What a pleasant surprise this place is! We booked the Deluxe Girly Pedi with Reflexology. We were taken to a dimmed, very relaxing room with huge comfy chairs. As we each sunk into the chairs, we were given blankets while our feet were wrapped with lotion. We had amazing head, shoulder, arm and hand massages! Then they moved into massaging feet and calves. Afterwards, we were taken to the common area to finish pedis. The nice staff here didn’t miss a beat! They are highly efficient and attentive all while keeping the facility very clean and ushering in new clients with a smile. We will absolutely be returning! Worth every penny. (And to the people that left negative reviews based on the decorations or vibe that wasn’t up to your standards - go pay the prices at the Umsteadnor somewhere else. I see these employees bending over backwards to attend to your feet in a nice environment - don’t be such a damn snob).

A very depressing experience. I walked in and was overwhelmed by the gaudy, cheaply decorated interior. I was brought to a chair for a foot soak, really looking forward to thorough work done on my heels - only to get a cursory quick onceover on the ball of my foot with a file, none of the heel or callus work promised in the description of the service i booked. There was no reflexoogy massage, just some light massage of the feet. The "detox" that followed felt like a bogus science experiment. The other people there completely ignored all the quiet signs and were loud/boorish. Cherry on top: the whole ordeal took way longer than the advertised 90 minutes. I'm not going back. Save your money and go elsewhere. Edit: I added a photo from when I got home from my pedicure. Look at how badly streaked the polish is; you can see how poorly it was applied. Look at how dry my skin is; even the skin around my nails wasn't trimmed properly. All I'm asking for is basic pedicure stuff.

Great couples experience! We both get pedicures and 1 hour reflexology. The manicurists are so thorough, and the reflexologists are very good. We are here at least once a month, but usually try to go twice a month. Amazing!

I did the detox and pedicure package. The detox was very relaxing and pleasant. My pedicure was so rushed. She literally brushed my feet twice with the scrub, when I asked her was that it, she just smiles and moved on. My aunt and I booked together and our pedicures started at the same time yet I was done 13 minutes before her. No callus treatment as advertised with the package.

So I always get dry feet and foot pain traveling and on long or short fights. So I was in town and I called and prices a few places. I’m so glad I chose this place. Service was 10/10 and the ppl was so warm and welcoming. Got a men’s pedicure and 30 min reflexology and man I wish I got an hr. Pedicure was long and relaxing. The master Reflexology guy that what he should be called master. I ask him how long he has been doing this job he told me 20+ years. You can tell he is a pro. I feel like I’m walking on air no lie. It’s is amazing. I have gotten the Reflxology done in Philippines and it was nothing like this. But it’s still high quality tho. Just now I prefer it the way they did it. Haha. The place was 10/10 the staff 10/10 customers service 10/10 and professionalism was 10/10. Will be back if I’m ever in town again.

Such an amazing experience. Every single person was so nice and welcoming. The entire place is so soothing and the Girly pedicure treatment with reflexology was worth every penny. I would come back every day if I could.

The most amazing experience I have ever had! The foot massage was AMAZING and the pedicure was superb. BEFORE YOU GO you have to be quiet the entire time, this is so everyone can relax and you will appreciate this. My mother in law and I will be coming back!

I was given a gift certificate and loved my experience!! Booking online was easy. Once you walk in to this spa, you feel the relaxation. I opted for the girly and was surprised that it included massage on my arms and neck/shoulders. The lady that did my pedicure took her time. Highly recommend!

WOW! What an amazing place! It was my mother and I first time and we will be back! I set up an appointment the morning of and didn’t have any issues with waiting. We were greeted from everyone at the register. This is a very clean establishment, and from what I seen sanitized after every customer :) Tools/utensils were also sterile! Prices are very much reasonable for the service. Lastly, the ambience of the establishment. They recommend using soft voices and silencing phones. I absolutely have no issues with that and it’s great for the mental. Thank you all so much!! :)

Went with my daughter for signature pedicure which included a 30 min foot/leg and arm massage. It was incredible. So relaxing. Facility is very clean and the music is soft, relaxing and not loud. They want people to have phones on silent ( which is great ) and your whole experience from the foot soak, and pedicure is private. Then, the massage is in another area with very comfortable chairs and quiet music and low lighting. They really cater to having a quiet relaxing session. All employees were very professional and did an outstanding job. Loved it! Thank you

Very bad experience. I set an appointment for my boyfriend and I. We got here on time but still had to wait 20 minutes. During that time I was asked not to be on my phone while I’m waiting on my services to begin. Nancy was very rude. And when I said I wasn’t having a good time they tried to refuse us services. Won’t be back.

Wow! What a find! It doesn't look much from the outside, but is quite the foot gem on the inside. Standard pedicure services available along with reflexology and foot detox. I did the detox and reflexology combo. Absolute heaven! Clean facility and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Restroom is available. Free parking. If there aren't any spaces directly in front, you can just drive around to the other side of the street. Recommend making an appointment ahead of time. You can book online. Very popular!
