This place has really gotten their act together. Demi is an awesome knowledge masseuse. Their English is better and its seems to have changed hands because it is much more professional than in the past.

So, my boyfriend and I are here on a trip. We decided to get massages done last night. When I called the place all I got was “Hello?” I was confused because if you’re running a business you say the store name. I asked them if they had a couples room they said yes and told me that we can come in anytime. We make it early. We walk into the studio and there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Then a women comes out. I told her that we were there for the couples session. She looked like she has no idea what I was saying. Then I guess the boss came out and told me “Just wait over there and we’ll get the couples room ready.”. If you know clients are coming in at least have the rooms ready. Then the first women and a different women tells us to go into the room. My partner was super confused about this and I was too. They didn’t ask us what we were looking for in a massage and didn’t tell us how to get on the table. So, we’re undressed and laying in the table. I told my partner he can dress down to his Comfort level. So, he left his boxers on. Now the ladies are in the room. As they were massaging us I felt like these women had no idea what they were doing. It also didn’t help that they kept speaking a different language while massaging people. Makes it extremely uncomfortable not know what you’re saying. I’m a massage therapist from Chicago and I work in studios at the front desk and know how all of this works. The women was just poking at my sore spots and really wasn’t relieving me. And when she draped me she exposed my glutes. My eyes were wide opened when this happened. When I asked my partner he told me that his lady tried to take his boxers off. He thought that this was normal for massaging I told him it wasn’t. Then suddenly the ladies leave the room. We were so confused on where they went and they came back with wet towels and put them on us. I was just getting ready for this session to be over. So, finally the session is over. The women didn’t know any sort of English so checking out was flat out ridiculous. I felt like there wasn’t any care in this message session. It just felt like we were just money bags to these people and assumed that one of us didn’t know what massages are supposed to be like. The reason why we even came here was in hopes to get a nice professional massage. But I would NOT come here again. These types of studios give bad names to professional massage therapists.

There is absolutely no way anyone at this place is certified or has any idea what they’re doing. First the lady started and I got up and was about to leave, then the guy offered to massage me it wasn’t much better save your money and book somewhere else!!!😖👎🏼

Absolute worst massage I have ever had. The women massaging have no concept of muscles or where they are located. They do not ask you what type of massage you'd like or how hard or soft you'd like them to touch you. They burned my skin with the heated stones they used. Prime example of you get what you pay for. I knew I should have known better at $35 an hour. There is no way the women massaging here have been trained - AT ALL. Come here if you are basically looking for someone to pat your body for an hour. More annoying than relaxing. I cannot believe I paid for this.

It wasn't the place of sparkling white linen, but the women (Jenny) who massaged me was outstanding.
