1 Star I had a terrible experience at this massage place. I specifically requested a 30-minute body and 30-minute foot massage combo and wrote detailed instructions on their intake form, which even included a diagram for pressure preferences and areas to avoid. The receptionist assured me she communicated my requests to the masseuse. Unfortunately, during the massage, there was a clear language barrier, and my instructions were not followed. The pressure was completely off, areas I specifically asked to avoid (like the back of my knees) were worked on, and the hot stones were only used for about 5 minutes. The worst part was when I was asked to turn over near the end—I thought my foot massage was finally going to start. Instead, I was told there were only 4 minutes left. I tried to explain that I paid for and requested a combo, but the masseuse didn’t understand. Instead, she tried to upsell me an additional 15 minutes for $15 to do my feet. When I brought this up at the front desk, a man (not the original receptionist) dismissed my concerns, claiming the masseuse focused more on my body because my muscles were "too tight"—something I know is untrue as I stretch daily. This felt like blatant gaslighting. His "solution" was to offer me 10 minutes of foot massage on a future visit, which is not acceptable after such a disappointing experience. I came here to relax and expected my money to be well-spent, but instead, I left frustrated and unheard. If there’s a language barrier, the staff needs to ensure instructions are fully understood before the session begins. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and stress-free massage experience.

VIVI is amazing. The facility is clean quiet and all that you expect in order to relax. I am a nurse practitioner in much need of a relaxing massage that also helps my back pain. I recommend this place and VIVI. Love the peace and serenity as well.

After more than two years visiting this place where at the beginning I found very good massage and services here today I must say that on Sunday November 10th I made an appointment with my husband as usual and I confess that we will never come back to this place again. When we arrived they had an uncontrolled nasty confrontation and regardless of the presence of clients and all for money, not to mention that even if you leave a tip, when you leave the massages they expect more. It is very unpleasant. Even we waited for them to finish fighting and the two masseuses that we got , they inside the room continue giving the conclusions inside the room of the fight they had outside, to the point that I had to tell them to shut up, I was almost to stand up and leave.My masseuse interrupted my sección and when out 6 times , waiting my time .We comes to these places to relax and release stress and they did not stop talking out loud and asking constantly is the massage was ok at the point to bother .The massage was of the worst quality, any pressure and lately this is not the first time that we get horrible massage there but we always thought that have good look that time and we wasn’t.The massages quality Nothing related with two years ago. Before entering the room as a client we write in a piece of paper the area where you want or you don’t want to be touch, my husband marked the left food and of course there didn’t care about and his leg got hurt. Every time you come to this place you meet new masseuse , that tell me a lot. And we can tell bc we came frequently so you can not continue treating yourself with the masseuse that you like in the same way in this place it is not allowed, it is the one that you get because they go with their order. The conclusion is that we had to leave there to go somewhere else to get another massage expending more money. I couldn’t to get my house in that condition Wich it was worst and because now a horrible headache, the tension and the bad energy were out of this world and thank God we found a better place. I called and told the girl at the front desk. Another couple that this place loss. I do not recommend this place anymore. The masseuses here don’t speak English so the communication is cero.Run away from this place. PS. After the superb response from the business, it is very clear to me that they do not accept criticism, only the good ones. You may have many clients who return, as I did for more than two years, until one day they get tired of so much rudeness and bad energy, just thinking that the next visit everything will be different and definitely will not.But if you do not have policies for the workers, it is time for you to put them in place before you lose all the clients. I do not have to go to a place and pay to relax and have one or two hours of peace like me and I did and have to witness a scandal that I even thought they would come to blows and all for money. Very unfortunate. They even fight over clients and tips. And it was not enough for them to fight outside and while they caressed and winning time going out of the room 6 times , playing with the time,because that was not a massage, she and the other masseuse who caressed my husband did not stop talking loudly drawing conclusions from the fight outside with the other person. Whether you investigates if you does or not is your problem. I also have the complain to the front desk lady that speak English. We will never return to that place again. Luckily there are other places that take their work seriously and have plenty of professionalism. I used to go there periodically with my husband and we would take an hour or two as a couple. And the others are telling you that it's not two dollars. You lose more. That's why there are so many bad reviews lately and why there are new workers all the time. Good luck and if you keep responding to reviews like this you will be left with fewer people.

Don’t waste your time and money going here, find somewhere else to go. I went for a massage today with my nanny, I decided to treat her to a 90 minute massage , after my massage I tipped Lily $10 and she had the nerve to look at me and say the tip was too small. She’s very classless and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time going there!! Also the whole time she was doing my message she kept going in and out of the room so Roudly with so much noise. Not professional at all. She’s even lucky I tipped her!!

Hello I went in December 8th 2024 on a Sunday I was greeted and only waited 10 mins to get a massage. The massage was great and she kept asking me if I was ok through out my massage. When I left I felt brand new she did a great job now it’s the following day and I am not sore and still feel relaxed. Thank you I will be returning!

One of the few places you can book 30-minute massages. Overall pleasant experience. The receptionist was cordial & professional. Vivi was my masseuse, the massage was enjoyable. There was a bit of a language barrier with the therapist, but it wasn't an issue.

I went in with my husband for a 90m couples massage. We had Lili and Helen. The experience was amazing! We left so relaxed and feeling better than how we walked in. We can’t wait to be back in a couple of months. Much needed, and much appreciated! From beginning to end!!

Excellent massage. The masseuse doesn't speak much English, but she sure knows what she's doing. Love the hot stones, that the oil was unscented (so doesn't trigger my allergies), and how relaxed I felt at the end.

