I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough! I unexpectedly came across her business again today after having a rough morning and searching for a massage place with great reviews in the area. From the moment I called, I was impressed by how quickly she responded. She was efficient, informative, and had such a calm, trustworthy tone that immediately put me at ease. She managed to get me in on short notice, which was incredible. As soon as I arrived and met her, I realized this was the same Michelle who had given me a phenomenal massage almost 10 years ago! Back then, her massage truly healed me during a challenging time, and I’m so happy to say that her consistency and skill have not only stood the test of time but have likely leveled up. The massage today was just as transformative as I remembered. Her energy, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients shine through in her work. I left feeling completely renewed and so much better. The glowing reviews you see about her are 100% accurate—she is one of a kind. Michelle, thank you for being amazing at what you do. I came in with many "knots" in my body and left feeling relaxed. Michelle was very nice and professional. She made sure I was ok with the temperature in the room/ which areas I needed attention the most for the session. Highly recommend Michelle!

Michelle is just fabulous. I've had lower back pains for lord knows how many years but a 30 minute session with Michelle leaves me feeling like I'm 21 again. As a former power lifter who got injured this is exactly what the doctor ordered. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend Relax & Heal!

This was my first treatment with Michelle and I will absolutely be going back! The hot stone massage was absolutely heavenly. Michelle is professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease the moment I walked in. The massage was so relaxing with the perfect amount of pressure and attention to each area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Incredibly relaxing Swedish massage. Michelle focused on the areas I said needed the most help. Michelle told me to listen to my body and it would tell me when it was time for another massage. Didn't try to sell me anything. Just gave me a relaxing one hour massage and at the end gave me a bottle of water. Terrific. She knows the body needs hydration.

Best massage I've had. I went in at the demand of a friend who was attempting to make my life's circumstances more tolerable. This was more of a therapy session than a simple massage. She listened to me talk about my reasons for stress as she tried to work out knots from built up tension. She was kind and thorough. I liked there was no other client in the facility. I also appreciated the obvious sanitation of the facility. Great overall experience and one I'm likely to repeat in the future.

I just had a deep tissue massage by Michelle and I am speechless. I am working and going to school full time, and I do crossfit. My back and shoulders are so tight, & my legs are always sore. But after today, I feel amazing. She was absolutely incredible. Her pressure was spot on for me, she asked several times if it was ok. I am so happy to have found her and am looking forward to my next appointment.

I was asking for Services and they were so rude to me by phone. Michelle was the one answering the phone. Maybe another person can give a better customer service. She got mad because she couldn’t understand what I was asking for. But that’s not a reason to have actitud with new clients. I was looking for a relaxing place to go and treat my self not for this bad first experience.

I called to book a deep tissue massage and Michelle was able to fit me in right away. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality of service was excellent. I wanted to target problem areas in my upper back and I left feeling so relaxed, less tense in my shoulders, and a little sore (which is given for any deep tissue massage). Will definitely be back once my back issues start to creep up again!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I've been seeing Michelle for the past 7 years and it has change my health. I've suffered some back injuries and every time I leave her office my back and body feel brand new. Highly recommended and very professional and friendly!

Michelle is awesome. She has hands of gold. As a former athlete herself she can really massage those problematic areas that I have as a former athlete. I started going to see her in 2010 and have not went to anyone else! Recommend her for all of her services!

It's hard to find a good massage therapist - one who is consistently good, who knows the body and how massage has true therapeutic power, who has a healing touch. From my very first massage with Michelle, I knew my search for a massage therapist was over. She has very strong hands, but was able to adjust her pressure based on my preference. She is mindful of my existing body issues; she takes the time to learn my areas of concern. I am incredibly grateful of for the work she puts into the sessions. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a consistently good massage.

She was very professional and skilled. The location was very comfortable and clean. I decided to look into getting a massage to relieve pain from a back injury I sustained a few years ago. A massage can't fix my back, but getting the tension out of my muscles definitely helped with the pain. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Michelle is the absolute best masseuse I've ever had in my life. She is so profesional and sweet that I can't stop coming back. I've had such terrible experience with massages before.. But Michele made it all go away with her amazing treatment. She is the reason I love massages again. Visited this cozy massage place for the first time today. I don't normally write reviews let alone leave "that satisfied," but Michelle was phenomenal!!! Great personality, very skilled and intuitive. I mainly wanted to focus on my back and legs. She definitely delivered. Best back rub ever. She made sure I was comfortable and had the right about of pressure. No pain at all. She removed any knots and tension and literally made me fall asleep like a baby. She can sense if you would prefer to chat or simply relax and enjoy the experience. The soft music, soothing aromas, and cozy lighting on top of a very well done full body massage made for an ultimate relaxing experience. Definitely will return!

I have been to Relax & Heal Massage numerous times over the past year. Over a year ago I developed piriformis syndrome/sciatica type symptoms and tried to just stretch and rest to help it heal. After a month of it not getting any better I decided to get a deep tissue massage. I found Relax & Heal Massage and scheduled an appointment. Michelle talked me through the deep tissues and made sure that she understood exactly what I needed. She also made sure that her pressure was not too soft or to hard on me. Each time I have come in we have discussed any new developments or problem areas and she always makes sure to address them. My symptoms have subsided significantly after getting the massages. I travel, backpack, climb, and cycle alot so getting a deep tissue definitely helps keep my body from getting injured. I recently returned from a 3 1/2 month backpacking trip and my first stop on getting back was to Relax & Heal, so that I could get my body relaxed and prevent injury. I will definitely be going back after my trek to Everest!
