I couldn't have found Alicia at a better time. I was in this endless cycle of antibiotics and skin infections on my face. I had a consult with her and booked my first facial with low self esteem and low expectations as keeping my skin clear has always been a daunting task. My first facial was amazing. I was still a little skeptical as I thought that I would be breaking out soon and back in the cycle. In the 4 weeks that I had in between my first facial and my second one - no breakouts. Usually my skin freaks out before my monthly cycle but even then, my skin was clear. Alicia is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft. She individualizes every product, every facial and every skin care routine. I will keep everyone updated with each additional facial as we work up to a chemical peel for hyperpigmentation and continue the process to clear and healthy skin. I have 100% confidence in Alicia and now look forward to my monthly facial as it is "me time" and a chance to relax (which doesn't happen often as a single parent and a full time nurse). Alicia is so friendly, warm and kind. You won't regret booking with her.

Alicia is a great Licensed Master Esthetician. I was referred to her from my hair dresser. Awesome first time experience getting a Brazilian wax! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment!!! Also I’ve scheduled a facial for myself and my husband. We are super excited about it!! 2nd visit was amazing! Already booked my 3rd appointment for a Brazilian wax and facial. 1st and 2nd time was a great experience. I’ve already booked my 3rd appointment for my Brazilian and my husband and I facials for next month! ALWAYS a great experience with Alicia! Can’t wait until my husband and I facial next month!❤️

My experience at Relax & Wax was nothing short of exemplary. I had never had a spa treatment before, but Alicia has set the bar quite high. The suite is clean and calm; I had the face/beard facial and it was relaxing as can be. With my being in front of a computer and typing most of the day, the hand massage was a nice touch as well. It’s clear Alicia is passionate about her work and delivering a comforting experience to her clients. 6/5 stars!

Amazing immediate results! Relaxing experience. I hadn’t had a facial in years and I wasn’t expecting it to be as wonderful as it was! Alicia was very kind & knowledgeable. Her space is calm and relaxing. It was just what I needed! I suffer from severe rosacea and last night when I looked in the mirror my skin looked the best it has in many years! I will definitely keep returning and I highly recommend her services!

The facial massage (my favorite during this session) was unlike and incomparable to others I had before (... and I had many on a regular basis some years ago). When she moved her hands and fingers on my face, I sensed that she was completely in tune with a Polynesian dance. When the session was over, I didn't want to get up. I was filled with happy emotions (I literally teared up), was relaxed and felt that I was pampered with such gentle care. My face felt refreshed and it looked radiant. I was hooked, so I got booked for my next appointment. Can hardly wait! Thanks Alicia!

Alicia is incredible and her attention to detail is unmatched. She really takes the time to prep for each appointment to meet each client’s needs and is so thorough. After my first appointment I scheduled one for every 6 weeks!!

Relax and wax is such an appropriate name for this salon. I was warmly greeted right away. Alicia was knowledgeable and prepared for all the services I booked and any questions I had. I left feeling smooth and my skin has a new glow. I will be booking again soon.

Already recommended Relax & Wax to all my friends! Alicia created such a relaxing atmosphere for my facial with a heated bed, gentle music and even a scalp/shoulder massage. I have sensitive skin & she knew exactly what to use to help my problem areas. I also got my eyebrows waxed, which turned out fantastic. Already booked my next appointment for another facial and eyebrow touch up!

Loooove. This was my first facial and I had an amazing relaxing experience all thanks to Alicia. There's so much to a facial then just your face! It's the most comfortable you'll ever be. The best thing to compare it to is being in a giant warm fuzzy cloud while being pampered on a beachy paradise. Can't wait to go again.
