Came here for a couple 1 hr session with menthol pain foot soak and it was amazing! They massaged our temples, shoulders, arms, calves and feet. We added the foot soak and foot scrub but it was worth it. $60 a person before add one. Definitely will recommend and plan to come back for the 90 or 120 min session.

Wanted to love it. It was very good massage. But the masseuse had a strong food smell on his hands. The neck pillow smelled like all the flavors in the microwave. Can’t enjoy yourself when all you smell is fish and strong spice smells. Need to spray, maybe eat somewhere else, wash his hands better. Very gross.

Everything about my experience was great. The front desk staff member was lovely. She explained everything and answered my questions. My session was so relaxing. I still feel great the following day. I will definitely be going back, though next time I will choose the 90 or 120 minute session.

I love this place but they don't answer the phone anymore like they used too. I waited on hold for over 10 min to book an appointment for only someone to pick up and hung up. It's ridiculous to try to book an appointment

I used to love coming to this place, whether here or in Chesapeake. Lately though, today and the last time I was in Chesapeake, they haven't been the greatest. The people need to spend more time on the FEET than everything else. I feel like they just do whatever is most comfortable or easiest for them and don't like doing the feet anymore. 🤷 VERY Frustrating! I come to Relax the Feet for the reflexology on my FEET and toes, Not my ankles, legs and the top of my feet. A little of leg work is fine and Nice, but 15 minutes on the calves and 3-5 minutes on my feet/toes? Then change the name to relax the legs instead. Edit 4.19.24 please read comments on the picture I posted. 🤬

The first time I visited this place was about several months ago and it was great! I felt great and I was impressed so I came back, 2 more times, to have that same great feeling again but it seems like that feeling is eluding me. Don’t get me wrong but I just seemed to be not completely satisfied anymore. They did great with the feet and legs part but not so much for the body part for me. I am looking for something more but I can’t pinpoint what it is yet. Maybe because I am stressed and my legs and knees are not feeling well. They are so sore and I am just trying to get a relief and haven’t found the relief yet. I still believe that this place is great! Nice location, they are clean and smells pleasant. Everyone there is nice and courteous. I will still probably be back again sometime in the future but not anytime soon. I am in search for relief for my sore legs and knees.

UPDATE...BEWARE/Use CAUTION! ⚠️ During my recent visit to Relax the Feet I was assigned to a male masseuse [Tom?] that GROPED ME DURING THE MASSAGE as though it were a routine part of the massage process. I have NO DOUBT that he's done this to women numerous times before. This was NOT A MISTAKEN touch... this was very much SEVERAL INTENTIONAL TOUCHES!!! Looking back there was some other behaviors that were questionable too. But you dismiss it cause you are certain NO ONE would be SO VILE. When I first alerted the receptionist, I asked to never be placed with him again. She stated 'a lot of people don't like him'. This tells me that he's definitely done things to make other people [most clients probably women] uncomfortable or feel violated. So WHY IS HE STILL THERE violating women!?!? I think it didn't register to me how violated I felt until hours later... when the shock of his audacity wore off. The receptionist was supposed to have the manager or someone call me... but that hasn't happened. It appears as though they are condoning or turning a blind eye to this and allowing a predator to have access to unsuspecting women. If this happens to you, I encourage you to report it to the police! My masseur did not speak at all so I didn't get her name. That's ok...I didn't mind that. She did a good job; applied a decent amount of pressure. What annoyed me was the frigid temperature in the establishment. I literally was freezing the entire 90 minutes. And since it's so open [no doors or 'rooms'] the noise of other staff detracted from the relaxation experience. Not to mention the scrapping of the 'crate' they sit on and have to scooch around while doing your massage. Why don't they give them a stool with wheels!? Good grief.

Awkward and uncomfortable. The seating is at an angle that makes your neck stiff....so I left with a neck pain I didn't have when I went in. The foot table moved the whole time (why isn't it secured?) So the therapist expected me to brace my legs to hold the table in place...which became very uncomfortable. The massage didn't seem much different than any other mediocre massage but less relaxing since the foot table kept slipping and I had to keep my muscles engaged the whole time. I didn't get much of the reflexology, maybe it was Simon's skill level that was off? Not a re-do. I would rather go to Fuller school for an actual massage.

I enjoyed this. It was a groupon a friend had given me. I tried the 60 minute one. I walked out very refreshed and relaxed. There is a waiting room with a heavy curtain blocking the back. When you go back it is so dark compared to the front, you have to be very careful. They do help you to the chair. It would have been good to know before walking back there for the first time.

I had a good experience, I brought a Groupon before hand and had no problems using it. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because when I got my neck massage my reflexologist was very heavy handed. I didn't say anything but if he had watched my body movements it was very obvious I was uncomfortable. None the less I still enjoyed my session. Will definitely come back.

I love going to Relax the Feet. But I usually go to the one located in Chesapeake. The man who always does my massage at the Chesapeake location is always gentle. I usually get medium pressure & he is ALWAYS GENTLE. This time around I decided to go to this location for a 90 minute session and the man was so rough!! I Will NOT be back at this location. I get that when you finish a massage for a part of the body you lightly tap. I felt like this man was beating me. I chose to go here because it’s closer to home. It’s about five minutes the Chesapeake location is about 20 but I’d rather drive that extra 20 minutes then come here.

It was long and not expensive. This is my first time there and if I do return I know now to ask for more pressure on my feet because I work on my feet all day. But I definitely did wake myself up twice from snoring, so very relaxing.

Love, love….Love this place. 90-120 minutes for a peaceful, relaxing, foot massage is amazing. Mary is my favorite and she does deep tissue massages… oh my god…. Steven and Ron are also very good too. If you have never been you need to try it. I’m on the monthly club plan which affords me discounts on extra things available (i.e. foot scrubs, lotions, gift cards etc.) 😄

My wife and I visited the Fairfield location. We both received the foot soak. Hot neck towel with leg and neck massage. Enjoyed visit immensely. Best gift that you can give yourself. Makes you feel much better. Next time I will add the chair massage. Excellent staff. Best self-investment that you could make,.

This was a painful experience. The massage was rough it’s like he was beating me. He kneaded the arch of my feet with his knuckles the whole time as if he was tenderizing steak!! Beware!!! It was a HORRIBLE experience.

Today I wnr for an hour massage and I came out feeling new. I am definitely coming back. I was referred by Tatiana and she was absolutely assured me I would love it. The young lady in the front was very pleasant and explained everything to me. Mary is great at what she does. once she was done with my legs I ended adding a 15 minute back and neck massage. The atmosphere is nice and super clean. Definitely recommend this place.
