Massage was okay. What got me was I gave the masseuse a $15 tip on a 30min massage, and she had the gall and audacity to ask for more! I couldn't believe it!

Everything was great until the end when I gave them a tip and she looked at me and said “you tip more”. Then she pulled out a laminated sheet with tip amounts. When I gave her MORE money she laughed at me and said, “is this your first time?”. I will not be returning.

My wife was given a gift card to get a massage here. She said the massage itself was great, and wanted to leave a small tip to say thanks (even though the massage had been previously payed for in full). She offered a $5 cash tip but the massage therapist asked for more and brought out a chart with expected tip amounts. She expected a $20 - $40 tip and my wife felt pressured into giving $20 (31% tip) but this tainted the whole experience. If such a large tip is expected, even when using a fully-paid gift card, then this should be made known beforehand. Even better, the full massage price should just be communicated beforehand and any tip would simply a token of gratitude to the massage therapist.

Worst experience ever. Was told that my tip was not acceptable that a deep tissue massage was very hard to do and then she proceeded to break out a calculator to demand the amount that she felt was right. Everyone run from this place. 90 minute massage with multiple interruptions and conversations.

Highly recommend Sarah!!! I had a sore back from maybe sleeping in a weird position. I also stand for hours at a time while working. On my way home, I decided to try my hand at getting a same day appointment and I literally was able to get on the table within 5mins of my phone call. Not only was the ambiance nice and relaxing, Sarah was extremely professional and sweet. She gives an AMAZING massage! I almost feel brand new!! Again, I HIGHLY recommended you try at least an hour massage. I will definitely be going back soon!!

I went there with friends and there we got to relax. The massage therapists there are professional and the environment is elegant and comfortable. They completely relieved our tiredness from traveling. I highly recommend this store, the staff are really friendly and enthusiastic!❤️❤️❤️

My husband bought me a gift certificate for an hour deep tissue massage for my birthday. The first issue is that their gift certificates are only good for 90 days. The second issue is that when you call to inquire about times or dates, they say to just come in. I went in to use my gift certificate, and I got the worst 45 minute massage I have ever had. It couldn’t even be described as shiatsu, since the masseuse didn’t do much more than run her hands over my limbs as quickly as possible. At one point she did use hot stones in her hands (for 3 minutes or so in total), but the rest of the massage was worthless. There was no actual muscle manipulation, and I left feeling worse than when I went in. During my massage, the masseuse was answering the phone, leaving the room, and going to the front desk area when another customer came in. I understand being short staffed and busy, but short changing 15 minutes on a massage is something else when I could have come back another day - and offered to do that - before she began the “massage.” To top off this negative experience, she then essentially shamed me in front of another customer into a $10 tip, when I asked for change for my $10 since she demanded a tip. I will not be going back to this business and would suggest anyone looking for a massage go to a more reputable business. This is a complete waste of time and money.

When paying BEFORE the service (which is already weird) I tipped $10 on 70 which is 14%. Which is technically standard. The lady asked me if I was going to tip more while watching me sign the receipt. I think this is unprofessional and makes me not want to return. This is not the first time this has happened to me and my mother. The massage was good. They lack manners when keeping you covered. At some points my whole butt was just hanging out, chilling, while the lady was massaging me. It just could have been better for the price.

First time I've ever been corrected on my tip. Went in on Sunday for a 60 min of which I received a 45 min massage for what I paid. $65 was the price up front though $67 was rung up on the card,... no big deal on that one so I let that slide. The massage was okay, but the experience that followed took away from any relaxation that I went in for. When she was finished, out of courtesy for her time I asked if I could tip. I put my standard 20% on the receipt to which the massage therapist pulled out a laminated sheet from behind the desk with tip amounts associated to the massage times chosen. She stated that the work was very hard and my tip should match the time chosen. For the 60 min session the recommended tip on the sheet was $20 - $40. That's 31% - 62%! The massage was no where near worth that and last time I checked tips are not regulated nor mandatory. The sheer embarrassment of the moment will ensure I never visit the establishment again. If you feel your time is worth more than the rates, then adjust your rates... don't correct someone's tip.

I noticed this place near where I live and looked inviting. I gave them a call and booked my appointment. When I arrived I noticed the place look new and very clean. I was greeted by Sarah and I told I had an appointment. She said the appointment is with her. She collected the fee and showed me to the room and explained what to do. I got ready and laid down on the table covered with a towel. Sarah asked if I was ready and came in and asked what pressure I liked. After she started the massage and it was great, perfect pressure. Sometimes I would aske for more pressure on my legs and shoulders and she accommodated with perfection. I could tell she was well trained and experienced. She asked if I would like Hot Stones and I agreed, glad I did was good addition for my shoulder, back, legs and my feet. About 20 minutes left she had me face up and did a face, head, arms, hands, legs and foot massage. All during the massage Sarah checked in on me to make sure everything was good and if I wanted more or less pressure. When it was done she asked how was the massage and I told her excellent ! She asked If I wanted water, which I did. She left the room, I got ready too go and met her out front as she gave me water and her business card. I tipped your for the great serve and told her I will definitely will be back.

I’ve been to this place with my friend to get the couples massage and both times the massage therapist are talking in their language like literally for the whole 50 minute massage they were talking!. My friend and I were so irritated that we’re supposed to be relaxing and we weren’t feeling relaxed at all! Terrible experience.We will definitely won’t be coming back.

The massage parlor is clean and comfortable. The massage therapists there are very polite and warm. My friends and I had a very tiring trip to Virginia. But all that fatigue is gone after the massage. It's really relaxing.

This place is awesome! I just had a massage from Sarah and feel like a new human! I don’t know why I haven’t been doing this more often. The spa is so relaxing and the people are so friendly. Sarah really focused on my sore areas and did an amazing job. My back has been so sore since an injury 5 years ago and today it feels normal! I will be back for sure! Thank you Sarah!

Do not go!!! Paid for 60 min, got 45... with 6 interruptions. Had to pay up front, included a tip... therapist complained about the 15% tip not being enough. Save your $$.
