From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by welcoming sounds and scents. From the music to the ambiance, everything is clean and inviting. Each employee greets you. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Kevin did my scalp massage and facial. He was so kind the entire time, respectful, and explained what was happening during the process. He continued to check in to make sure I was okay during my 60 minute service. This was my first time here and I highly recommend. 10/10!!

I had a wonderful experience with my friend today at the spa. It’s more than I expected. The feet got soaked first then hair was washed with top line products. The message on the head and shoulders is very relaxing. It also comes with facial mask and air mist. I really enjoyed the experience.

This was my second experience here and it was such a different from my first. My first experience was a facial where the massage left me sore 2 days after and my esthetician wasn’t prepared at all. After leaving a review about this, the manager personally reached out to me and offered me another facial or a headspa for the same $ value. I accepted the headspa and it was amazing. I had grace and she was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable and the massage pressure was good for me. She was super gentle with everything during the head spa and after when blow drying and brushing my hair. I will 100% be requesting her for all future appointments. I also applaud Relux for taking customer recommendations seriously. I recommended they add preference of massage pressure to their questionnaire before receiving a service and it was added in by the time I came in for my appointment today. Staff is super friendly!

I'm pretty sure I transcended when I was here. This was my first time trying a head spa and opted for the Unique Package. I loved everything about my experience. From the scalp analysis to the spa itself, I felt extremely comfortable and almost wished I picked a different package so I could stay longer. I'm not sure I can say anything bad about Relux, nor do I want to say anything bad about Relux. I loved it all. The massages were an added plus, as I wasn't fully expecting it. The water was a perfect temperature, the products used smelled amazing, and at the end, I was asked if I wanted ginger tea. Obviously that was a yes! I'm already planning another spa date!

My second time in. This time was the KungFu treatment. It's worth every moment and every penny! It has been a rough past few months, and this was a "I need pampering" moment. I walked out feeling amazing, and the stress in my neck and shoulders gave me a reprieve. My technician was gentle when needed and dug in where necessary. The time to just sit afterward for a moment to "reset my soul" not to mention the ginger tea was so much appreciated. Definitely will go back again.

Absolutely loved the experience! It was my first time at a head spa and Relux did not disappoint. I signed up for the Unique treatment and enjoyed the spicy, tingly, gingery goodness of the deep conditioning massage. Overall the spa was very clean, relaxing, and calming. I enjoyed the scalp analysis and saw immediate before and after results. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience.

I have been waiting for a head spa to open in the Hampton roads area and it finally did, but little did I know what I was going to receive for the Luxury head spa treatment: it was one of the Best experiences I have had in a spa, forget just a massage and a facial, I can get all of that plus the most relaxing scalp wash and dry and massage I have ever had. Oh and by the way my hair smells Amazing. I have already made my next month’s appointment. Awesome place and the people are just as Awesome.

My husband and I had our first appointment here and we were blown away by the professionalism and luxurious experience. Facilities and equipment were very clean, well organized. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and aimed at making our time there as memorable and relaxing as possible. They took great care of both of us. My sister and I visited Relux Head Spa, and overall, it was a good experience with some room for improvement. The scalp analysis was so interesting—we loved learning about our scalp and hair health, and seeing the dramatic difference in the analysis pre- and post-treatment was fascinating! The spa atmosphere was clean, calming, and provided a relaxing escape. The layout is unique, featuring one long room divided into eight individual “rooms” separated by curtains. The two closest to the front are quite bright and lack the relaxing vibe you’d hope for, but fortunately, we were placed further toward the back, which felt much cozier. Each room includes a small water feature, which adds to the ambiance and helps mask noise from the surrounding areas. A nice touch was the tube-top, snap-close robes provided to guests, which were both comfortable and practical for the service. That said, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. We would have appreciated more dry scalp brushing, combing, and overall massaging throughout the service, as these were the elements we were most excited about. Additionally, it’s clear the team is still refining their flow, as some parts of the treatment felt a bit disjointed. The blow-drying process, in particular, left room for improvement—not only was no heat protectant used beforehand, which is a concern for hair health, but the technique itself fell short of professional hairstyling standards. Our hair was still damp at the end, making it clear that blow-drying is not yet their expertise. That said, our hair was incredibly soft afterwards, which we really appreciated. In summary, Relux Head Spa offers a relaxing and informative experience with plenty of potential to become truly exceptional. With more emphasis on the scalp massage techniques, a more refined hair drying process, and a few other minor adjustments, we’re confident this spa could elevate its services to the next level. We look forward to seeing how they grow and improve.

This was a wonderful experience and I have already booked again. It’s unique and very pampering. The one thing I will say, they will dry your hair but it doesn’t get any styling or hair product, so if you need those things (I need both), I would recommend either bringing something with you or plan accordingly. There isn’t really time for hairstyling but I wish there was option to add it as an extra. I would have been happy to pay for a blow out. I do appreciate that they don’t send you out with wet hair. I would have also loved some product or care recommendations but to me it’s more of a missed opportunity.

This was my first head spa experience. I got the rejuvenation package. They start with a scalp analysis. This is done but the front desk so other purple can see what your scalp looks like. You're then taken back to one of the tables. I was worried about how comfortable i would be laying down with my feet in their soak but I was very comfortable. I have thin, fine hair that likes to knot easily and it's halfway down my back. The scalp massages and scrubbing will send you to another world. The tools they use to help scrub feel amazing. While some of the hair products sit, they will massage your shins/feet, arms and decollette. My only gripe was the facial. It's a one size fits all facial and i have very sensitive skin (rosacea). Everything was very fragrant and wasn't helping my skin. They finish with blow drying using a Dyson. I could feel how tangled my hair was but she was very gentle! The least painful blow dry and hair combing I've ever had. I'm not sure how they sanitize the bow dryer with the brush inbetween people but all the combs they used come from a sanitizer. They have a variety of products you can buy including Kerastase, Milbon, Dr strum, La mer, Olaplex and 111skin.

Wow! I have had a very stressful last few months. Usually to relax I get massages but can never fully relax thanks to my brain never turning off. I saw the hair spas online and thought I wonder if Virginia Beach has one. Sure enough! My husband got me a gift card for Christmas and I went today. I felt cared for the entire time, and my brain was able to turn off after about 1/4 the way thru which has never happened. I got the 2 hour package since I have longer hair, and every single second was used, and some! I felt cared for the entire time which I cannot remember the last time I was the one receiving the care. I cannot begin to explain how great my experience was. And my hair and scalp looks and feels amazing. Along with the rest of me! If you’re like me and don’t get relaxation out of massages, this is your place! Thank you all again for giving me the reset I needed! See you soon!
