I had my 2nd appointment this morning with Kersa. I have had many deep tissue massages, and she is one of the very best! My back feels so much better! I will definitely be rescheduling: highly highly recommend!!!

After moving back to Wichita from Texas, the hunt was on for a new massage therapist. Especially being 22 weeks pregnant. I had my first prenatal massage with Erica today and that was hands down probably the best massage I have ever received. After my massage was over she offered me a chai tea to go. Pretty sure she sprinkled some love in the cup because it was so good. I can’t wait to come back during my pregnancy and after to see her for multiple services. I also want to add the young woman at the front was very sweet too. All around great experience 10/10 the atmosphere and staff were just top notch.

I have been coming to Remedy Spa West for a while. I Love this place. Erika is exceptional. This is the one "self-care" item that I will always place in my monthly budget.

This spa is my favorite! It's incredibly clean and has a very calming vibe. Erica is THE best! Her massages are amazing and she is excellent with facials and skin care! She is sweet and funny and I always enjoy our "therapy" sessions. Highly recommend!

Update 2: west location post previous updates. Everyone was super nice, there was no awkwardness given the circumstances. The massage was a lot more communicative and therapist checked in couple times during the massage. Left feeling great much more relaxed. Got exactly what she was looking for this time. Update. Owner very promptly contacted my wife. They were friendly and apologetic. They discussed where the breakdown in service occurred and how to correct it for the future. My wife was given the opportunity to return and have it all made right. They quick and thorough response was very much appreciated. I will re update post her next massage. ----------------------- My wife was in for a 2hr deep tissue massage. Came home in tears. She specifically explained her problem areas and instructed to focus on her neck and shoulders. They spent very little time in the areas requested at the very end of the massage. They only worked on the large, dense knots for barely a minute or two. Someone should never ever go to a spa and return in tears just because the worker only did a routine. Also in that field you should know clients will not have access to keep track of time. It's up to the worker to do that and listen to what they were told to do and allocate time appropriately. I will only update the review pending owner reply and with adequate solution is offered. I would've called but the location was closed by the time wife was home.

Absolutely wonderful! If I could give more stars I would. Erika is amazing. I’ve had many massages before but none as relaxing as this. She adjusted the pressure to my preference with her magic hands and made my stressed shoulders feel like putty.

From the booking with the sweet little receptionist to the end, was awesome. Susan knows what she is doing. I have been battling 2 herniated disc's and she helped me walk straighter today than I have in months. I have been looking for someone for awhile now and she is so knowledgeable! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Great experience! Professional yet super calm and relaxed atmosphere. Allison used essential oils and hot towels throughout and it was extremely relaxing.

Great place to get a deep tissue massage. Caitlin Jessica is the licensed massage therapist I always book with, and she is great. They have many other services, and therapists, that I have never used. The spa is very clean and the staff professional. I highly recommend Remedy Spa West.

My aesthetician (Mary) clearly knew what she was doing. My facial was relaxing and effective. My skin hasn't felt this good for a very long time. The atmosphere is professional, clean and calming. I also enjoyed the products (Eminence) she used so much that I ended up buying a couple to add to my routine, although there was no pushy sales pitch for them. The results speak for themselves. In addition, I got the full 75 minutes for my experience. I really hate it when a spa sells you a "60-minute" facial and that really translates to 50 minutes. I always feel ripped off. That did not happen at Remedy. Overall an excellent experience. I will be back.

I have recently started to visit Remedy Spa and have had a great experience each time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Caitlin Jessica is excellent and listens to address any issues you may have. I highly recommend Remedy!

I love this place! The massage is always great and the environment is so calm. I am a massage therapist myself and have finally found a place to consistently receive a massage that doesn't disappoint. Already scheduled to come back soon!
