I have been going to Cynthia 15+ years! I love her so much, she always knows exactly what I want and everytime I go there it’s like spending time with my big sister! I have referred one of my best friends to her and she’s in love with her work too! You’d be ridiculous to not go to her!

I went in for a consultation, Cyn took the time to really understand what color and goals I was trying to achieve. She was straight forward on what would work best for a busy mom on a budget. I was really clear that I wanted something very low maintenance but something that would give me a brand new look. She also worked with me and helped me fine the colors that would work best for me. I’m very happy how my experience went and with the out come, Thank you Cyn, for getting me before the holidays!

Cynthia is amazing! She is so talented you can see it in her work. She's always professional, salon very clean and I am so proud of her and all of her accomplishments. This beautiful lady has worked so hard to get where she is at. She cut my hair for 13 years and now that we are in Illinois it is hard to find someone as talented as Cynthia. I can't wait to move back to Arizona one day. I will definitely come back to her. Now that I found her salon online I need to refer my friend Christina Lopez.

I had a great time at the salon. I found Cynthia on Instagram and reached out within a day I had a consultation scheduled, within a week I had my hair color correcting done for a super reasonable price. The salon also had the comfiest shampoo bowl chairs I’ve ever sat it and even a table for me to do some schoolwork on while my color was processing.

I was recommended this place and thought I give it a try since I was way over due for haircut , it’s been like 4 years. I set an appt with Cynthia and I was asked to reschedule since she was running late, I could not since my daughter had a game coming up that same day, so I was told to reschedule and there will be no charge so I was like okay , I set another appt , waited a week. I got there on time and I had to wait since there was a client being worked on, so then it was finally my turn. While my haircut was being done the other client was being worked on also, it upset me because at the end I was told there was no time for blowdry and style so I left with wet hair and apparently she forgot of the no charge and charged me still. I tried to give it another try but the fact that I had to drive far for no reason and 2nd time just bad service and on top of that I was not happy with my hair my hair looked worst and just all choppy , I just wanted to cry on the way home, I waited a very long time to look forward leaving salon feeling pretty . I told her I had a bad experience and did not want to cut my hair ever again after 4 years… this is the worst experience ever. I recommend my mom before my experience and I hope if she goes she will at least have a better experience than me. I am glad this did not happen to my daughter who I brought there for color and cut….
