Excellent experience! Am traveling through town for work and they were able to squeeze me in last minute for a same day Swedish massage with Renata. Excellent massage. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Easy location right off the Michigan Ave a few blocks from Watertower. Friendly and thoughtful staff. *Very* good value for the cost. Highly recommend.

This place accepts Walk-Ins! My back was so sore and I found this spa near my hotel. I called and they said they had an opening in 10 minutes. I walked over, and went right in. Kasia gave me a great full body 60 minute Swedish massage. She cracked every bone in my body and an hour later, I felt like a new woman. I’ll be back on my next trip to Chicago.

I had an amazing experience here. I booked a 60 min deep tissue massage the day before, and they were able to get me in. Owner was super sweet, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, smelled nice, and had relaxing music playing. My masseuse did a great job, she really got into the knots in my back and helped relieve stressed muscles. I’m someone who enjoys high pressure and deep tissue massage because of my chronic pain from scoliosis, but if you do not enjoy high pressure I would go for a lighter massage. The masseuse straight drained the built up stress in my back. Prices were super reasonable as well. When I am back in Chicago I will be back here!!!

There is NOTHING that is in the same league as Renee Day Spa. The training and experience that each one of these beautiful women have would blow your mind. They have like a PhD in what they do....not a beauty school certificate saying they can do nails or work on a human beings face. So...please don't go here if it's your first round at a spa cause to truly appreciate this place you should have gone elsewhere first. These women don't push products.. They don't fawn all over you in false praise. Why? Because they truly care about your skin...your nails...your massage treatment. I have been selfish with writing this review because the place and the people are my little slice of paradise. Folks...this is old school. Classy beautiful European women who work so hard, are not greedy, have ethics that don't exist in our world today.....I truly believe they are the last we will see of this class of service and beauty professional and I only wish they would be training all of their techniques rather then doing. Enjoy Chicago.. While you can cause the buck stops here....at my place of paradise.

We had the BEST massages as we tried this location on a whim, because it was in close proximity to our hotel. Kasia & Jaqoola were our therapists and the had great pressure. I was so relaxing and rejuvenated, for my necked cracked, and relived my neck/head tension. Trying to rebook again in the morning before I leave town!

I found this spa about a year ago or two when I wanted to gift my mom a spa day for her birthday, since then I have returned twice with a friend and another time with my father. The atmosphere is great, Ms. Renee is absolutely lovely, they take good care of you, the price is great. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I am a devoted customer and get all of my massages at Renee Day Spa. The new location is more spacious, but still has that nice and quiet intimate atmosphere. I think I’ve had a massage by pretty much every masseuse in the spa and it has always been an amazingly relaxing experience.

Let me start with the positive: Renee, the owner, is super friendly. However, the entire experience was lack luster and not what you expect out of a "spa". My boyfriend and I were very excited for our couples massage. When we arrived at the office building, we were a bit surprised but kept a good thought. The good thoughts were quickly swayed when we walked into a fluroscent lighted office with nail chairs. We arrived at 3:56 four 4pm appointment and waited to go into the room until 4:05. At that point we were told the therapists were running a bit behind so it would be 5-7 minutes and we could wait in the room. We waited, until 4:24. At that point, my boyfriend put on the robe and stuck his head out the door only to find the therapists chatting at the front desk. They came in the room as soon as he said something and proceeded with the massage. The massage itself was fine, not great, but you get what you pay for. The flushing toilets and people chatting only added to the ambiance. Not relaxing, not worth the price. I can't speak to the nail services but for massage, book elsewhere.

I brought my mom and I here as a birthday treat. I made the appointment a week in advance which was a very simple process over the phone. The ladies that worked on us were absolutely amazing. This place truly felt very serene. The atmosphere was very relaxing and they were very attentive and caring to our every needs. Renee was very sweet and welcoming had very beautiful conversations with her. I am definitely recommending this place to anyone who just needs a few hours to decompress. Thank you for taking very good care of us, we really appreciated everything you did for us!

I spent 24 hours in Chicago, staying at the Warwick and I needed a facial and a massage, so I searched, and Renee Day Spa popped up as number two and it was the most amazing European Spa I have been in in over 20 years! Renee the owner is impeccable. She has over 30 years of experience and they use top European products. I had a wonderful facial by Ana and I love the fact that they still use high frequency on your face after your extractions and your mask. I also had a fabulous relaxing Swedish massage. The oils were amazing my whole experience there was fabulous. Price points are incredible too! My skin was glowing and it’s still glowing two days later. I still haven’t put any make up on my face! Please don’t judge by their website or their social media as she has not been updating!Hopefully I’m going to help them but this is one of the best kept secrets and a woman owned local small biz deserves all the love! The new location is stunning on Ontario near Michigan! Perfect for a day spa experience then lunch at Pierrot and some shipping! I can’t wait to come back 💜🦋 🧖!

Such a great experience for me and my partner at this spa. I talked with Renata (or Renee) to set up our services a few days before, as we were coming to Chicago to visit our daughter. She described what they had available in terms of packages and this salon is a BARGAIN! Day of, we met at their new facility right downtown. It is lovely, with multiple rooms available, including a room for COUPLES. They had us slip into the plushest robes, so incredibly soft! Jenny did our manicures and pedicures in those comfy massaging salon chairs. She is so personable, thorough and gentle (no nicks, which on my ticklish feet is astounding). Our soft, pampered feet sighed with joy. Then Annie gave us both facials (with extractions!) and Swedish massages. We were puddles afterward, which was the perfect way to start to our mini vacation. Finally, I commend Renata for being a smart business owner, as she takes most forms of payment, including VENMO and ZELLE. Give these ladies your business. I promise you, you’ll become a repeat customer.

I had lots of spa options to choose from but decided to visit after seeing that Ms. Whitney Houston went to Renee's back in the day. Also, I spoke with Renee on the phone before booking I felt assured that the service would be great. I had a body scrub and hot stone massage. Both were great. My masseuse was Polish and rubbed me down well. The spa is conveniently located in the downtown area and is a short walk from hotels that are along the river. I would visit again and would recommend.

I went here in a staff retreat and the service was amazing. The manager made every effort to accommodate 5 of us in short notice including ensuring we jade 5 female massage therapists. We got the Swedish massages which left us feeling rested and rejuvenated. The prices were great especially for an hour massage. Great location in the heart of magnificent mile. Thank you Renee!

Such wonderful service and a lovely location. The staff are fantastic. They managed to book us a couples massage the following day. Only marked 4/5 stars because my older aged masseuse couldn’t give a firm enough massage, despite me asking for more pressure multiple times.
