I have visited the Northpark location several times and i've had an excellent experience each time. They take time to listen to concerns and use their expertise to help with the right choice of procedures. Taylor did my last pixel8 RF Microneedling and checked on my progress during the next few weeks. The staff is very caring, including the wonderful owner Lou. Briston is a knowledgeable, experienced, and talented care provider. She did a better job than expensive plastic surgeons I’ve gone to in the past I would highly recommend Renew Med Spa for injectable fillers. My expectations were exceeded!

I had the best experience with Christa! I had the most relaxing facial that really helped hydrate my face. She was very gentle injecting Botox and I have had zero bruising. Can’t wait to schedule my next appointment with her!

It’s hard to find an injector that is amazing at what they do, and to trust someone you don’t know with your face. I’ve been going to Zainab for about two years now, and she’s the only person I’ll allow to touch my face. She’s constantly learning to stay up to date, and has an eye for facial balancing, making me look natural, and I trust her completely! She’s the reason I get my injections done here, and if she ever leaves, I’m following her wherever she goes! I send everyone I know to her and if you’re considering getting injections, ask for her, you won’t regret it!

Renew carries a wide array of high-quality products/price-points and the results I’ve seen have made me loyal to their business. The owner (Louise) genuinely cares about each client and often sends me home with her favorite product samples that quickly become staples in my routine too. I visited the establishment yesterday to obtain a quotation for several services. Regrettably, the female staff member responsible for financing matters demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding the financing terms. Upon inquiry, the staff member informed me that the terms would only be disclosed upon completion of the service. She further stated that the terms were at the discretion of the financing bank. Where I work, we accept CareCredit, and when dealing with CareCredit, it is imperative to be well-versed in all financing terms to avoid conveying a sense of uncertainty. This is crucial to ensure a positive customer experience, unlike the one I encountered at the aforementioned establishment.

My experience at Renew as not great. I came in for a peel but decided on a facial instead as I really enjoy the pampering of it when I get a chance to get one on my busy schedule. The esthetician was nice but I was not asked if I was comfortable, I had to ask for a neck pillow and was not asked if I need one under my knees nor was I asked if I wanted a blanket which would have been nice. The steam machine took forever to heat up which is fine but that was not deducted from the 45min facial so basically I got a 30min facial for $100. Oh and on top of that there were French Fries on the floor which I stepped on - disgusting. If you want a real pampering and luxurious facial go somewhere else.
