Itsa is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for at least 10 years. She listens, but also offers great advice due to her experience. She can do just about anything. I will definitely continue using her service. You should, too!!

If you're looking for a Salon look no more Renaissance Salon on Great neck is the one! I just had a root touch up highlights haircut and blowout I'm so satisfied with the results as always. I have also gotten the Brazilian Keratin on my previous visit. My daughter and Granddaughter also got a haircut and blowout. We made it our family salon since the first time we came here going on the 3rd year now they make you feel so welcome Thanks Itsa and Alanna for you great Hospitality and care you put into us and specifically my 7 year old Granddaughter she loves you Girls.

I’m a long-time client of Itsa. I routinely see her for highlights, lowlights, cut and styles, as well as brow waxing. Itsa keeps this 50+ gal looking my best. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. My husband recently started having Itsa cut his hair. Though I feel like he has invaded my territory 😂, she keeps him looking clean cut on a moments notice.

Itsa is extremely talented! I'm very picky about haircuts, and it was the first time in a very long time that I was happy as I walked out of the door AND weeks later. Update, I went back for another cut. No time or attention was paid. The entire cut took 15 minutes. Same stylist, but her attitude was entirely different. Price went up to 60 dollars for a cut, no blow dry/style. The cut is horrible. Friends have even asked how I ended up with such an awful cut. How can this even be the same place? I’ll never waste my time or money there again!

Drove 30 mins for my hair appt, which I had scheduled about 2 weeks in advance, and when I got there, there was no one to do my hair bc of a "family emergency" I understand things happen, but I never even received a call or text saying they needed to reschedule or anything. Very frustrating, especially for a first time client.

I planned to use a groupon for a cut and style for $15.38. I called before I purchased the groupon just to make sure they have appointments available soon and if children were allowed in the salon since I'm a stay at home mom so my one year old goes everywhere with me. They told me I didn't have to bother getting the groupon that they would just price match , score. The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming and Katrina did a great job on my hair cut. My only complaint would be that my "style" was just her blow drying my hair after the wash and cut. She didn't use any kind of products or follow up with a straightener or anything. Granted I did not specifically ask for that but any other time I've gotten a cut and style somewhere they usually did that with out me having to specifically ask. So my hair was a little fluffy when I left the salon, not end of the world but not my idea of " styling " it. When I went to pay a different girl rung me up and charged me $20.50 which was more than the groupon was but still a discount so I wasn't going to fight over $5. I had an over all great experience but if I would have paid the regular $55 I would have been dissatisfied with my style if that makes sense.

Emily was very good at her job and very friendly! She made us feel welcome even using our Groupon! She went the extra mile and curled my daughter's hair really cute. The shop was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable...

I went in and I already had some blonde highlights from my last hair. I saw Emily and we discussed a rose gold option for my hair now. I said I liked more pastel NOT BRIGHT! She bleached almost my whole head and dyed my hair bright purple. Everything I said was ignored. I had already been there for hours and I needed to pick my son up from school so I paid and left. I washed it to see if it would settled but nothing I wanted. I honestly should have never paid cuz now I'm out 300$ and they will not return my phone calls at this salon. Very disappointing

I love the European feel and this gorgeous Salon the service, staff and hospitality are impeccable! I love my new style from my trusted hair advisors, Itzea & Kellie. Itzea knocked this new cut & hilight out the park for me tonight!! Finding a style to compliment my face and lifestyle as I transition from very long hair to short. My hair just flows beautifully! I have always had most incredible salon services and Straightening keratin treatments through the years but this year I really needed a change For a brand new me and Renassisnce made sure It was nothing short of Fabulous once again.. Bravo and Thanks again Ladies! Y’all Rock But you already know that! .

Itsa is so amazing. She went above and beyond to produce the color and look I wanted. I also was running late for a flight and she did what she needed to get me out on time and had me looking amazing! I highly recommend getting your hair done here.

Getting my initial appointment proved difficult, but it was worth the struggle! I went to Ashley for a Brazilian wax and she was amazing! She is so sweet and made me feel at ease. She is very quick and did a great job. I highly recommend her for your waxing needs!

Went for root retouch on highlights and a trim. The highlights start below the root line and look too bright and all my roots are untouched. Called to have them fix it and they said they closed at 5- told them I would be there at 4 & got there 5 min late and they had closed and locked doors and all left. Having to find a walk in appointment and pay more to fix this mess. I am disputing the charge and will never go there again.
