I never got a text or email confirmation of my apt today. Was supposed to be a 10am consult with Logan about hair health. I walked in a few days ago to set it up and the lady helped do so. I went in next door and asked if they're usually a little late. She checked the back to see if they were over there. They were not. Google says open at 9, and my apt was at 10. No one is there. The only number I had was the one on Google. So I set a consult with the lady who was helping me. I recommend going to mosaic creative. They show up.

Ari (Ariana) has been cutting & coloring my hair for the past few years now and I absolutely adore her! I followed her here because I won’t see anyone else! She is so friendly and good at what she does. She takes the time to listen. She did my balayage and I have loved it! The salon is beautiful! It’s pristine and everything looks new and well kept. The chair to wash your hair was very confortable. I also met Amie and she is super friendly! Thank you ladies for a relaxing evening. Looking forward to the next already!

Shag Salon is amazing! The atmosphere is so bright and clean, and the owners are so sweet. Arianna did my highlights and cut today and I am in love with my hair! She’s so talented and really listened to what I wanted. I can’t wait to come back!

I just found the best hair salon in Scottsdale! The atmosphere and hair salon staff are super genuine, fun to talk to and experienced! The high quality of precision in my haircut by Ashly left me super happy with the results of my mid-length bob. She's very attentive and translated my picture inspiration 100%. I will definitely be coming back to this fun and light-hearted space. Love the aesthetics of the design of the space as well. Super bright, clean and welcoming. I am so glad I was able to book my haircut quickly here!

Been coming to Ashly on and off for a few years based on my own travel and I’m always so confident that she will give me exactly what my hair needs. This time around I could not even show pics as my phone was broke but with some description she was able to make me the perfect tone of brunette and my hair felt so much healthier after the cut. Came to get a trim/style with Amie with my best friend… it was one of the best hair experiences i’ve had. She made us very comfortable and listened to every request. My hair feels so good and im feeling extra pretty. Will be back. :)

I had an appointment with Alicia. She is amazing and really listened to my concerns with my bad color and cut experiences. I walked out with a very chic haircut and the color is beautiful - highlights/lowlights and even the texture was soooo much better than any stylist I've been to in the past several years.

I moved to Scottsdale recently and had a terrible first haircut at a different business. I found Amie and Shag Salon, and the transformation of my hair is night and day. She took the time to hear out my requests and then executed to give me my best haircut yet! Amie does awesome work and everyone should see her and visit Shag Salon!

I’m in love! I was treated by the lovely Sarah. She walked me through the entire process and we ended up changing the tint color that I had originally picked out, and ended up with some copper and I couldn’t be anymore pleased!

Shag Salon is under new ownership and they are FABULOUS! I’ve been going to Amie Carlos for 7+ years and I’m so excited for this new adventure. The salon is gorgeous - white, bright, and flooded with natural light. The bathroom is *not* to be missed, trust me. And they have the most fun neon sign to take pics of your new hair with. 💇🏻‍♀️ Amie is not just incredibly talented, but she’s a joy to be around. I highly recommend checking out Shag Salon!

Unfortunately this salon has gone downhill since moving locations. They must be struggling because it used to be complimentary bang trims in between haircuts which is very necessary for someone with prominent bangs. I booked online for a trim at .00 and was then told when I sat down in the chair that it is now $15. They could have informed prior to the appointment and I would probably be less annoyed but I will not be going back, haircuts are overpriced as is.

1000000/10. Lisa has magic hands. She is the only person I will let cut & color my long, coarse, curly hair and she know exactly how to work with the texture. She has managed to take the brassiness of my hair from previous stylists and bring out the richness of my natural brunette color. I am so thankful for finding Lisa & her absolutely beautiful salon right away when moving to AZ over two years ago. Highly recommend her!!!
