Horrible! Too hard! Told the man 3 times, but he was still too hard and did not listen. My back was hurting so bad afterwards! Will NEVER GO BACK! And, they still charged me! When I was explaining to the lady that the man wouldn’t listen and I shouldn’t be charged, she acted like she didn’t understand a word I was saying and told me she spoke no English. But before then, she did speak some English. So, I think it’s just a way for them to not make things right. She told me in good English as I was leaving, “You come back and I do good job.” So, she obviously does speak English! I won’t return!

Edit: This place is back to 5 star. I gave it another try and this time a middle-aged man was my masseur. This time it was relaxing. No unpleasant plastic gloves. I just got a chair massage this time but my back felt better when I left. I'll give them another try and see if the quality is back to what it used to be pre-2020 still. Previous review: Unpleasant painful massage since they try to massage you using plastic gloves now. It’s turned into acupressure, at best, not massage. I like intense massage with touch force... but this wasn’t massage, it was poking me with her fingers. This actually hurt. I’m not sensitive- I’ve had football linebackers massage my shoulders as hard as they could and that didn’t hurt. This did. I’ve also had massages when I was visiting Japan that was true acupressure, but this place doesn’t do proper acupressure. It’s also not swedish massage or kneading massage. My back was just as tense leaving this place as when I got there... the only thing I got relieved of was some money. I had a young 30s or so female massage me. There used to be a 40something (?) male masseur who was amazing, but he wasn’t there this time. I don’t plan to go back... painful waste of money.

Had only had one previous message, I was skeptical I admit. The session was soothing, Linda has magnificent ability to relieve all the stress, my muscles welcomed the attention. Definetly a GREAT FIND

Horrible Horrible!! Me and my husband went here and came out in so much pain. Top it off the guys smacks my husband back so hard after being done. Never again!!!

I have been here 6+ times and had a great chair massage each time. The guy at the front has hands with the strength of Godzilla and I love it 💪🏼

This is a deep tissue massage service. The therapists are heavy handed and work out the tension. They get the job done! Great first experience as it was exactly what I expected. Will definitely be back again!

Clean place, the guy was eating food when I walked in. Got the massage then paid the guy and the wife and guy both asked for a tip!!! If you had to ask for a tip then it must of not been that great.

This is the worst massage place I’ve ever been. I don’t expect much for small stores in a mall, but this was so bad that I had to write a review. My wife and I got a massage at the same time and the masseuse’s talk to each other the whole time. At the end they told us how much of a tip they wanted. To me, telling customers how much to tip you is BAD customer service. Let the customer tip you on what he/she believes you deserve.

The whole experience was painful. Today I have major swelling and bruising for one of the most painful massages I've ever received.
