I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I had a lot of tension released in my lower back. The massage was absolutely wonderful, and it literally hits all the spots! The atmosphere was serene, with calming music, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Thank You! Thank you. My husband and I love this massage place. I’ve never had a bad massage here. The hours work great for our busy work schedules and they are great about getting us in same day. I bring my sister and mom here when they visit from out of town and they are also impressed!

overall experience was a 3/5. i can here with my partner and he didn’t like it. during the back stepping part, the masseuse started stepping on his bald head? the deep tissue massage SUCKED, so i asked for a swedish massage about 10 minutes in. i also had to ask her to use lotion on my body? it was alright though. i wouldn’t go again, but if you’re looking for a quick inexpensive massage… knock yourself out

I've been here about 30times now. I just moved here from ATL about 3months ago so it tells you how often I've come. I have really bad back pain and once I leave, it's always gone. Sometimes I'm in pain to where the massage hurts itself, but immediately after I feel relief. I don't even have to tell them where the pain is. Is. It's like they magically just feel it. They are literally amazing here. Today I saw Jack but I have honestly seen almost every masseuse at this point and all of them have been amazing.

This is actually my second visit to this place, and I decided to treat myself to the four-hand massage. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely incredible! I can't even describe how amazing it was—definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. I would totally come back, even though I live quite a distance away. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Got the 90 minute deep tissue massage (with Tina) and I was on cloud 9!! I have to say this was one of the best messages I have ever had in my life. She hit pressure points, stretched my body, and massaged my muscles with the most amazing strength and if it became too much she was able to dial it down immediately to a beautiful but still effective level. Walked in with so much neck and shoulder pain. Walked out so relaxed with my pain gone, I was almost woozy. Amazing message. Cannot recommend this place enough.

If you ever need a message that really gets into your muscles you need to come here. My husband and I did a couples massage and it felt really great! They did a good deeper tissue message and the overall place was very relaxing. I’m definitely coming back here for all my massage needs.

Lisa gave an amazing massage her hands are majestic. She has years of experience and has developed her own very special techniques. She is in high demand. I always ask for her but rarely get time with her. I was very lucky this time to get her and she did not disappoint. Her product is 10 out of 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I am a full time hairstylist and I really put my body through a lot. When I say this place took ALL my aches and pains away! I had the best sleep after I left here. The massage was strong and they didn’t miss a spot! 10/10 would recommend!

Where do I begin?? I am visiting Charlotte and wanted a massage. My friend raved about the massages she received at Relax Spa. As such, I was like send me the details so I can check it out. When I pulled up I immediately thought this is giving “ happy endings “ kind of spot! It just looks sketchy even from the outside. Now given that why did I proceed,? I trust my friend! She said this was one of the best massages she has ever had!! When I walked in the staff at the front asked what service I wanted. I told her a 60 minute massage. She told me the price. I confirmed that I could pay after receiving the service. I was walked to a room. As I am getting undressed I notice a peep hole in the door. When I tell you if I had on some pearls I would have clutched them! I went over and opened the door to see if I was seeing out or if others could see in! To my surprise others could see in!! When the lady doing my massage returned to the room I asked about the peep hole. She laughed!! I was like mam- I am not laughing. I said we will need to cover the peep hole. She draped the robe that was hanging on the door over the hole. Now again— I know- I should have left!! However, I really needed some tension released from my back and shoulders! How was the massage? My friend told no lie! When I tell you this woman walked on my back and put pressure on all the places I needed her to put pressure on. She stretched me out and just really had me feel like a new person. Overall- just no what this is! Don’t expect any frills and make sure you have them cover the peep hole.
