I have been a client of Rebekah from Renew Balance Massage and Wellness for the past 5 years. Rebekah is extraordinarily gifted as a massage therapist and seems to intuitively know just what my body needs. I suffer from migraines and tension in my neck and shoulders and after a session with Rebekah, I feel completely loose and relaxed. She is also one of the kindness people I have ever met and that comes through with her hands and is why I trust her exclusively for massage. Her fees for massage and other services are extremely reasonable. I have found that float therapy (sensory deprivation) in the Float Pods is highly relaxing and rejuvenating. Rebekah is magical!! for the past 3 years i've been seeing her for massages and always leave feeling like a million bucks! recently i tried the Sensory Deprivation Float and i cannot rave enough about it. it was soooo incredibly relaxing, i had the most amazing nap without even realizing it! it was an amazing experience and i can't wait to do it again☺️🥰

I am recovering from a vehicle accident that caused significant injuries. Rebekah has helped me with her therapeutic massages and Remi was so helpful while I did the dry sauna and cold plunge while still confined to a wheelchair. I have been going to Renew Balance Massage since it started in the back of an insurance firm 5-6 years ago. So amazing to see how far this business has come. I recently went in for a sports massage/cupping and tried the sensory (float) therapy while there upon recommendation. Was such an amazing experience. I felt so rejuvenated! Renew has truly become like a second home to me! After searching throughout the Metroplex for a Recovery Spot, this place checked all the boxes! First of all, the owners are incredible people who truly care about your wellness! The place is very cozy and always has relaxing music playing. Rebekah literally offers the best massage in the entire metroplex! She truly knows the body and gets to the core of the issue while also delivering a very relaxing massage! I have the unlimited package and enjoy the compression sleeves, infrared sauna, and cold plunge! The absolute best value anywhere in Metroplex for the Unlimited Package! I am an avid weight lifter and I use the cold plunge at Renew Balance quite often. It helps with all of the aches and pains that come with being an athlete. From minor pain to major muscle strains, it fixes them. The atmosphere at RB is calm and pleasant. The rooms are always comfortable and clean and the equipment they use is the very best. I’ve been coming here regularly now for a couple of months and I love it! I’ve tried it all. My favorites have pictures below. I enjoy the fire and ice for 60 minutes. It’s a good sized room with everything you need, towels, robes, and complimentary bottled water! The sauna is spacious, you can adjust the lights and play music. I keep it at 140 degrees F when I’m in there. The cold plunge is 45 degrees. What I usually do is 30 minutes sauna, 5 minutes cold plunge, then 15 minutes sauna and 2 minutes cold plunge then dry off and get dressed. Sometimes I add 30 minutes after the fire and ice therapy to do leg compression therapy which is heavenly. They set you up with everything. You recline back in a zero gravity type recliner and they can even dim the lights or give you an eye mask to relax. This is my absolute favorite! These services have helped me tremendously with inflammation, chronic foot pain, and weight loss.

Best massages I've ever had, I always leave feeling like Jell-o. I've been coming to Rebekah for massages for years. Now that she has the bew place with all the additional therapies it just gets better. Floating in the sensory deprivation tank is where I recharge, plan, and focus on what I need to improve myself. The fire and ice is so beneficial and even though I don't like the ice part it's so good for you and I always feel just happy for a solid week after, plus it's nice sitting in the sauna after.

I have been seeing Rebeka for over 10 years now, and she is absolutely amazing! I have seen her for both therapeutic as well as after surgery rehabilitation. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced massage therapist. Over the years I have referred many family, friends, and people to Rebeka, in fact I keep extra business cards on me for any time I am somewhere and a person says they are looking, thinking about, or just need a good massage. Yesterday was my first float tank experience and it was amazing. Rebekah and Remy were so calm and welcoming, and they have thought of everything. Halfway through the experience, I started smiling and had to keep reminding myself to relax my face, I'm definitely going to call it the "Happy Tank" from now on! I came out feeling calm, relaxed, motivated, happy, and ready to take on the week. The best massage experience I have ever had! Rebekah is the most knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist I have ever experienced! The environment she created is so peaceful and relaxing. I was diagnosed with a chronic and painful auto immune disease approximately 13 years ago. I have tried everything you can imagine to manage the pain including a myriad of chiropractors and massage companies and therapists. I had just about given up hope and resigned myself to living with the pain when I happen to stumble upon Rebekah's Renew Balance Massage which was nearly next door to my work. I was excited to find out that her schedule was flexible enough to work with mine. I never expected she would be aware of what my condition is and what type of struggles I encounter since majority of the therapists I had seen before appeared to have no clue. From the very first session I was blown away and how she was able to get right to the places deep within the muscles and tissues that I cant even seem to get to myself. Of course I made another appt. And then made it a recurrent appt every week. As I have been coming on a routine basis and we have tweaked the sessions to come more tailored for my particular issuesmy mind is blown that she continues to improve each session. I have since regained a ton of range of motion that I thought was lost forever. As just so you know she doesnt even know I am doing this review so goes without saying I am not being paid or coerced to write this review. I am just so thankful for her help!

Rebecca isTheeee best therapist ever...I came with a chronic pain in my shoulder wings ..from first session I was able to breath easier and felt my back better in form and arching . Second session did the cupping and that's when I was pain free and had more strength to workout...I would keep going to her for the rest of my life but she is so good that she always booked and I have crazy unpredictable schedule that I hate to cancel on her with short notice. I envy anyone who be her patient and I hope I be able to be lucky again

Rebekah is amazing! From the moment you step into her room, you can tell that she has thought of every detail and put in so much effort to make sure you are relaxed and calmed. She explains everything in as much or little detail as you'd like, she's very familiar with the products, and she makes sure you are 100% comfortable with everything. Her hands are MAGICAL and she is very skilled at her craft. I would definitely recommend her (and I do) to everyone I know!

Best chair massage I have ever had. Rebekah has strong hands that make the tensions in your muscles melt away. She has incredible insight and knows what will benefit you most. I love that she also uses nice steady stretching in the middle of the massage to get your muscles even more relaxed. Highly recommenced.

Wow and oh my gosh are really the only ways i can describe how i feel after a massage session with Rebekah! My tensions and stresses melt away! I carry most of my tension in my upper body but mainly my shoulders! After i leave a session my shoulders and body feel beyond amazing! Any tension headache i may have just magically goes away! And i don’t have to remind her or tell her what needs work! She remembers her clients needs and ask if there are any new ones and really works those areas! Just as she is on a personal level her space is so warm and inviting too! Do not hesitate one bit to book with Rebekah! You will never regret it!