Friday September 20, 2024 arrived at 1010am for a couple massage scheduled the day before for 1030am. Staff appeared startled when we walked in, told them we had appointment. No greeting, asked how we were paying cash or credit, I said cash and lady placed her hand out for payment (rude & unprecedented) I said I always pay after massage and she pointed to the door and said bye bye. She probably did us a big favor as service probably very sub par since they are asking for payment first unlike most other massage establishments in area we visit.

If you are looking for a FRICTION massage then this is your place. They slab you with half a bottle of body oil, then rub you till it hurts. Oh,, and you get the elbow too. I requested from then to massage using their fingers and palms, and pressure points, the masseuse said they don’t do that. My skin was burning. I got up and left.

My best friend gifted me a Groupon massage (60 min hot and stone deep tissue) at this location. The service was terrible. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk to greet me. Shortly after, a masseuse stepped out of a room (in the middle of her massage to another client) and she asked what service I was interested in. I let her know about the Groupon. She gave me a paper to fill out asking for a voucher number. The masseuse and I went back and forth a few times about the voucher number. She insisted that I wrote the wrong number. She was so rude, she was basically yelling at me. I had to snap back at her and then when she decided to verify the voucher number I provided, turns out I was right all along. The wait time was about 30 mins. I had a different masseuse provide me the massage. When she started, she kept asking me about the tip. Questioning if I would use cash or card, if I was going to leave $10, $15, or $20. I kept telling her we could figure out tip at the end but she was so persistent that I stopped her from massaging me and said I did not appreciate her harassing me about tip when I’m trying to enjoy my massage. There was NOTHING relaxing about this experience. She interrupted my massage 4 different times by leaving the room without notice. At one point point, I was face down with my butt exposed and another person entered the room to talk to my masseuse! Talk about invasion of privacy! In the end, she finished my massage about 10 mins earlier than she was supposed to. And she had the audacity to ask for a tip. I said no and walked out. Terrible experience. Do NOT recommend!

Wonderful place! The massage rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and careful with all the towels and sheets used. Very welcoming place and the masseurs are very professional. They have all kinds of massages. Highly recommended!

My sister and I had a great experience here! Helen did my foot massage and Coco did my sisters body massage. They’re both excellent! The shop is clean and serene. The prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend this place.

The first time i came it was great i had a lady who really knew what she was doing. I decided to go back for a second time and was so upset. Practically a waste of money. She was rude in the beginning she kept talking and laughing to the other lady while doing my massage. Until the other lady stopped talking so she stopped. This is supposed to be a couples massage and it be relaxing. Couldn’t relax much. She also kept asking me if i was ok every 10 min. She did a horrible job, she barely put any pressure it felt more like just rubbing than anything. And she didn’t target the most important parts of the body. It was just the worse massage I’d ever pay for. Won’t be going back. They just lost two loyal customers since i do get massages pretty often

The overall massage was really good just be careful they don’t scam you. This was my third time there I had never had an issue before. They asked how I was going to pay as soon as I arrived not waiting until after the massage like on my other visits. and I get out 2 visa gift cards that I was given for my birthday. Still in the cardholder that they come in sealed. She did not proceed to pay with them she just kept them and they made me go in to the massage room. Like 20 minutes into the massage the receptionist come in saying that one of the cards was not working and shows me a card that the expiration date is scratched of and looks weird and old. I had not taken pictures of the ones I had given her but they were brand new. After I finish my massage she showed me the cards and said this one worked and this one is the one that didn’t, only when she told me she said the one that had worked was the one she had told me earlier that had not worked the one that looked weird. The other one was new and was probably one of mine. If you are going to lie to my face at least get straight the one that supposedly didn’t work. I ended up paying in cash the rest because I did not want to put my credit card down just in case. If you are paying with gift cards or even cash just make sure they processed everything in front of you and they don’t tell you there’s an issue later. And if you can just find another place that’s what I’ll be doing.

This place is great! Always clean and professional. I do wish they would stamp the rewards card when I pay (before the massage) and not after. I’m always afraid I’m going to forget to ask after the massage, and I don’t understand why they make me wait until after to stamp it. Besides that, it’s great! Always easy to get an appointment, and the massages are reliably good.

Enjoyed a very good massage . Experienced the couples 60 min deep massage and it was very pleasing. I felt like butter afterwards and we were offered water plus goodies. I would definitely return, the ambiance was so peaceful and relaxing in addition to the service with the massage. Only thing I would change next time is having an individual massage as the masseuses kept having small talk during the session which disrupted the quietness and relaxing music but overall, it was good.

Wow what great service! I used a Groupon for a 60 min massage to surprise my mom and they have been so accommodating. I highly recommend this place, even gave me candy and water while I waited. Mom had a great experience the deep tissue was a great choice. You need to visit!

My boyfriend and I were able to get a last minute appointment for a couples massage on a Friday morning. I appreciated the customer service and cleanliness of the space. The massage room was relaxing and beautiful. Both techs were talented and left our muscles feeling worked out and relaxed!

Mi experiencia durante los tres años aproximadamente que he visitado este lugar siempre ha sido impresionante. Realmente todas son profesionales, muy atentas desde la Recepcionista. El lugar siempre está limpio y ordenado. Me he atendido con diferentes masajistas, en este último año con Lili y con JoJo. Las recomiendo!! Ya he llenado más de cuatro tarjetas con 10 visitas y he recibido mi Masaje gratis. Lo ÚNICO QUE LAMENTO y les pido lo CONSIDEREN, es que el ambiente musical es exactamente el mismo Set de canciones que he escuchado durante los últimos tres años, ya me lo aprendí de memoria!!! POR FAVOR CAMBIEN EL AMBIENTE MUSICAL !! Hay espectacular música con sonidos de agua, y otros... que ayudaría al objetivo para el que voy a ese lugar … a RELAJARME ! Gracias!
