I booked this place on ClassPass many days in advance (3-5 days) and was confirmed for 2 appointments. I called the place 3 hours in advance as well to confirm my appointments. Without any notice, they cancelled on me 2 hours in advance without any explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and just a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend booking this through ClassPass as they don’t prioritize that part of the business. It would’ve been nice if they at least called to try to reschedule or explain why they needed to cancel..really really frustrating.

They cancelled my appointment booked via classpass on a 2 hour notice after my schedule was built around it . Besides that they emailed me earlier asking to bring cash for the tip. Very shady

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I had the most amazing experience with Mia, she gave me a deep tissue massage and did cupping, and I feel like a brand new woman. It was probably the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I had a lot of tension in my shoulder and back, Mia managed to relieve all of that. Will definitely be back again, you have gained a forever customer!

Excellent massage! I went because i fell asleep weird and pulled a muscle in my neck, I feel so much better now! It felt so personalized and not rushed at all. I actually fell asleep! Thank you!

The place was dirty and smelled very unpleasant. My face pillow had yellow stains on it when I was first brought to the massage room so i had to ask them to change for another. I won’t be coming back.

Very sketchy place. The masseuse decided to give herself her own tip and pretend that it’s all sales tax when I asked why is the total coming out to so much? She did a terrible job. Barely used any oil. she just massaged the same place for 30 minutes (actually it ended 5 minutes early) rubbing her hand up and down. Her hands were very dry and her nails were digging into my skin.

Facial was great. Literally removed every single blackhead (there was a lot, sorry) and also left my skin feeling amazing and the shoulder and arm massage that came along with it was great. Very unassuming, no frills spot that gets the job done in a professional, friendly manner.

Maggie is simply amazing! Great price point. I’ve been let down so many times by bad massages in NY. So lucky to have this in my area. I’m a writer who suffers with chronic back pain. This is a god send.

The muscles in my upper and lower back and feet all ached from the lack of massage therapy during the dreadful covid shutdown and I needed instant relief from all the resulting nagging pain. I made an appointment to see Julie and I must say she exceeded all of my expectations. Julie was completely focused as she slowly and thoroughly massaged all the muscles in my upper and lower back to relieve the tension and soreness and the foot massage received equal attention. During the entire 90min session she was fully engaged and would inquire about my comfort level to make sure that I was not experiencing any pain. Her technique was firm without inducing discomfort. At the end of the session my back and feet were markedly better as her technique had greatly alleviated the tension and soreness that accumulated during the shutdown and the day after the massage I felt completely recharged and rejuvenated. Julie is definitely gifted in the art of massage therapy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER if you are seeking a massage geared toward healing and rejuvenation. Also,this Spa is very clean and cozy and I would visit again to see Julie for a follow-up session.

This was my first time here, and I do not regret visiting. The service was good, though I will knock them down one star because the hot towel at the end was not that hot. That little nitpick aside, it was a good experience, and I certainly will come back again.

I got a great deep-tissue massage here. Sometimes it can be hard to tell which places are about the massage and which are selling, uh, other services. This place is selling therapeutic massage, and it’s very good.
