I hadn’t been in about 6 years my last appointment was great. Unfortunately this time was the opposite! I had a 40 min appointment. My therapist was nice and did a good job but it was anything but relaxing! I was so cold in there. It was freezing!!! So unenjoyable I didn’t even want to pay. When I asked the nice lady upfront for a discount bc it was so cold she said it would come out of her paycheck and she couldn’t get a response from the owners. She said she knows she was so sorry, she herself was working in her coat!! And then proceeded to tell me the thermostat says 60! It’s 30 degrees outside today. Owners need to be less focused on making a dollar and more focused on the traditional Chinese massage that is to be given!! No original authentic Asian massage would ever be cold and without care for environment. Will not be coming back

My wife and I we go to the other location. We thought we'd try this location out. It was an okay experience, except there was a man that snored the entire time. That's how relaxed I was!

Very dissatisfied. It's weird! The dry massage was painful. The Asian man couldn't understand "softer" or anything I said. I especially didn't like the open room for relaxation. There was a man snoring the entire time and nobody bothered to do anything about it. If I wanted to hear a man snoring, it's free at my house! We can't even sleep in the same bed because my husband snores so loudly! I wanted a relaxing experience, but instead it wasn't and moreover FRUSTRATING! There were at least 5 people in the "quiet zone" and we all suffered due to one customer! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WILL NOT RETURN!!

À great place to unwind after long days of activités. Nice pressure. However, my masseur smelled like cigarette. The place is lit with blue lights... To promote relaxation? But the music was too loud and if you come later in the evening, you might have to endure workers cleaning up in the back, banging foot soak buckets, turning on water spiggot and dumping/splashing buckets of water. They also chat pretty loudly too. The lotion they use is not massage oil or anything special. It leaves greasy film on your head, neck, shoulders, all the spots they massage while your feet are soaking.

Great place to relax! I had a wonderful time and the 60 montues felt like it was 2 hours. It was great. I will definitely return when I am in town and the receptionist was very informative and helpful! 🥰

I'm so glad I had Nancy for my treatment! I was surprised by her intuition and how she treated both feet and legs very individually according to their needs. Perfect pressure! I asked for soft pressure and was nervous it might be too soft but it was perfect! I'll be back!

Some mixed feelings. I'd probably try again but at a different time. Came at 7pm, receptionist is really nice! Techs are probably exhausted from massaging all day. I definitely don't recommend a night appointment. They close at 9pm but they're cleaning up early. The constant sound of the washer/dryer, the running water from washing buckets & the techs gossiping non stop is really annoying & impossible to relax. Hubby enjoyed his massage. Mine was way too hard, I asked for medium strength & this was 1 of the hardest massages I've ever had. I had to kick him a few times from pinching too hard. Some of the session was painful. Today, I am bruised all over my calves so I'm disappointed about that. Everyone was so nice. I might try again in the mornings and a different tech.

Came here with my husband as we received a Christmas gift for the "Classic" session (60 min) for 2. We were just visiting VAB (I'm stationed in NC), but thankfully they had appointments available the day after Christmas and we booked it the evening prior on the site no issues. Day of, we did the paper at the front desk and were escorted to our chairs in the back. They were comfy, the ambiance was peaceful, they play nature sounds and soothing music. They start by soaking your feet (similar to pedicure) while they massage face, scalp (if you want - let them know in case you don't want them to touch your hair), neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. It's super relaxing. Then they move onto your legs, from the knees down to feet. We were both first timers as far as massages go, but it was a more traditional Asian style massage vs. what I'd expect to see in like a movie? *I'm super super SUPER TICKLISH. And I was still able to make it through the whole thing. Even though I don't like people touching my feet because I'm ticklish, I still enjoyed the whole experience including the foot massage. **I'm also allergic to fragrances and have sensitive skin, they knew this ahead of time from the questionnaire. Nothing they used on me made me break out, itch, or burn, seemed to be all natural/fragrance free. This was definitely a good experience! I'm not that keen on foot massages, but if you are, go for it. Seems like they aren't too busy and maybe could even take day of appointments?

I can not say enough about the wonderful and relaxing experience I had on Sunday, July 30, 2023.. Very clean and comfortable, the technician was proficient, professional, and above all amazing! My experience was totally on point from the minute I walked in the door till the minute I walked out. I highly recommend the 90-minute session. It seriously took care of releasing stress and easing my aches.

Let me start with I don't like anyone messing with my feet...BUT this place is awesome an totally worth the little bit it cost...I did a 40 minute trial an walkedout an feet felt 10 times better...I'd give 10 stars if I could...go try it it's a very cool experience an the people are so noce

This is an amazing place. I just loved my two visits and will definitely return each time I am in town. This was a pleasant and beneficial experience. As a nurse, I highly recommend this business for anyone who has leg and foot issues, migraines, and circulatory disorders in the lower legs. Wear shorts or loose pants that can be pulled up above the knees and a tank top for the best treatment experience. This is a unique and effective health care experience. I would highly recommend diabetics try this therapy to improve the circulation and feeling in their feet and legs. I have degenerative joint disease with circulation issues in my lower legs and feet; years of 12 & 16 hr shifts of nonstop standing has caused extreme leg issues- this was amazing for relief and comfort. I have migraines frequently - including one on my first visit - after 10 min the migraine was gone and I felt amazing when I left. 90 min reflexology is a must!! Treat yourself, check to see if your insurance will cover the cost-many do!!

If you haven't been here yet, now is the time. Upon calling for an appointment, the receptionist was very nice and set up our session with ease. My husband and I did a 90 minute session. The massages were so relaxing that my husband fell asleep a few times 😆. They did a fantastic job all around and I would definitely come back to this location. Highly recommend.

Like other reviews state, it is a group setting. But, I still found it peaceful and, like a few others, fell asleep for part of my treatment. My personal experience wasn't the best, wasn't awful either, but I think your "therapist" plays a huge role. Mine was a nice guy but he was frantic and rough. The opposite of a relaxing massage to me. I watched the lady across from me getting a slow/peaceful massage, so its just a matter of who works on you I think. As for reflexology, it seemed just like a massage to me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ For the Groupon price I paid, it was definitely worth it. If I go back, I will ask for a different therapist.

The massage was very good. It actually cured a persistent pain in my neck that prevented me from turning my head very far in either direction. My feet are also feeling great. I will be going back soon.

Went today for my first time. I’ve been in so much discomfort and I can feel the stress knots. Mr. Lee was amazing!!! He got all those stress knots and knew to have good pressure. I walked out feeling like a feather and like I can breath! Definitely going again. I used Groupon but the appointment was done quickly and the check in was very welcoming. Thank you to all the staff that made my visit amazing!
