafacial, eyelash lift/tint, and waxing services. Every service I've received has been a 10/10 and given me real results. Relax will treat you like a queen and leave you feeling (and looking) better than when you came in! Truly love this place!

Cheryl saved my skin! Following a facial, she recommended Jan Marini products for my skin. I've used them for a month and returned for a second facial today. My skin is totally transformed and I have confidence it will continue to improve. The texture and redness are much better, and I have less blemishes. The facials are relaxing and enjoyable, too! I have also had two lash lift & tint services done by Cheryl, and I loved the results. I would continue to come here forever if I wasn't moving away! I cannot wait to return when I am in town again.

I am here to write about my awesome experience at Relax C'ville, especially with Dawn. She performed axilla and brazilian laser hair removal for me and did the most amazing job. She was understanding, kind, professional, and comfortable to be around. Not to mention, the laser they use is pretty painless compared to other laser treatments I have gotten in the area. I was super impressed! The spa is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful place to go! I highly recommend.

I can't recommend Relax highly enough! I started going for bikini waxes and Cheryl did an amazing job - I had no irritation, which was a huge difference for me. Based on her recommendation, I'm now going for laser hair removal and it has been a life changer. I was nervous to try something new after years of waxing but Cheryl was 100% right that it's been so much better for my very sensitive skin. They do a terrific job with nails as well!

I have recently gone to Relax for AviClear treatments for my adult acne. I've been so impressed by the care that I've gotten from Cheryl and the staff at Relax! The facility is so clean and relaxing and I feel well cared for. I've seen great results from my AviClear treatments too! I can't wait to see how much more my skin improves over time. Additionally, I've begun using Jan Marini skincare and, while on the upper end of what I typically spend on skincare, my skin looks much improved! I highly recommend Relax, AviClear, and Jan Marini skincare.

Jennifer does AMAZING pedicures!! She's medically trained and pays attention to detail. I've worked with her for 5 years in the past so it may come off as biased but when I tell you she's good.... oh, she's good! <3 She's the only one who I can trust (besides myself) with these toes of mine.

This is my favorite spa I’ve ever been to! I started with getting laser hair removal, then I moved to getting monthly hydrafacials with laser genesis As soon as Cheryl introduced the aviclear treatment, I knew it was a fit for me. The aviclear treatment along with the monthly facials + products that were recommended & purchased at the spa have completely transformed my skin! And continue to everytime I go. I went from having a face full of acne to barely any acne at all. I couldn’t be happier. I also get my eyebrows waxed + tinted at relax as well as lash lifts. I love Cheryl she’s become a great friend of mine and I highly recommend all of her services. Follow her guidance and you will achieve the skin you deserve!
