I arrived on a random weeknight and there was no wait. There was about three guests and maybe a total of eight or so different masseuses. The layout is open so you remain clothed while being massaged through a towel. You are able to select preferred pressure and speed prior to the session via the signup sheet. $45 for 60 minutes is a steal!! Clean and professional. $2 surcharge for using a credit card. Definitely recommend.

I came here tonight and it was great! My massage therapist, May, did a fantastic job. I chose a “5” and it was very strong. The price is affordable, it was $42 for the 1hr combination service. I would definitely go back and I would request May again

I am a regular at Relaxing Station and visit both Bothell & Ballard locations frequently. Today I went to Ballard with horrible low back pain after moving furniture last night. It was my lucky day because I had a massage with Jiang for the first time. I was impressed off the bat because he could speak English well. I told him what happened and he was able to find the exact spot it hurt and worked on it extra long. I feel so much better after his work to relieve the sprain. He was such an incredible masseuse, and I can’t wait to go back on Sunday for another massage. I will be requesting Jiang from now on!

After seeing their promotions all over town, I finally decided to stop by. I got Zhou as my masseuse and he was AWESOME. I asked for a deep tissue and chose the highest intensity. It was definitely what I needed. Thank you! 🙏🏽

I received a 30-minute foot massage from Jiang. He was very friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend it; you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The atmosphere was great too.

In short, the service outweighed the price. I initially ordered a 1-hour full body massage and a 30-minute foot massage for just $56. The experience was so good that I added another 30 minutes for the foot massage. The technician (ID: 457) was friendly and highly skilled, especially with the foot massage

I’m a regular customer due to chronic back/joint pain, and absolutely love this place! It is a huge convenience that it’s walk-in, and the few times I’ve had to wait were very short. Every masseuse I’ve had has been excellent! This is a communal spa space, but it’s not at all an awkward experience. It’s actually quite peaceful and quiet, with fountains and soothing music. I recommend wearing exercise clothes. They have an incredibly efficient and successful business model to provide affordable, good quality massages. As someone who needs regular massage for chronic pain, it’s such a relief to have an affordable option for good massages that also allows scheduling flexibility.
