I work right next door and discovered Sophie’s shop a few months ago. She is excellent at deep tissue especially on my upper back and shoulder area where I carry a lot of tightness and she also works very deep on the upper area of my neck that always seems to be very tense, by the time she is done I’m ultra relaxed and good to go for a couple more weeks. I recommend her to everyone!!
