My husband and I booked a couple’s therapeutic massage for 75 minutes and loved our experience! We were massaged by Emma and Demmetria, and they both were very welcoming and communicative about our preferences during our massage time. The facility itself was very clean and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

This was my first ever massage experience and Remedy Spa made it such a good first time! Jenny made me feel very relaxed, at peace, and worked out issues in my body I didn’t know I had. She even gave me an amazon link for a helpful tool that would help me with my neck pain! Thank you Remedy Spa!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Remedy Spa! I was originally scheduled for 1/5/25, but because of the poor weather that was coming in they called to reschedule that way everyone (customers and staff) would be safe! They got me rescheduled quickly to 1/11/25. I was quickly greeted by the receptionist and offered a delicious hot chai tea to defrost from the winter weather while waiting to go back to the treatment area. I had a custom facial and dermaplane with Sherise and a 60 minute massage with Emma. This was my 3rd massage and 1st facial with Remedy Spa. In the past year, my husband and I have come in for couples massages to celebrate our birthdays, we had the pleasure of working with Erin and Demmetria at the East loaction and Natalie and Kersa at the West location. Every therapist we have worked with has been wonderful. I can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely had such great service with Sherise! She was Patient, Friendly, & and Great attitude! I would definitely recommend Sherise if you are needing a wax of any sort done. She is amazing!! The ladies at check in were sweet and atmosphere was great as well. Everyone is very welcoming!

We had a group of 6 and reserved a sauna room. We called in advance because my daughter is allergic to lavender. They made sure staff was aware and cleaned out the diffusers the night before and made sure no one in our group was treated with lavender products. We all received massages and facials. All of the girls had nothing but good things to say about the experience. My only negative, which really isn't a big deal, is that I wish we all had time in the sauna room together prior to our treatments. This was for my daughter and her bridal party. She purchased robes, slippers, and a special gift for everyone and had to give them out separately because we were not all in the room at the same time. My massage and facial were excellent. My daughters and I will return soon.

20/10 I had the most wonderful experience ever with Gina! I received a gift card from a co-worker and forgot about it and it was in my purse for months and I was reminded about it lol. I scheduled my appt and wondered how a facial could possibly last 60 mins lol. I’ve never had one before so I didn’t know what to expect. My appt was last Saturday and WOW now I understand! I was completely blown away. When I walked in, I was super impressed by the aesthetic! It was so serene, with beautiful art, meditation music and a very sweet and kind woman (I didn’t get her name 😫) that greeted me with a smile and checked me in. Gina then greeted me and took me back to the room and we went over my skin. She asked me if I had any skin irritations, what skin type I have, and asked if I had any concerns. I’m so happy I went with the custom facial, because it was tailored to my sensitive skin. I also decided to add on the dermaplane service, after she told me the benefits of it. She was so down to earth, kind, and relatable! It felt like I was talking to a close friend! The facial was so amazing, and with each step of the process I was thinking, please don’t be over yet. Once the facial was over, she rubbed my neck, shoulders, arms and hands! I didn’t know that was included. OMG! Not gonna lie…I teared up a few times because I was so relaxed, I was able to clear my head of the day-to-day stuff, and just fully enjoy the service. Sometimes we get so busy with life and taking care of others, that we forget that we need care too! If you need a little care for yourself or know someone that does, please call Remedy Spa and book the appt. You will not regret it! Thank you Remedy Spa for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience! Kudos to your amazing staff and beautiful establishment!

I saw Allison for a swedish massage. She was absolutely excellent! She worked all my muscle tightness and knots out. She checked in with me about pressure and got it exactly right for me. I've had quite a number of massages and she massages muscles I've never had someone do, like my hands. And she had me bend my arm to reach muscles along my shoulder blade that I didn't realize were there. It was glorious. Highly, highly recommend Allison!

If I could give Remedy Spa more than 5 stars, I would. I received a gift card from my girls at work, for Mother’s Day. I decided to finally put it to good use and I believe I’ve found my new favorite spa!!! I booked multiple services and I can’t rave enough about Demmetria. Hands down the best massage I’ve experienced. 💯 I’ll be back soon! ☺️

My regular place closed down and was referred to remedy by friends. I loved the atmosphere, the staff, and the massage was the greatest. I had a prenatal massage and I was not uncomfortable in the least. Highly recommend.

Jenny is the best!!! I have always been extremely ticklish and never been able to get my legs or feet massaged until today!! Let me tell you….Jenny has the magic touch!! And if you haven’t tried it I strongly suggest you try the moving cupping!! Sooooo good!!!

I have had many deep tissue massages, and Jenni is DEFINITELY one of the best in all of Wichita! She listened to my need and was extremely thoughtful in her approach. I will most definitely be returning!!!!

I recently got my first massage and just took whoever was available. I got Demmetria and she did AMAZING. Will be returning specifically for her. The atmosphere was beautiful. They gave me refreshments at the end. And pricing in my opinion is quite reasonable. I feel brand new!

When we moved to Wichita in 2021, our daughter bought 3 gift cards from 3 Spas so I could try all three. Remedy is one of the best spas I have ever been too in several States that I have lived in. They don’t Try to do too much——-mostly massages and facials, but every time I have an appointment, I think “it cannot get any better”. But it does. The holistic and caring atmosphere, the beautiful decor of the new location and every single therapist , estitician and staff are always so nice and caring and ALWAYS listen to my needs, questions and requests. I just do not think Remedy can be beat, it’s the best.

Clean, friendly and amazing massages! We see Jenny & Erin (we do more deep tissue & working out knots vs feel good pampering) and couldn’t recommend them enough. My MIL wanted to try a massage, but was very nervous as she doesn’t like ppl touching her; she came out raving about it and is already talking about next time she visits going back. We’ve also taken my parents, our aunts, & friends visiting from out of town and they all had the great experiences. If you’re looking for a good massage, don’t think twice about booking here!

I have been receiving services from this location for over a year now and Ive always left more than happy with the service. Emma is amazing and so friendly. I also work in the service industry so getting to treat myself and take care of my body is a must and i would recommend Remedy Spa to anyone! My issue is with the salon coordinator… i had never seen her before so idk if she is new but she was extremely cold, unfriendly, and kind of rude. She didn’t say anything to me other than “its ready for you” referring to the card reader. My roomate had gotten a massage right after me (it was her first time to Remedy) with Emma and came home and said the service was great but also told me later that the salon coordinator seemed annoyed to be there and didnt ask her if she wanted to reschedule or anything. As someone also in the industry, I feel the receptionist is the first person the client comes to contact with and sets the tone for rest of the service.

Very relaxing, I go with my wife for a couples massage once every few years. Would recommend for anyone looking to relax or get those muscle aches out.
