Went in on a Sunday afternoon. The lady at the front desk immediately led me back to a room. Got one of the best deep tissue massage I've had in my life!!. I will definitely be coming back. My back feels much better now.

My job is physically demanding which means aside from routine work outs, I need biweekly deep tissue massages. I’ve gone to many places in the DFW and this one is by far one of the best. It’s clean, quiet, and the massages are superb. Every tight spot is targeted and I always leave feeling better. Part of recovery is hydrating with plenty of water and resting right after. I drive half an hour to get here and it’s worth every minute of commute. It’s a smaller business which means they don’t have a big staff. To ensure your quality experience, I recommend calling to schedule an appointment beforehand. I’ve always called a 1-2 days before to schedule for my mom and I and I’ve never had an issue. Highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who has back-related issues.

Went for a couples massage. They only had one person doing massages. We decided it was fine. My husband wanted a quick 30 minute body massage and I wanted 30 mins on my legs and feet. I asked the lady if we could split the charge of the combo massage instead of paying separately. 70 for the combo vs 90 for separate. I understand they did not have to accommodate their prices for us but because we would’ve had to wait for the massage person to arrive to the facility, I felt it was fair to ask for a $20 discount. The wait time, then having to wait for each other to be done. It would’ve been 1-1/2 hour instead of a 30 minute total session. I’m a big tipper so they missed out on a great customer. We walked in willing to spend $200 minimum. We walked out and the lady was trying to convince us to stay. No thanks. Unprofessional

Best massage I’ve ever had!! Great place run by friendly people who really care. Beautiful couples massage room. An hour massage is a full hour here, not 50 minutes like most places. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends!

Amazing. I had a 60 minute massage and I am chastising myself about why I didn't go here before now. The woman who did my massage, May, had a mix of incredible strength and a gentle touch. I will most definitely be returning, and highly recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Relax Spa not knowing what to expect. It was my first visit and it Will Not be my last. I was greeted by a sweet young lady name Grace. The atmosphere was quiet, cozy and clean. My problem areas were my neck, shoulders and back. Grace was my therapist and she was Amazing. I felt better when I left and it's the day after still feeling better. I will most definitely refer this location to my family and friends. Keep up the Good work.🙏♥️

I’ve been here three times now and feel brand new when I leave. The therapists are very attentive and are even willing to stay an entire hour if you show up before close. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and expertise!

Sent my daughter here for a 2 hour birthday massage. The therapist answered phone calls during her massage and left the room twice to check out other customers, leaving the door open with my daughter not covered 😳 Awkward and disappointing. Edited to add: I added a couple of stars because they were prompt to investigate, respond, and refund half the cost.

Went to this place cause it was close to my house. Was met immediately at the door asked what I needed. I said deep tissue for my upper back. Grace was so amazing. Focused on my upper back. When all was done she said my neck and back was so tight. I felt so bad cause I know she had to put some work in on my back. Thank you grace I will be back soon. Amazing.

This was my first time here. The place was quiet, clean, the staff was friendly and I was at attended to right away as a walk-in. I asked for attention to my lower back and my neck and that's what I got. Grace was my therapist and she was wonderful. She has very soothing hands. My neck feels alot better. I will definitely be back when I need some relief.
