I love the Renaissance salon and spa. I get a facial every month, and it's so relaxing (ask for Summer, she is awesome). If you watch their website or follow on social media, they offer specials every month, and you can pick up a good buy.

So, I have only gotten a handful of massages in my life but….this massage was not relaxing. It hurt, I asked the massage therapist to lessen the intensity, and I guess she did a little. Also she massaged mainly my back when I told her my areas of concern were my neck and shoulders. It was sore yesterday and last night and today I would equate the pain to bruising or a bad sunburn. My skin is hurting (not muscles) I tried this spa because my Daughter bought me a gift certificate. I’m very disappointed.

The front girl Carly is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She has the worst attitude whenever you call or talk to her at all. She needs an adjustment or to be replaced by someone kinder and who actually cares about their job. Very unprofessional.

My massage from Jesse and Pedi from Chloe were both TOP TIER!! Will 1000% be back and have already sent recommendations to my friends! Both of them were incredibly mindful with their technique! That resulted in high quality and full blown relaxation for me. The way the staff interacted with each other made me feel safe and comfortable. Everything was thought of. Just go! You will love it. ❤️

Staff wasn’t very friendly upon arrival nor was the actual facial worth the money we spent. Been wanting to try this place out for a while but left extremely deflated with the experience. Won’t be going back there again. Much nicer spas around with quality customer service.

I didn’t over 4 hours getting manicure, pedicure, facial and massage in Saturday and it was so good. Everything there was friendly and the service was on point. Far enough from Downtown and more service and better pricing.

Was referred here to Zarria for nails. She did a fantastic job! So kind and incredibly detailed. Obsessed with a less traditional “nail shop” setting. Killed the nail art I wanted. Will definitely be a return client!

First time coming here and I love it! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful! Zarria did an amazing job with my pedicure/ massage and gave great recommendations to help my feet!

I went for the first time today and I have for sure found my new self care spa. The spa is very zen and smells amazing along with the music. I worked with Zarria, she was very kind, she literally has hands of gold!

Today was my first time visiting the spa for a pedicure. Zarria was absolutely amazing! She was very personable and fun to talk with. She took her time and provided me with a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I HIGHLY recommend booking with her. You'll definitely leave happy and satisfied!

I really enjoy this spa mostly for their manis/pedis...fabulous pampering experience. My pedi lasted much longer than at other spas. A plus, most staff are Americans. I appreciate being able to clearly converse/chat during the experience and have had bad experiences where miscommunication caused painful outcome.

This morning I went in for a 45 min salt scrub treatment (advertised as 45 min on their website). While the treatment itself was fine, I’m annoyed that I was in and out of there (including checking me in, rinsing the scrub off and checking out) in less than 30 min. Thank goodness I had a gift card for this because it was NOT worth the $64 they charge.

I was in town from California and needed my nails done. I was able to get in quickly with a sweet young lady named Chloe, she asked me what I wanted and what I had done previously. Chloe was sweet, kind and thorough with my gel manicure. Give her a call, you won't be disappointed.

Came in for an early birthday self-care massage with my husband. We did the couples massage. Upon walking in, I felt very judged by your 2 girls working up front. Nonetheless just pushed it off.. vibes don't lie. This place just had a weird feeling. I went with it as I was looking forward to my massage. The massage therapists were so quiet whenever they came out to meet us. Once in the massage room, they told us each to get ready and they'd be in. We waited on the tables for 15 minutes before they came in. Once in the room, I could barely hear my guy, and nor could my husband hear the gal talking. About halfway through the music stopped and was quiet for too long. Pros - my guy who massaged me did a decent job however I wished my lower back and glutes would have gotten more attention as I mentioned I had pain in those spots. Cons - didn't care for the hot towel on my back smelled like softener Husband's massage - pros she got into some areas he needed and hadn't been worked on much Cons - she didn't work his back long enough by the time she had him flip over. In 90 minutes you should have enough time to do a full body massage. And not skip anything unless the client said so. I'm torn between coming back as he did well on some parts but the vibe and communication were a bit off and weird. At the end of the massage, you tend to chat with the therapist afterward about the session. I had gone to the bathroom quickly and then came back out to them both gone. Just different is all. Go give it a try and have your own opinion.

I came here on my birthday to get a full body massage and facial. The staff here was very nice. I enjoyed everything. The only thing is that I needed a deeper massage than what I received. But I still enjoyed myself and the personality of the staff. I will definitely go back.

Struggling to comprehend why a SALON / SPA is advertising on conservative talk radio with an ad that denigrated / pokes fun at OK Governor Stitt, Superintendent Walters, Elon Musk, etc. Do you think getting political grows your business or drives away customers? Only reason I am sending feedback is because I've heard your ad multiple times a day for the past week, and it is really off-putting. If you chose this ad campaign to this audience purposefully, you are stupid. If someone sold you this ad campaign for this audience and you were not aware of to whom it would be broadcast, that person should be fired.
